This is by far the best place to call or visit if you need help getting information about portable oxygen concentrators. Their oxygen technician Erick is the most knowledgeable person i have talked to about the portable concentrators, and Ive called at least 4 places! I am very impressed with his knowledge and his personable customer service. In fact, i was so impressed with his knowledge and customer service, Im going to buy one. He is a great asset to this company.

Staff all extremely helpful with grab bar information. In a timely manner Chris installer came to my home and was so professional and competent! He really knew what he was doing and a fantastic job, with no mess! Definitely recommend and will use them again, and ask for Chris!! Great job!

Ever so thankful the ER staff @ HRMC shared this place with me. I had a fall accident and still wanted to be able to have some beach time. The Sand Scoot was absolutely the ticket and money well spent. They delivered to and picked up. Very blessed!

I’ve been in this facility many times and each time I ask myself why? They are rude and unprofessional. They have no idea of what they have in stock nor what the word plenty means. They can care less if you come into the store or not. I hope this store isn’t associated with the name Hobbs because the drug store employees are very nice.

Within MINUTES Erik understood my need to get a portable oxygen concentrator to make my dying father in laws wishes to come to FL a reality. More importantly, he LISTENED to me and was very empathetic. Within a matter of a half hour, he told me what he could do for me, which was an out of the ordinary request. When picking up the equipment, Erick showed me how to use it, and the entire office was kind and operated the way a business SHOULD operate, not how a business OFTEN operates in our busy society. Erick is a gift! I HIGHLY recommend this place!

The staff is always very helpful. Its located in a good area near a Walmart. They have a very large assortment of all kinds of medical items. Their return policy is excellent.

Brevard Medical Equipment provided an awesome donation to our local high school! They stepped up to fill a need! We are so appreciative of their community-mindedness!

Was stressing about getting a wheelchair and as soon as we got the staff had us in and out within 10 minutes with a wheelchair rental that was very cheap. The wheelchair is great its comfortable and sturdy it was so fast and easy it made me shocked.

These people refuse to work with you, making promises they dont keep. My wife is on hospice, and recently had to be moved into an assisted living facility. Hospice informed them that I am not a retiree, and work for a living. Two weeks after they were informed that I have only Fridays off, they have not called, they have not picked up the chair, but they claim they have tried to get the chair (but no calls) and left notes (that I have never seen), and now Brian claims hes concerned they wont get the chair back. These people need to be avoided at all costs.

As a Home health nurse I use Brevard medical frequently. The staff goes above and beyond to assist their customers needs. Super friendly and courteous workers.

I have used Brevard Medical over the years for many things. They have great product availability in the store, fast delivery, and are quick to repair something when I had a problem.

Pretty large and varied in store inventory of ostomy supplies HOWEVER, some staff members are poorly trained and have little or no knowledge about the products they sell and they are also VERY VERY RUDE. Management doesnt seem concerned about this serious issue so it most likely wont change.

I was looking for a CPAP Machine and the woman I spoke with was not helpful at all... i felt I was bothering her... I will never go back even if they were the only store opened..
