Did some painting there and needed to use a bathroom and a nice young man told me to go inside the building where I was doing the painting and I did and the guys that worked inside had the woman sign tapped to where it said mens and told me NO FEMALES are to use THEIR bathroom and that I had to find another one to use...

Sea Ray Boats has an amazing reputation I know an awful lot of people who work there I know that is a very strict and Define company I know that they take everything they do and make very serious and I think of the price youre paying they should I wish someday I hope someday that a company like this could make an affordable boat for the working guy something that just doesnt cost so much that its a struggle but yet they can have the enjoyment of all the water that we have here in Florida so if thats a hint yes it is because they truly need something for the regular guy Ive had two boats in the past and unfortunately neither was a Sea Ray boat I would love to have that in my driveway but some things are Out Of Reach but those who have them Ive never heard of bad thing about

I work there

They called me in for a job interviw. I went in for the interview and it looked like a good, professional place to work. They give people a lot of overtime and good benefits. The pay is good to and they make good, high quality boats.However, the work hours are the reason for me giving a low rating. You start work at 4:00 AM, and the work day ends at 5:00 PM, Six days a week!This means, you only get One day off per week. Also, that does not give you much time off from work each day. As soon as you get home from work, you would have to go to sleep, just so you will be able to get up at 2:00 the next morning, get ready for work and drive in to work! Your whole life would revolve around the job!Most people, myself included, are not willing or able to go to work at 4:00 AM, Six days a week.With those hours and work days, you would have no time to see your family, enjoy your life or even to do anything else.They never did offer me the job, but, thats irrelevant, because, I would not of accepted it in the first place! Id never work at a job with hours like that.

I have been working with Sea Ray 17 years. I have met and worked with some of the best people in the industry. And will continue Till I Retire

Cool boats. Very expensive, but badass. I mean I could never afford one, but I wish I had a friend who could. If you can, wanna be my friend? We can go fishing together.

Once again Sea Ray is the King of layoffs.They are always there with their hands out to take government tax incentives but when things get tough they are one of the first to turn thier backs on the employees.No more tax incentives for them, they arent the kind of employers that our county needs or wants!
