It had more to do with their character and commendable customer service.All my questions were answered and the supervisor Ben made sure I was fully aware of what I was agreeing to. There was no artifice or chicanery. No trying to get me to agree without being fully comfortable with the terms. Instead, they encouraged me to take my time and do my research before making a hasty decision; and I really respected that.Needless to say, the roofing work was top quality. Their high level of customer care was met with equally impressive roofing work.
