Ironically I don’t usually write reviews for products or services but I do enjoy reading them. Also, I’m not much of a wordsmith so feel free to unread this if you get bored.Recently I contacted Campbell’s Garage Door Service to have my old, tired door replaced. I was prepared for a $1200-$1500 estimate, plus the cost of a new opener…so around $2000 was what I was expecting. Harold came out and informed me, rather quickly, that I didn’t need a new door. That the door only needed to be wind-loaded to get up to speed with the hurricane codes. So, instead of selling me what I thought I needed and, obviously generating more profit for the business, he sold me what I actually needed! Well done, Sir. I chose a local business #OurIsland and I am especially thankful and grateful for their honesty and integrity. Oh, he was also prompt, professional and did a really, really great job!10/10 would recommend!

Campbell Garage Door sent a specialist to do my broken spring replacement. My door wouldn’t open for a month so I called them up. He was prompt to arrive and had all the tool and parts he needed to complete the service.The rest is memorable history-done perfectly!

First time reviewer, long time review reader. I felt like I needed to chime in on this Brevard County company. First, I usually like to buy local, but I mostly go with the best price as it doesn’t get much more local to me than me. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they easily had the best price in town. The national chain was hiding installation and permit costs, or at least were not including them in the advertised price. Secondly, the other thing that is important to me is showing up at the times we agreed to. This seems like the hardest thing to come by in Brevard these days. The guys showed up on time, and were courteous to my wife and I while they were here. Best price and best service, yes, please! We only wish they provided more services and products here locally. Thanks, so much Campbell’s Garage, we are very grateful.

I surveyed my neighborhood facebook page for a recommendation. Over 20 responses for this company and now I see why. Friendly, ON TIME service! As it turned out the belt on my garage door opener was a lifetime warranty part. I didnt know that and they didnt have to tell me that. I saved $80 on that alone. I was back up and running in less than an hour. He also did some other minor maintenance on the rest of my system. I cant remember the last time my door was this quiet. I will absolutely use this company in the future.

Received an estimate from Campbell and while I did not use him for the installation, he was prompt, friendly, and very informative. Had I not had a family friend assist with the install, I would have used this company for sure.
