They are being covid safe, but I feel that it is taken to an extreme. Trying to talk to someone in a mask, goggles, AND behind a plexiglass makes it hard to communicate.

Walked in and was ignored for 15 minutes. There was a total of two customers in the store. Asked a woman behind a desk for help, she said she is the lighting specialist and has no clue about shower heads. She said she would get someone, and 10 minutes later came up and said I would have to make an appt some other time. Some shower heads didnt have pricing and I only had a few simple questions, but the only associates in the store were not available bc they were dealing with the only two other customers in the store the entire time I was there, not saying a word or telling me a timeframe that they could get to me.I work in customer service and this store seems to lack very basic customer service based on this experience.Save time, energy, and frustration and dont come here if you want help and a few basic questions answered.

Please save yourself and shop somewhere else. They have beautiful appliances that are available at other stores. Our sales associate Lissa Steele was all happy and joyful when she made the sale. However when we needed to change the size of one item we called and emailed her and she never responded. Had to call customer service to have the item changed. Then the appliances arrived never received a call. By the luck we called to check on them and Courtney said they are in. She supposedly scheduled for install that we paid for and when the day of the install arrived and no-one showed up we called to find out Courtney never put the ticket in for the install to take place. Then when the installer came he found every excuse not to install the cooktop. Saying I need a junction box for the cooktop that I was just replacing. Called a professional electrician to install a junction box who told me that is not how the cooktop should be installed. I have since went back to get my money back for the install and still waiting not sure how long it takes for someone to process a return but this place is on it when they are processing BIG SALES! SAVE YOUR SELF SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE!

We love their showrooms of kitchen and bath. Prices are fair for the upscale products that they offer. Can not put a price tag on timeless quality.

Extremely rude staff!My daughter and I went in here today looking for lighting for my home. I walked around for 45 minutes and not one person offered to help. When I finally asked one of the sales staff for help I was told that their lighting sales person was not there today.Needless to say I took my business elsewhere. I guess I didn’t look wealthy enough to shop there. Well surprise...I am. But I will say this I won’t show there again. I had more help at lamps plus. My 4400 sf house looks great thank you LAMPS PLUS!

My wife and I went there with a set of house plans. We had set up an appointment online and were received right on time. Our showroom consultant was very knowledgeable and very helpful. She walked us through each bathroom of our plan and once she got a taste of what we wanted and what our style was, she was able to give us great recommendations. We loved how many displays they had. Seeing the fixtures and handling them was very helpful. Once we were done, our consultant printed out the items we had picked and emailed us the spec sheets and quote (with pictures). I would highly recommend setting up an appointment to get some real professional help!

They need to train their staff for customer service. If they continue to be so rude to their customers, theyll go out of business :(

Do not waste your time. We tried to walk in but they were doing by appt only. Called and spoke to a woman who hung up on me before I could even finish asking my question about scheduling an appt. We could see people sitting inside doing nothing. It was 30 min to closing time and we just wanted to look at bathtubs. Went to Lowes on Higley and got great service and had all our questions answered.

We had lots of questions. Went through the showroom and then spent time with Payge a showroom consultant here. She was super helpful and we feel so much better undertaking our bathroom remodels!

My husband and I walked in the showroom and was not greeted by any of the employees. There was several employees on the floor and none of them acknowledged our presence. We walked the floor over 20 minutes, Thursday the 24 of October around noon.Very disappointed because we are about to remodel our bathroom and our budget was $50,000. I would not recommend this location, I hope the company dosent do business this way,it is very disappointed, we are Hispanic. I hope they didnt judge us by our appearances.

Exceptional displays and fixtures. Trying to get anyone to talk to you. Is a complete different story. The only time we were greeted. Was when we left. Spent close to an hour looking. Had to take pictures of the the fixtures and lights.

If you are remodeling or building a new home, you need to go to Ferguson Kitchen, Bath, and Lighting. I worked with Holly on my kitchen appliances for my home and it was a great experience. Their staff was so helpful and the selection was amazing!

Staff is great but there order department SUCKS! Ordered a tub that was in stock on their site or so we were told by rep doing order. It was ordered 2 weeks ahead of time and paid for...we still do not have it as someone didnt process the order then the tub went to back order😡. We still do not have it after 5 weeks. So have them double check so you dont have an issue.

I havent actually purchased anything from this store yet, but Im sure I eventually will. I was warmly greeted when I walked in. The selection of lighting, kitchen and bath fixtures, and appliances was spectacular!

What an amazing place to buy appliances and lighting.

I purchased all my fixtures for my 2 bathroom remodels. They were all sent in time, but they sent me used and damaged items. I was shocked when my contractor showed me this. Still waiting on them to return my call to fix the issue.
