Great people. Very honest. Did a wonderful job on the first guitar. Called me on the 2nd guitar and told me it was ok and didnt need adjusting. They could have charged me for adjusting and I would not have known any difference but they chose to be honest. I definitely recommend this place

I cant recommend this place enough. The staff is all super friendly. Amazing customer service. I have gotten multiple guitar setups and a mandolin setup here and they do an incredible job. I wouldnt recommend anyone go anywhere else.I will be back time and time again

Just left the store with my new guitar! Im a beginner and couldnt play a lick. Derrick and Robby were exceptionally cool to me and took the time to explain a few things to get me going. I would highly recommend this place for any of your music needs and I would recommend these 2 especially for the outstanding customer service. They helped me with seting my dauguter up with an affordable first electric guitar and amp. They played several so we could hear the sound difference which was really great. Have to hold one star off though because the guitar was new but they couldnt find the whammy bar. They said they would order one for her but its been several trips back and months now...and still no whammy bar.

Im so glad I found this place and it is local. I just only wish they had better hours but thats okay, I can just learn to plan better. I would much rather support local businesses than order stuff online for my instruments. Check this place out they have a great selection and the staff is very friendly.

Not HappyMaskless! Even when I asked. Makes me question the sanitation of the shop. I feel I need to let my guitar sit for several days before I play it to let any potential coronavirus on the surface die.Not at happy with the treatment and service on my new Guild acoustic. They didnt adjust the action as asked. They installed the wrong gauge strings.12/10/2020 Follow up: The store owner contacted me direct to listen to my concerns. I commend him that he did not try to say his employees were right and I was wrong. He genuinely wanted to listen to me.The owner offered to adjust the action and replace the strings at no cost.He additionally explained his COVID sanitation routine which sounded reasonable.In summary, I think my encounter was a one off incident. I thank Sam for wanting to make is store a better place.

This place is my husbands goo to place for parts and strings. The guys are always super helpful and pretty damn knowledgeable about what they carry in store. They also helped point us in the right direction in regards to a replacement piece for one of his guitars.

Best prices and selection. The reason that I do business with Sam (the owner) is his many years experience on the road playing and in the studio. Unlike the internet, when you have a problem Sam takes care of it. If it has to go back to the factory or a repair shop Island handles it for me. Amazon does NOT do that for you and besides...you cant go into an Amazon shop and play Stairway to Heaven and annoy people for a half hour.

Pretty much the best guitar shop in the Space Coast area. I know the trendy thing is to buy online but you cannot replace the ability to try out several guitars. These days the prices in shops are often the same as online as well. In the end, you can end up saving money by going to a shop because you can find out that the $1800 guitar you wanted for so long actually isnt any better sounding than an $800 guitar.

They should change their name to guitar shop. They dont carry midi keyboards and their keyboard selection is sub par to any musicians standards. If youre going in looking to buy a midi controller or any type of keyboard this is not the place. Do it yourself. Order it off the internet because thats the best he can do for you.

Nice place with friendly people and a reasonable selection of electric guitars(The Ibanez Jmjr is tons of fun) and basses, to acoustic instruments and electronic keyboards, as well as some pretty decent amps like the Boss Katana 100, a Fender Hot Rod series amp, and even a Kemper Profiling amp.

This store is AWFUL because they have too many sweet sounding Taylor guitars! This is the best music store on the Space Coast by far. I have bought amps, a Strat, and strings at special prices ! ...get to know the clientel and they will work with you. I get all my musical things from this store. If youre looking, they either have it or can get it. Although, i wish they had a luthier again......!
