They wrapped a range hood for my kitchen with matte black. First they did not follow my specific instructions and wrapped it incorrectly. on the second time around, I received it with marks and scratches all over the face of the hood. I paid 200 dollars. It took them well over a month to complete. They refused to give me a refund even though I had several photos that showed the marks and scratches. They tried to blame me for the scratches and acted like it wasnt their problem. They are claiming the hood was in perfect condition went it left the shop. But clearly it wasnt. and it really hurts my feelings that I am being accused of damaging my own range hood, the brand new hood that I spent 1500 dollars on. As an artist myself, I take pride in everything I do and I garentee all of my work to be perfect. I was promised they could handle this project and that it would turn out good. I feel lied to and robbed. I went to amerwraps.com instead and he took excellent care of me. Only charged me 150 and came to my house for the install no extra charge. He finished the work in less than an hour. And it only took a week for him to come out and do the work. He wrapped the hood with satin black, which is more durable than matte black and he even did a protective coating on the the vinyl. Sometimes its the little things that matter and its what separates the professionals from the amateurs that only care about money.

A&M Graphics, first and foremost, is a Veteran Owned business and they definitely provide topnotch work. Their installer is one of the best Ive seen and cares about his work as if it was his vehichle/motorcycle being worked on. The owner, Andrew, is very Honorable/respectful and cares personally about every job that leaves his facility. I appreciate his integrity and willingness to WANT to make the customer happy. Mica, the front office person is a diamond in the rough. The designer was left to use her creative genius to come up with a design that was more than impressive and fit what I wanted. I highly recommend A&M Graphics to anyone looking to just change the look of their ride/car or a business wanting to create a buzz in the public eye displaying what they are about with the work Andrew and his team does. If I could give this place 0 starts I would without a doubt. This business is real quick to take a customers money and then delay on printing and timing of the project to be done in the timely manner that is stated. I had to call them multiple times to check and see the status of my wrap and what was going on, they just “passed me along”. Fast forward a little bit and finally got my appointment set, something significant came up and I had to cancel. (3 days prior to my appointment) I was told to call back on Monday and they would issue me a refund(50%) which was fine. However, that did not happen, and I called, and called again wanting to know the status of my refund, and I finally got in touch with the ONLY person that can “issue” refunds and told me that they can only print a refund check and that would be available to be “picked up” on Friday, 1 week later from cancelling my appointment. The customer service at this place seems friendly at first, when they take your money but dont be fooled because the treatment and service that was provided to me, was completely and utterly unacceptable. We all know that things happen in life that is out of our control but when your money gets delayed and you have to baby sit a business, would anyone be ok with this? I emailed the business, stating my frustration, in a professional but authoritative way and got a response back from the owner that was more derogatory and unprofessional than my email because I basically said I was going to be writing reviews based on this poor experience. Is writing reviews a bad thing nowadays? It even came to the point, that I was so worried and scared that I wouldnt get my money back in this unfortunate and sad time we are living in, I had to get my attorney involved. Please save yourselves the headache and do your research else where. Do not go to this place.FYI they record phone conversations without informing the customer of such act. Which I do not think is legal....

Start off with the owner is a great guy, but management is absolutely terrible at best. She was rude to my wife when the car was dropped off and had no clue what she was doing. She couldn’t get my order correct after 4 different times explaining it to her. They kept my car over night without a phone call when the wrap should have taken no longer than 2 hours (door and front clip)I would recommend going elsewhere to save with this hassle that will occur again.

I went to this shop to get a U.S. flag for my vehicle. Sales rep. was very courteous and prior Marine, gave me a great price. After that, it all went south. Receptionist was very rude and had a hard time with her trying to keep the schedule the sales rep had agreed with me. The installation was very poorly made. Looks like beginners did it. Would not recommend this place.

I had A & M do a wrap on a car I was customizing for a friend of mine that had faded paint on the roof and hood. We did the prep work and sent the vehicle to Kenny and Andrew who wrapped it in a Carbon wrap (including the mirrors) . The quality was amazing as well as the price point and the finished product was above and beyond what my buddy was expecting.Remember you always get what you pay for so

Got my mercedes wrapped in 3m matte grey vinyl back in 2014. Lasted a solid 3+ yrs. Just had to remove it due to over exposure of sun and weather. But very good quality. Superb attention to details. Sad to see it go. Thanx guys from the matte grey Mercedes guy.
