My grandson and I go every Wednesday. We chose a date and time so we can always have time to catch-up. Ice cream is the best and the customer service is outstanding. He brings his small dog bc they have a pup cup!!!

Complaining about price is unusual for me, but compared to the portion size its very expensive. I go to other ice-cream places frequently pay the prices without a problem, but I get twice the ice cream. I love trying new places, especially privately owned. Spent $20 on two cones, a topper, and a sundae. Felt like I just got a taste and it was gone. Otherwise its great icecream. Maybe the price is more because of the location. If so, I understand. Also prefer my topping and sauces on top and not blended in, but I understand that its up to the owners how they want to serve it. I was just surprised that it was blended the way it was. Recommend it if youve got the money.

Idk who came up with their Ice cream recipe.....but OMG, Im 48, born and raised in the heat of Florida and have tried every ice cream shop from coast to coast and every brand on the market.. this place gets 5 stars...a 10 on a scale from 1 to 10. A Blue ribbon and a 20 foot trophy statue! If I win the Lottery Im buying their shop and their recipe for $2,000,000 !!! 🍦🥇🏆🏅♥️ ( my only complaint is I live 52 miles away...but when I do go to Brevard co...Im getting that ICECREAM EVERY TIME!! ) OHh and the staff and owner are super friendly!!! For $9 and some change got two small hot fudge sundaes that came in two small plastic cups like something you would find at McDonalds. Was expecting more than what I could get at fastfood chains for a cheaper price.

Ice cream is always the best. Just tastes so creamy, go at least every week and wednesdays are half off, worth the trip.

Lived in Merritt island 4 year, Toppers was our go to place for ice cream. Went last night and could not have been more disappointed. My husband got a hot fudge Sunday, and it took him three spoonsful to finish. I dont know if it is covid or capitalizing on the snow birds but the portions have gotten significantly smaller. Hate to say it but time to move on.

Oh goodness this is my favorite ice cream place in town. The fact that its a drive through is so cute and convenient as well. The also serve a lot of cute, unique things like the turtle sundae which is my new favorite. definitely suggest!

One of the best places in the area to get an ice cream cone. It’s very delicious, but anything more than a plain cone would be excess, as the custard is very rich and creamy. I frequently come here for $1 cone Wednesday’s, which can frequently be a toss up. It’s always delicious, but depending on the employee that day, you may get a very large serving or a very very small serving. Overall, they have great deals and great soft serve ice cream with friendly service.

I went through drive through and this was my 3rd time within a span of a month and a half and every time I have come, some people in there working were not wearing a mask while making the ice cream. One of the men only puts the mask on as he is handing out the food. It makes me uncomfortable because of this pandemic going on and that just doesn’t seem safe to me.

Excellent ice cream. Very creamy texture, like a thick custard. So far i like it more then DQ. But doesnt have all the pizzazz and options DQ has. Its great for kids and has a helpful hand in the local community. Prices are great. The large cone is definitely a LARGE.

They turned off the open sign and locked the “walk up” windows about 15 minutes before their closing time and forgot to make our order two separate times. We asked for a cup of water and they gave us a very warm cup. The ice cream is really good, but the service could be improved.

This is a great place to sit outside with your kids and enjoy some fresh handmade ice cream. Theres only outdoor seating, just something to keep in mind, and its a bit pricey, but they have $1 cones every Wednesday. Also, they rotate their special flavor of the moment and if it happens to be their coconut, do not pass it up! I dont even care for coconut that much, but this is my favorite ice cream Ive ever had!!!! Make sure to have the toasted coconut in/with it!!!!!!!

This used to be an excellent place for ice cream. Today I got some ice cream and its totally different. I asked for chocolate ice cream on a small cone. The cone was so small I had to ask if they got it right! Its a tiny one you give toddlers. And the ice cream isnt CREAM anymore. Right away, it started melting. You know you dont have a lot of cream in it when it starts melting right away.I will never go back to Toppers again. Dont waste your money on a tiny cone with average ice cream quality. Dairy Queen is now my go to place.

My kids love going here and its fresh, hand made ice cream. Even though theres only a small outdoors area to sit, its always clean and theyre friendly. It can get a little pricey depending on what you order, but its delicious. They rotate special flavors that they make, so if it happens to be the coconut, get a whole tub with extra coconut in it if you can (Im not even a big coconut fan so you wont regret it!!!!)!

Every Wednesday is $1 come night and they always have a flavor of the week. Kids love it!!

This has become one of our favorite places to get Ice Cream on the Island. The ice cream is really good. The creaminess and feel of the cone is awesome. Due to the quality of the product, it also doesnt melt nearly as quickly as any other soft serve I have ever had. I will usually go with the weekly special when we go because I am like the variety. Some examples are Tutti Frutti, lemon, Pistachio, and my personal favorite orange dream.The staff are also a fun loving and dedicated bunch. They know us and our cat, and are always willing with advice and tastes of the special of the week. They have also been known to slip a quick taste for our cat Pooh.We go almost every Wednesday for the $1 cone night, but have been known to sneak in a few off schedule trips as well.Do yourself a favor and try it out. You will not be disappointed.

The Ive cream was delicious and tasted oh so homemade. Cute place and they offer other delicious take home confections. They also sell their homemade ice cream in half gallon size for your freezer. Totally worth every penny.

Great ice cream for the money

Everyone has their on tastes. Personally this ice cream is way better than DQ. It’s rich and creamy. I had the banana split it isn’t for no sissy eaters it weighed a ton. I even drank the melted ice cream out of the boat. I’m glad we are having salmon for supper. And the x petty officer that served us was very pleasant.

Went there yesterday evening with my husband. We ordered in the drive-thru and got 2 small dude Sundays. After driving away I found a long hair in mine. We went right back and they offered to remake but by then I was just disgusted. So they gave us a full refund.

The best soft serve... their slogan doesnt lie! Its so airy and delicious that I skip the topping all together. They always have chocolate, vanilla and swirl plus one special flavor that changes. All seating is outdoors and it has a drive thru for those ambitious enough to drive and eat ice cream... or quickly drive home!

A go to place for sure on Wednesdays. They gave their Special $1 00 cones in any flavor. Great tasting and fresh ice cream. Malts and shakes and great banana splits.

Having eaten a lot of different ice cream throughout my life I think I can consider myself somewhat of an ice cream connoisseur LOL! The attitudes that the employees display is neutral, and the prices are fair. As for the soft serve, it was sort of... soft. Not in the way that soft serve should be, in a way that holds its shape well, but in the way that makes you think that the machine was just turned on. However, it was not the worse ice cream that I have had so thats a plus.

Have never visited here until I went on a Wednesday which is small cone for $1. So I tried and I must say their soft ice cream is the best I have tasted so far in Florida! Im not a chocolate fan..but theirs was very very good.

Toppers is in a good location.Easy pull in and easy pull out.Wednesday is $1.00 cone day. But, you can get whatever treat you want anytime.The service is effecient and each treat is made to order just for you.They have fun colored umbrellas to sit under at round tables too.The drive thru is a bit tight but, it keeps you slowed down.The speaker at the menu doesnt work so, you order at the window, which is fine.They offer special flavors too and if your not sure, ask for a taste.They also have Dog cups too!!!Make this your GO TO ICE CREAM PLACE!

I wait in line for 5 minutes, I get to the window. The girl there is really rude to me when I ask to buy ice cream. I pay for it ahead of time, I wait AN EXTRA 10 MINUTES for the ice cream. I actually see a man walk up while Im waiting, order an ice cream, and get a sundae served to him while Im still waiting. People behind me start saying COME ON out the window because its taking that long, seriously. She gives it to me HALF MELTED in the container. Very rude people skills. I cant even eat it when I get home just 5 min away, have to re-freeze it in the freezer.
