They are always very cheerful and willing to help and go above and beyond by calling the manufacture if need be. They are my first choice above everybody else for equipment and parts.

Dont bother trying to purchase from public business that doesnt sell to the general public. Try posting that your business doesnt sell to non-contractors and you wont feel the need to be hostel when someone off the street is asking a simple question of where he may otherwise buy the part that is behind your desk.

Do not go here for a simple a/c capacitor. You have to be a licensed contractor to even get one here. They do sell other various parts though. If you need an a/c capacitor, go to Ace hardware, walmart, and Hone depot.
