Good selection on mattresses. Was able to get two new mattresses delivered fairly quickly. It seemed like EVERYONE online was out of stock and needed a month to deliver. Walked into store, placed and paid for order... We had mattresses delivered that weekend. Order came when scheduled, in boxes and wrapped. The guys installed both and removed trash. Very professional and nice.

This is the third time we have been back to The Mattress Firm in Mesa to place an order with Gary. We were very happy with the first beds we purchased 10 months ago: an adjustable king bed and an adjustable queen. The beds were very comfortable and the prices were excellent. Most of all, the customer service that Gary gave us was excellent. I later called him at the Arizona store and asked if he could send a bed to us in California amd he said YES! I came in again today to buy another bed and he extended the same excellent deal from a year ago. Very, VERY happy with the service, price and quality from Gary at Mattress Firm.

We visited Mattress Firm this past weekend and Gary was extremely helpful! We were looking for a first mattress for our daughter (age 2) and gave him a budget to work with. We were delighted when he showed us some really great quality mattresses in the value section, when he could have easily gone to the higher priced mattresses and still stayed within our budget. We were pleasantly surprised that our experience was low pressure, quick, more affordable than we expected, and super simple. When we are ready for a new mattress for ourselves, we will definitely start here.

I am a cyclist and was hit by a car while cycling, resulting in four fractured ribs and a shoulder with torn ligaments and a separated AC joint. My firm mattress was way too hard and I havent slept in my bed for a month because of the pain. I cant wait for my new iSeries mattress to be delivered. I am excited about putting fragmented sleep cycles behind me and to experience true restful, restorative sleep. Mr Gary Kent is the best!

We visited the Matress Firm store knowing we wanted a soft mattress. The salesman, Gary, did an excellent job of directing us to the right mattresses to try. We bought the one we liked. It arrived about 10 days ll after. The installation guys did a great job setting up the bed to the right height and location. Weve had it for about a month now and are totally happy.

It was quick and easy to get what i needed. I simply told Gary the sales man what i needed and he found it for me. I was in and out within 15min. No hassles or struggles.

I cannot comment on the product because I have not yet slept on the bed. It will be delivered, and Ill sleep on the bed, and let you know. Now as to my experience with the store and the sales staff. Gary was very knowledgeable of all of his products and listened carefully to what we were looking for. He chose a Tulo mattress with an adjustable frame and had it delivered to us within a few days. The tracking process was great on delivery day to let us know updates for our delivery time. Delivery crew were courteous and put their booties on in on our home. They hauled away our old mattress set and the whole process was less than 30 minutes. Our 1st night sleep was amazing (and no snoring😉). We highly recommend Gary and his staff at Mattress Firm! This is the third mattress purchase from the store. The first two times we price shopped at SEVERAL different mattress outlets before purchasing here. We didn’t even bother looking elsewhere this time. I kept checking their sales online,then we went down and tried it out before we purchased it. I have never felt pressured and their prices are very good. They have a neat setup so you can try several different brands and firmness of foam Mattresses. I would never Personally take a chance on buying one without trying it.

My wife has social anxiety and has been trying to do things on her own and after this experience it has set her back months of hard work. We will never go back to matress firm again after this ordeal and will be contacting headquarters to report this experience as it was incredibly uncalled for.

This place will do anything to get your money and don’t believe the free 100 day return policy nothing there is free. It cost 100 to change mattress’s before the time expires plus addition delivery and installation charges plus 558. P.O. for I’m not sure what. Then when you buy the new mattress they take the mattress price off and say it’s a discount but you still owe for the whole first bill. These people are liars and cheats
