The sales people at this rack room are complete robots. If one inquiries about a military discount, their robotic response is only on Tuesdays.. What would they say if all military and 1st responders only responded to calls on Tuesdays?? Save your time and go to the Melbourne store, they honor discounts everyday of the week

They have good prices on a huge selection of shoe. Check out the back of the store for the sales first. They do carry men, women, and childrens shoes. They have sneakers, sandals, dress shoes, heels and a few boots. They also care a few accessories for shoes such as polishes, fresheners, and a very limited selection of socks. It is pretty much self service all the shoes are out on the floor, you find your size and when you are ready head to check out.

Not happy with buy one get one half off sale especially if I only want one pair. 1st pair is inflated priced to make up for the sale on the second. No bargain at all. Same sneaker at Academy Sports are $49 but are $69 at Rack Room Shoes to pay for the second at 50% off.

I shop there at least once or twice a year and always have a great experience. There staff is friendly and helpful and if I cant find what Im looking for they will help me with whatever Im looking for or tell me that I can get it online and get it shipped to my house or to the store.
