The facials are amazing. They have a very soothing room in the back of the store. I was so relaxed and comfortable I never wanted it to end. My facial was a tone correcting peel, I have some discoloration due to acne. It made a huge difference. The best part of the service was the neck and arm message. I would highly recommend them!

While visiting this Studio, I experienced a warn and friendly welcome and was asked how could they could help me today. I needed some product and Emily and Leslie introduced me to some items I could use. Great service and I am looking forward to using the products and visiting again. I highly recommend this Studio in Merritt Island. Dont forget to take a look at ALL the items they have displayed in their Studio.

Today was the second time in a month I stopped by this place to have my eyebrows waxed and was told sorry we dont have anyone here to do that. Besides selling product, waxing is one of their main services.In this economy, especially inside an old outdated mall, youd think theyd be trying to make money. Instead they just pay a woman to sit in the back on her phone turning away customers.Good luck to them but Id never go there again.

Great service! Everytime I need my eyebrows done I drive down to the Merritt Square Mall and walk-in to Merle Norman and get my eyebrows put on fleek! They are very clean and friendly and aleays have my wife saying wow! Youre hot! when I get home. Love this place!

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. Most RUDE and judging women I have ever met. I have been a customer of Merle Norman for years, and this is the worst store I have ever been in. I would stop wearing the product if this was the only location in the area, but thankfully its not. I will not give MY money to such RUDE and inconsiderate people and thankfully the Viera location exists. Plus, the prices at this location are far higher than their other local stores, for the same product.

Its expensive stuff but they were very helpful and found me exactly what I was looking for. No acne for me, thanks to their products.
