I love this company! They came to my work and replaced my windshield on my 2013 Toyota Tacoma within 24 hours. Victor came out to do the repair and did an excellent job! He called before he arrived and when he was finished. Very professional and such an easy process to go through! Jameson got me on a 3 way call straight to my insurance and we handled everything on the first phone call. I would HIGHLY recommend this company and will be using them in the future!!!

Highly professional staff. There was an issue with the supplier of the windshield for my car. After installation, I noticed an issue. The supplier gave Simple Choice a windshield that didnt have heads-up capability. I called up Jameson (General Manager) and communicated the issue. He was very concerned and made it right by getting me the correct windshield and installed it ASAP. Mistakes happen and this one wasnt Simple Choices fault. It was the resolution that was professional and made me satisfied.

I just bought a brand new car and it’s my baby! So needless to say I was devastated when a rock flew up on the freeway and hit my windshield, immediately resulting in a crack that spread out to about 2 feet wide across the windshield. After having an extremely unpleasant experience with Safelite that resulted in having to file a second windshield replacement claim (2 days was all the first windshield lasted before it sported a 6-inch crack from the edge), I contacted Simple Choice. My experience could not have been better. Instead of 3+ weeks to schedule an appointment, they were out here less than 8 hours after I contacted them. Their tech, Victor was pleasant, professional, and got the job done in the timeframe he stated. These guys will now get any recommendation I make. I am super-impressed.
