Prices are high unless you take advantage of the specials only. Dont waste your money on the car scents. They only last a few days. They really need to get on board with being environmentally friendly. Way too much plastic & glass waste! But the candles do smell amazing & last a long time but again only purchase when they have a sale otherwise its too expensive.

LOOOOVE this store! My favorite smell is the Champagne Toast. 🤤 Seriously obsessed. I got 4 of the hand soaps for $20 and they usually last a few months in my house of 3. The employees at this store are so dope. They are not at all intimidating but instead very inviting and willing to help with anything they can. Vibes. Here for it.🤙🏼💕 Me and my family will definitely keep coming back. Take ma monies.🤑🤣

I usually am not a fan of stores like this but this is one my wife drags me to that I dont mind. Their scents are incredible and dont smell fake like most other scent/candles

Love the candles and body spray. We tried their new summer candles and live them. My favorite is their crystal waters candle. Its strong ( but not overpowering) and has a very calming effect to it. Cant wait to try another scent.

Im addicted to their candles and hand soaps. Use the coupons and deals all the time. We just loaded up on fall scents.

Bath & Body Works inside this mall is great! They would have really good deals we have to kind of find out when the deals are. The staff is always helpful. I can always find a good gift for a friend whenever I come inside this door. I really enjoy that they change their sense every so often and have really good deals

Always great shopping experience. Instocks have been better since covid has slowed down. Miss the coupons but I only shop sales. I wont pay full price as its kind of unreasonable. They should have lower prices and less sales on items.

This store just doesnt have all of the options or I should say products that are usually offered by Bath & Body Works but its nice and convenient so if youre looking for some special items for the bad this is a nice place

Went there on a Saturday. Store is clean not to over packed with people, clean store, very friendly and helpful staff. They even came back around to see if we had anymore questions and found what we were looking for. The line to pay was a little longer then Id like due to how close you have to be to other people but the cashiers were quick so it helped

I love Bath and Body Works!! To start, the staff is always so very nice!! If I cant find what Im looking for, all I have to do is ask and one of the lovely ladies that work there always finds it for me!! Also, they never make you feel bad if you are just window shopping!! Last but not least, it always smells so good in there!!!

Very friendly staff! There was someone at the door counting guests to make sure only 45 guests were in the store at once. That being said, the limit is way too high for such a small area and most definitely did not help reduce risk via social distancing.

Holiday shopping is as expected. Staff is awesome and very helpful, the line to get in there actually wasnt bad. Waited maybe 6 minutes. They are very organized as to helping get customers in and out. Great customer service.

Love the great smell of the lotions and gels. I had a coupon for 20%off that expired 2 days prior and the lady at the counter would not honor it. I will just stop going there. There is great smelling gels and hand soaps at the mall in Chandler..

Also my favorite scent this and last year sweet pumpkin spice. Isnt a candle. I really wish it was a candle scent

As always they have promotions and sales but like my last 3 visits the promotions were not applied as if you have to ask them for it although they have signs up everywhere so todays special was buy 3 get 3 free so while checking out cashier 1423370 totally ignores their promotion and cashes me out. Because it was my nieces birthday I didnt want to argue or say anything so I guess Ill just go online for now on because they were no help they didnt even assist my niece and daughter totally ignored us in the store. I wont be back.you would think its obvious malls are going down hill because of online shopping so customer service is key to making a difference

They have the best candles and lotions. The prices can be a little much at times but for what you get, its well worth it. Need a gift? They may have just what you are looking for.

Crystal was very helpful today. We were in there to buy some wallflower scents. However, we had a trouble finding samples that we could test smell. She took the time to track down every scent we were considering. And she seemed happy to help us!
