Mesa awning are the worst company I ever seen in my life After installing the Awning in my backyard that leaked everywhere I call them and complaint about it they came to seal it But leaked again I called them AgainTo get it fixed and they never show upTheyve been ignoring me and theyre not doing what customer service should do They wont take care of their problem I dont think they do a good job I dont recommend this company to anybody and be aware of a contractor Bill

I had Mesa Awning come out to do awnings on my mobile home on the west and south sides and they did such a fantastic job I had them install them on the rest of my windows...Great prices..great friendly people Joan and Bob and the installer. I highly recommend them if you need awnings! You wont regret it!

We had the best experience with Mesa Awning. I received three quotes for the project and they far beat the others on price and customer service. The whole team...salesman, Doug and installers, Tim and Don were ALL great to work with. Very friendly and accommodating. We love our Alumawood shade structure!

In March 2020 I called to schedule appt with Joan & she explained they were quite busy. Within 2 weeks Bob, owner, came to measure the awning extension & gave me an estimate. Previously, I had the same size awning extension installed by another company on opposite side of house A. Because of monsoon season I didnt get other quotes. This company charged me twice as much for the exact same size. The quality of work Mark from Mesa Awning B did a month later was superior to the company A. So, that old saying you get what you pay for isnt always true. I could have used the extra money I paid A for other home repairs. Do yourself a favor & use Mesa Awning. You may have to wait for appt & job schedule BUT theyre top shelf in my opinion. My interaction with every employee at Mesa Awning was quite professional, courteous & accommodating with my work schedule.😊🤗😁

Ive heard such great things about Mesa Awning, so Im pretty disappointed that Ive tried multiple times to get an estimate and still dont have one. Mesa Awning assigned some guy to give me an estimate; Bob, Larry, whatever. Thats how memorable he was. I told him what my schedule was like and if he was going to be in the area (West Mesa), that we can schedule me in. Nope, wont schedule me for an estimate. Instead, he calls me and asks me if Im available that day, with less than an hour notice. Twice, hes called me like that while I was at work. Then he said, well, hell just call me another time. Havent heard from him in 3 weeks. Based on the other 4 estimates Ive collected since then, its a significant chunk of change Im going to spend this winter. If I cannot rely on someone to provide a decent estimate, then how can I have the confidence that the company will do quality work. The estimator gives the first impression of the company. Ive hired a lot of contractors in the last year and it seems that customer service is not what it use to be, even for highly rated companies, which is only what I use.

Scheduled a patio cover quote & install. It took a few attempts to match up schedules as I work 7AM - 6PM M-F. Install was great. No issues. I love my new patio cover.

Requested a quote from their online form. Got a call back from one of their employees and she was immediately confrontational. Even though I had stated in my existing porch roof was damaged and I wasnt looking for a repair, she made it clear that they couldnt repair my porch roof using the same material as I have (again, I had already stated I didnt want a repair). She then demanded the size and what material I was looking for. I told her I just wanted to get a quote and that she had already been aggressive from the moment I answered the phone, to which she said that she just didnt want to waste her guys time. If getting me a quote is a waste of their time, then I am not interested in their wasting my time either. Pass.

Jim does a awsome job at this park. He keeps the pool clean and inviting every day. He and his wife Ann are a asset to this community.

Couldnt even get an estimate. The contractor, Bill or Bob, was so unprofessional and rude that I decided he wasnt worth my money. What kind of contractor cant understand the cars will be side-to-side, not front-to-back? All Im trying to order is a shade cover for my and my house-mates cars. Im going to just build it myself.

Took three weeks to get a call back on a quote. Obviously too busy for my business. If this is how they work...no thanks!
