Great experience at this shop. I purchased a suppressor here and these professionals walked me through the steps to apply for a NFA Tax Stamp. They have a Silencer Shop kiosk in the store which lets you submit your fingerprints electronically. Nick took charge of the situation and helped me submit my info, photo, and fingerprints. Special shout out to Nick and Greg for making this process easy.

Found Guns 2 Ammo randomly online because I was searching for a specific handgun. Their website showed that they had my handgun in stock and their pricing for this gun was the lowest price out of everywhere that had the same gun. I emailed them on a Monday to make sure that they did have this gun in stock and they replied to my email immediately to confirm that they do have my gun. I paid and they shipped the gun out the same day and my FFL received it 2 days later. All in all, as a first time buyer from these guys, I had an absolutely smooth and pleasant shopping experience. Staff and owner are very attentive to each customer. Great selection of firearms, suppressors, and ammo. And, one of the few shops on this side of the East Valley (asides AJI and Sportsmans) thats open on Sunday. Its worth a visit to see what they have in stock.

First of all let me commend you for following the Law. Most online companies will not ship to Cook County or Illinois, even though there is NOT 1 single law that prevents it. KUDOS. I hate it when a Gun Shop infringes on my 2nd Amendment Rights. 2ND. What fast shipping you have. The next time I do a USPSA shoot or steel challenge, I will not have to do a Mag change. You will be my first stop anytime I need anything. AWESOME.

Haven’t really bought anything from here but the occasional magazine or box of ammo. Newer gun store to the valley within the last 2-3 years but have seemed to establish themselves well. The selection varies greatly depending on time of year. New gun prices tend to be inline with other retailers but occasionally they’re used firearms are well above market price. Only recently made an actual firearm purchase a few weeks ago when I bought a new Surefire suppressor. They have a silencershop kiosk which makes buying NFA items a breeze.

Knowledgeable staff, great prices, unbeatable customer service. I spoke with one of the employees and they were more than happy to talk with me for about an hour and answer all of my questions with ease. Ill recommend them to everyone! They are now my go to for guns and ammo.

These guys are great! I come here sometimes for their FFL and shipping services (and also to snoop around for ammo or parts). They have a great team of friendly people, and the lady who handles all the shipping is absolutely top tier! When it comes to FFL knowledge, these folks are excellent, and they actually pick the phone up when I have to make a call! I wish all stores were as quick and responsive as these guys!!!

I’ve been to a lot of gun stores. Im talking NATIONWIDE, and this store not only has the best customer service I have EVER had but also the best deals I could find. I went to 5 different shops looking for a specific gun and he beat their price by a solid $200. He has great stock, and even some harder to find guns. Definitely check this place out. Also I saw the gun I wanted was at this store. I called after meeting the gentleman at a gun show, he remembered talking to me and without hesitation offered to hold the gun for me for a week. And that’s after talking to me for all of 5 minutes.

Had a very pleasant experience with these folks. Friendly, courteous, accommodating, and very prompt greeting when entering. Very helpful with what I needed along with some fun conversation while providing excellent customer service. Nice store, owner Nick was very nice and helpful. They had huge stacks of reasonably priced, quality self defense 9mm ammo available for purchase, something that is very hard to find right now. Selection of guns in store is currently a bit sparse but that shouldn’t be surprising or a negative to anyone considering we are in a time of record and unprecedented gun buying. Every store has been picked clean across the USA and it will take some time for them to come back to shops in a regular fashion. I will always make it a point to stop in and see what’s available any time I’m in the area.

So there is an order put in place for face mask are required. This shop has a sign on the door requiring them before entry. Funny, i walk in and 3 out of the 5 people in there are not wearing any. Mind you one of them is coughing. The employees are perfectly fine with it though. Im of older age and at high risk my self and when rules like these are not followed it worries me.

I found this shop to be one of the best in the business. I have gone into the store multiple times, and left with something new more times than not. They have very competitive prices and are run very professionally. My last visit I worked with a gentleman named Alec. He was beyond helpful and answered a lot of my questions very well. I ordered a Browning scope on March 9th online. I was invoiced and money taken from my bank account immediately. 12 days later and I still dont have my scope. Ive attempted to call multiple times and have left messages. I have emailed the help center and have yet to receive a response. The day I placed this order my bank immediately called me with a fraud concern. I told the bank that I had placed the order...now Im starting to wonder if my bank was correct, and if this is even a real company or an online scam.Update: I was able to talk to someone today. He was very helpful and took the time to look into my issue. Turns out they are waiting on the part from their distributor, it is scheduled to arrive today or tomorrow and they will ship ASAP. I bumped my score to 3 stars, and will move it to 5 if everything processes in a timely manner from here. I cant hold guns2ammo for a delay from their distributor.

As a female I have been wanting to buy a gun for protection for awhile now but I have always been a little timid with guns. My husband brought me here, and I was a little intimidated thinking I would be judged as a stupid woman who doesnt know anything. We ended up being helped by Greg and at first I just let my husband speak for me. Within the first 5 minutes Greg made me feel so comfortable and assured me there are a lot of women like me. Instead of being irritated with me, he made an extra effort to educate me about different guns, how to hold them, and make sure I wont regret my purchase. He was not at all pushy and also told us there was a gun show going on that weekend. I decided to wait on a gun and check out the show. I had an idea of what I liked (because of Greg) but I wanted to make sure I got the best price and the right gun for me. After spending hours at the show, I finally found the best price on the gun I liked. Turns out I found a gun at the show from the Guns 2 Ammo booth! They had the best prices and my gun was over $100 less than anywhere else there. I am so glad I found this place and will definitely be back to see Greg, or any of the staff actually, for any future purchases!

I had found a very good price in this store for a progressive reloading press, so I created a profile in their system and placed the order flawlessly. So far so good. I waited about a week expecting to get a shipping update or information but got nothing, so I called the store. I was given different answers or explanations but none was my shipment date. Once I was told that my shipment would go next day and I would get a message with the tracking number but that didnt happen. This situation stretched for more than a week until I got my call answered by Dianne. Kudos to her because she promised my delivery for next day and so she did. I received my product without problems.Bottom line, if you are spoiled by Amazon Prime or Midway USA delivery times, this place might not be for you, but if you are willing to wait and deal with a small store, you may get rewarded by very good prices. I probably paid well over $100 less than the next cheapest vendor and way less than Midway or Brownells.Im giving them 4 stars because the lack of automation in their shipment process and feedback-to-customer loop. In these days of e-commerce such problems shouldnt be an issue. Thats their improvement opportunity there.

I bought an AR-15 and ordered an after market trigger. Once the trigger arrived the owner popped it in for me. What an amazing shop always go the extra mile whenever I come in. Over the previous year, I have been fortunate to frequent this location, both in store and online, and I have had a great experience every time! Working with Alec to make my purchases has been great, and he keeps track of what all of his customers are searching for. I was on the hunt for a Dan Wesson 1911 and he gave me a call as soon as he brought a used one in! Great customer service! Their website is also great! Purchased two different firearms over the previous 5 months, and they are quick with an update and work with their suppliers to get orders processed as quickly as possible. Some previous reviews complain about long wait times, but this isnt Amazon and you arent buying a phone charger. Firearms experience backorders, especially on popular options, and contrary to the ideas pushed by mass media, firearms are actually take time to ship, process, and get to the consumers. Great experiences with the store!

Employees and Owner are very knowledgeable and friendly. Me, my brother and father all had many jokes and laughs with the employees and enjoyed our time spent there. The background check and purchase was fast and easy (since they do it all digital). They all gave their honest thoughts and opinions, advantages and disadvantages, when I was making a chose between 2 pistols. I left the store happy with my purchase and will be going back!

I had purchased a few items from the store and had a great experience. I was referred out there to see Alec, from my buddy at Phoenix PD, and it was a 45min drive but well worth it. Pretty frustrated with my online purchase experience. I made a purchase well over a month ago and it never shipped. I have made multiple phone calls and each time I was told I would get a follow up email which never happened. The individuals I’ve spoken to have been friendly but it doesn’t make up for the lack of communication. I have since canceled my order and hope to see my refund coming.

Online buyers beware. Guns2Ammo is not a reliable online retailer. I got the run-around for 4 weeks with empty reassurances about my order. The staff was always polite when I called but they were never able to give me reliable information and failed to give return calls when they were promised. The only good thing that I can say is that they initiated my refund within 24 hours when I formally requested it in writing. I recommend taking your online business somewhere else.

Nice size shop with a large assortment of firearms. Mostly pistols with a decent selection for long arms. Went in out of curiosity and came out with a used sks for well below what the gun market currently thinks theyre worth, they even tossed in a new stock for it for super cheap. Guys are super friendly and are pretty knowledgeable about what they carry. Will certainly be popping in from time to time to see whats new.

My husband order a RPR (Ruger Precision Rifle) got confirmation email said it would take up to 21 days to be delivered which was understandable due to the current situation going on. My husband made his purchase not expecting his new gift for another 2-3 weeks, low and behold he received an email the following day saying his order was ready. He then texted me asking if I saw the email and he called, speaking to Nick when he called, Nick confirmed his gift was in; his excitement was priceless. Nice fully stocked store with a great selection. Very polite staff and the owner will bend over backwards for you to make a deal. It’s also good to know the shop is owned by a USMC vet. Having an armorer on site is handy for part swaps and sight changes etc. I’ve looked for some hard to find items and they always manage to get it.

I recently ordered/bought the HK P30, the shipping was super fast! Their system made it super easy to track my order, and when I called they answered any questions I had. My girlfriend and I went in today to pick it up and we were so amazed by how great the service was. When we walked in we were greeted and helped right away by Nick. The background check process was quick and painless (bonus it was on a tablet and not a computer) and everyone working there was super nice and great to talk to! Tried doing an FFL transfer to their store, no one acted like they cared. They dropped the ball twice on getting the information from the seller. I provided everything they need for the transfer to happen. The seller never heard from them. They only care if you purchase a firearm directly from them. Seems like the shop is run by a bunch kids. One of the kids at the counter was buying a wrist watch from a customer (lol) while I was standing there waiting to inquire about the transfer. He said I got you bro, transfers all set. It never happened, went to a competitor down the street and everything went smooth.

I wish that it could be lower than one star. 3 Weeks ago I place an order, follow up a week later to discover the FFLs email is in SPAM, follow up another week later to discover a problem with their supplier, and follow up today, 3 weeks after placing my order, to find out that the order STILL hasnt been shipped. Sorry for the problems doesnt cut it, since all of the follow up was me calling them. The weapon is made by someone else, so quality of product isnt an issue. Id shop elsewhere for something called customer service.

Was searching online for some AR parts and found Guns 2 Ammo had some really good prices and theyre local so I went for it. I made an online order and I will admit the wait time is longer than if you were to order off a bigger online retailer. So yes it took alittle longer to get my items but I got a great price.. the staff is friendly.. The store is nice and has a pretty good selection... So I give them a 5 👍

Maybe good in store but do not order online! Ordered on 8/27, now 9/8 and still nothing, no tracking, no updates via website. Have sent a few emails with the response it will ship in a day or two twice now. I have never seen a company take to long to ship online. I will give one more day for a full 2 weeks and Ill have to start a charge back process, this is absurd. If you are dealing with a wholesaler get on the phone and tell them to ship! Its only hurting your business, I will not recommend to anyone.

Walked into the store and was greeted promptly and courteously by the owner. I’ve been to a lot of gun stores and must say I like their selection and service. Very knowledgeable without acting like they are above everyone. I can honestly say even after my purchase todayI will be back! These guys rock check them out.

Guns 2 Ammo has the best pricing that I have found on all of their firearms. After looking at other several firearms and talking with the staff I was able to make my decision on what to purchase. I purchased a cz p-09 and will definitely be returning for my next firearm.
