Baristas were friendly and ready to help. Our cake pops were delicious, the Bacon & Gouda sandwich never fails. The bathroom was clean, it made for a great stop after kayaking.

Meh. Mid grade rate for this Starbucks. They don’t seem to ever have what we want prepared. And their soy mocha latte Frappuccino was mediocre. At best. Not sweet at all when I asked for 5 extra pumps of sweet.

The location is convenient, but the traffic flow into this particular one is weird. And people don’t know how to zipper and never really let this other group in. Mobile order is usually how I visit this place, park in another lot and walk over. Mask up (recommended, not mandatory) and then enter. Thank you to the service industry workers. I tend to overtip b/c I, for one, would never work in that industry. Keep up the great work- despite the “Karens” out there!

This store is always really good! I visit often and the staff is awesome and the drinks always turn out pretty decent! My second favorite space coast location Ive visited so far!

Just once I would love for them to make my coffees correctly. Always an issue at this location never at the others I visit. The one blond girl that that wears her hair in a bun is very rude.

By far, the best Starbucks I have been to. The customer service is amazing, the vibes are great, the COFFEE IS DELICIOUS! Im a big coffee person and when I tell you their drinks are bussin, ITS BUSSIN!I have come here every morning with my brother to get coffee and the staff is just great.

Not only did I get a tasty beverage but the person working the drive thru was a friendly angel who gave me secret directions to go look at some manatees and i went and there were so many manatees and it made my day. Give him a raise!!!!

This location rarely makes a good drink. They don’t handle modifications well. Drive to Cocoa Beach instead, they’re nicer and they make the drinks correctly.

One has to get sugar and creamer at the Order counter. Theyre notset up yet. how long does it take as theyve been in this location for years.

Not much parking and if youre not careful you could get stuck in the drive thru line instead of being able to park

Outdoor seating area is better safer and enjoyable than before to enjoy morning coffee.

This Starbucks has great service and the drive thru line is usually quite quick. They have a person come out and take orders so the inside can get the orders out more quickly. They are rarely out of items but very good about marking those off on the drive thru signs.

Fast service and covid-friendly environment. Terrific outdoor seating.

Very good place for some good coffee and a good atmosphere to study and hang with friends. Staff is overall good. Only thing is that sometimes they will get my order wrong by not giving me the right size or not adding whip cream or something like that, but otherwise I haven’t had many issues. Very solid coffee place.

If you get the right barista they will know you by name and are super on it, some don’t have the same type of customer service though so you have to get lucky.

I come there two times every day. Especially during the Starbucks For Life Game. Haven’t won anything yet though. But the staff is terrific and I really enjoy the “Mobil Pickup” use it all the time.

I get the mango Dragón fruit drink every time I come here, and it tastes amazing!

Fantastic drinks, fantastic customer service. Disappointing that only one drink gets made at a time but the service makes up for the lack of speed.

Not the best, not the worst. Merritt island was well over due for a Starbiucks. This store is entirely too small for the amount of traffic and business it draws. Its almost always filthy. The grounds are unkept. The staff are quite friendly. However, there is room for major improvements overall. Starting with a more spacious location and cleanliness. Very nice place, larger than most open space, parking is limited near the restaurant. This is in a busy location right off 520. It is located in the corner of a Publix shopping center parking lot. It has a drive through and, when we arrived, the line wrapped around the building. Inside was a large open space with a long tall table in the middle. There were tables around the walls of the restaurant and a few tables outside. The staff was nice and the inside was clean. It was a good place for a meeting or to study but the acoustics made sitting at the middle table a little difficult to hear. Overall a nice place to study or have a meeting but parking can be difficult.

Everyone is super nice, rarely do I have an issue if any. And they basically have a coffee ninja, give Alice a raise!

Friendly and great atmosphere. I havent had any issues but once with getting an order mistaken and that was months ago. This place has always been cheerful and provided professional attention when at the window or waiting in line.

I absolutely love this location. Ive been coming here twice a week for the last year and every time I order the staff is just amazing. Drive thru is very fast and I cant thank them enough for not making me wait half an hour since I usually go before work in the morning. Would definitely say to go to this Starbucks if you live on the island

I order a Soy latte and they made me a Regular latte with cow milk. I don’t live in that area. I was driving and passing thru. By the time I tried the latte, I was no where near Merritt Island. So bummed out.!!! No coffee and out of money.

This particular location is always fantastic. They never fail to get my order right. Caramel Macchiato extra sweet,extra caramel. This is the only one that understands that I want the extra vanilla sweetened syrup AND extra caramel in my drink. Everywhere else I order it, they only put a little extra caramel in. The staff is friendly, they verify your order and they are so time efficient that I can get in and out within 5-8 minutes when theyre busy. Love, love, love this location.

Love Starbucks! No matter which one you visit the people are friendly and personable. The coffee always good. This one happens to be my favorite even though there is another closer. They always go the extra mile

Great Starbucks. Constantly gets my order correct. Pretty well stocked and they get you in and out in a timely fashion. Great lattes, especially the green tea. A little hard to find, if you dont know what youre looking for, though they are easy to get in and out of once you find them.

Every time I’ve visited this location the cashiers have been super friendly and just seemed happy. Much better experience than Dunkin Donuts. It’s more expensive but you get what you pay for. The lattes actually taste like lattes and not a pound of sugar.

Very slow forgot one drink in the order, and had 5 people working counter. Only three customers inside but did have long drive in line
