There’s only a star because it forces me to give them any sort of decent credit. The most unprofessional “business” I have ever had to deal with in my life. Take money from a hard working family for their daughter’s birthday party, and then stop communicating when it’s time for them to provide their service. Unreal. If you have a chance to read this review, don’t even consider giving them your business. Run while you can. This company deserves no recognition. BBB will be called and we will be getting our deposit back.

Scam. Horrible customer service. We had a bounce house reserved for our daughter’s party tomorrow. (We were told we could pick it up tonight.) They didn’t answer any phone calls, text messages and their voicemail was full so we couldn’t leave a message. (They didn’t have a problem answering when they were taking our $50 deposit though.) We had to find a company that would do a last minute reservation. Absolutely appalling that you could take money from a family and disappointment a child on their special day. This ”business” won’t last long.

Worst Experience Ever! They are very nice when you pick up however when they make an appointment to drop the item off they were a no show and then made an appointment during business hours while we were working and charged extra for the days they couldnt rent the unit. I would NOT recommend them. Will use Taylor Rental Nashua instead next time.

We have rented from them 4 times now, the team is very thorough when checking to make sure the bounce house is secured. We will definitely recommend them and use them again next year .

My girlfriend called this place for a quote. Chose a different company in Danvers, Massachusetts and the day before the party this company called saying they charged her account and wanted to know what time they could drop off the bounce house. She informed the man she went with a different company at which point he began saying i spoke to you and you authorized this she thought maybe it was her sister at which point she checked and it wasnt. So she told him I did not authorize this charge and he just started saying ill call the police, your sister is in serious trouble and just kept repeating himself. So she flipped out on him and he hung up. SO this company is full of a bunch of maniacs and rude absurd men. Their prices are out of their mind as well!
