Customer service from Adam was good although I feel like I was took advantage of with the pricing, I know nothing about these prices paid $750 for an oil change and alignment and 2 new tires.

The service here was amazing. I had to push back my appointment and they were more than willing to accommodate. Adam was very helpful and his customer service was impecable.

The Firestone team really did an awesome job helping me out today! I was just a walk in hoping that I could get a check on something’s on my truck, no wasn’t in there Vocab and because of that they were able to squeeze me in and get me taken care of! I really like this team and it’s why I keep coming back thank you guys I really appreciate it!

I will start off by saying, I have always had pleasant experiences with their staff being very friendly and timely and I enjoy the convenience of online scheduling for my oil changes. They completely lost my trust yesterday though after leaving my car for an oil change, being told everything was great on my car, only to get home and happen to look at the inspection report which clearly reported an unrepairable nail in my back tire, which I go look and the nail is literally hanging out of my sidewall by over an inch. This was never mentioned and in my opinion completely negligent to send someone off driving as so. The manager called me and apologized but never offered to make things right. Our household will be taking our vehicles elsewhere from now on.

This place goes out of their way to save you money. Come here!! Thanks guys!!

First of all, I want to say that I would have given this store a 0 if I could. I made an appointment for an oil change at the store located at greenfield and University rd in Mesa, AZ. My appointment was the first one of the day 7am. I made it this early because I needed my car back by 9am, so I figure 2 hours window was good enough. There was no car there when I got there. Around 9:30 am and after not receiving a call from the store, I decided to go there to check the status of my car and to make sure they didn’t try calling me. When I got to the store, I noticed that my car was parked in the same place I parked it. I also noticed the garage was full of car including the oil change section. As a matter of fact, they were just finishing a car and took it out and brought another one in. I went inside and asked the same manager who took my car in at 7am. When I asked about my car, he told me that they have gotten to my car because his technician just showed up at 9:30am because they gave him a crazy schedule and he was not scheduled to coming until 9am. I asked why didn’t he cal me or even share that with me when I drop off the car. His only response what “what do you want me to do?” I told him a phone call would have been great. I also told I’m that there were no car when I got there and I noticed they took a car out of the oil change section and just brought another one in. He was like “that is imposible, but let me check”. He then came back and told he, the technician made a mistake and brought that car in, if you want I can go tell him that your car is next.” I decided to take my car without the oil change. I have to say that this have been the worst customer service, I have ever received from Firestone and because of that I will never return. The lack of professionalism and compassion for customers is unbelievable there.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. I can get answers from them about what work is actually being done. They are eager to help and have continually gone above and beyond

A nail took out my tire on Easter Sunday...I arrived at Firestone riding on my spare Monday at 7am and was on my way 45 minutes later with a new tire....fast and friendly service. I am a repeat customer at this location (Lindsay and McKellips)

ON 8/2/2020 I PULLED INTO THEIR SHOP DUE TO HAVING A SPLIT IN MY TIRE THAT WAS LEAKING AIR PRETTY QUICK. ALL THEY HAD IN STOCK WERE THEIR EXPENSIVE TIRE AND WAS OUT OF MY PRICE RANGE. BUT THEY TOOK THE TIME TO DROP MY SPARE AND PUT IT ON FOR ME FREE OF CHARGE WITH NO COMMITMENT. THIS TYPE OF SERVICE SHOWS THAT THEY REALLY DO CARE ABOUT PEOPLE AND WILLING TO HELP. I WILL DEFINITELY KEEP THEM IN MIND FOR FUTURE TIRE OR AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR.

Bill the guy I dealt with was awesome didn’t have enough to pay for the 4 new tires I needed but because they were too unsafe for me to drive on he gave me 4 new tires& only charged me for the price of two that I had the money for

We took our car here to replace the battery, few days later the power steering completely went out and was leaking everywhere, didnt think anything of it took it back for that, got that fixed than the next day the car started overheating, started getting suspicious but took it back since its close, got that fixed now its mysteriously spraying coolant everywhere, I would avoid this place, If you take your car somewhere to be fixed you expect it to come out fixed not come out mysteriously with more problems than it had when it went in! so much money gone..

If I could give 10 stars I would. Extremely friendly, HONEST, and knowledgeable. I will be back for all of my car care needs.

I took my Jeep here about a year ago for an oil change. I didnt have the tools at the time to do it on my own so I paid the over priced 75 bucks to get it done here. I now have the tools to do the work myself. Upon trying to remove the oil drain plug I noticed the rubber was bone dry and the plug would not move with normal force. I couldnt even get a breaker bar to remove the plug! These guys over tightened the drain plug on my Jeep and seized it up by doing an amateur job. A 30 minute job now has to be postponed because of the work they did on my Jeep.

Between my mom and I, we were loyal to Firestone for over 11 years for tires and oil changes, but we will never be returning to any Firestone. I went in for an oil change, and I believe his name is Craig always kind of talked down to me although Aldo was always pretty good. Anyways, recently I came across an issue where my engine fluids were overfilled which caused a really big engine issue, and I never topped them off myself... Since its an older car on its last leg anyways, I chose to get a new car with included maintenance at the dealership. Jokes on you, Firestone, you lost a customer and a bigger company gained one.

Customer service would make me return here....I spoke with Aldo--- unsure but I think he is the manager...I was immediately greeted...my vehicle was checked--i was advised of items not in immediate need but that I should take care of in the coming months...My issue was electrical -- they didnt want me to pay extra or unnecessarily..I was advised of some local options...When I left-- I received a receipt with everything they checked---I was impressed-- they did a lot--- but the honesty won me over....I will definitely be back

This place is speedy, with friendly, no hassle service. I had to have a brake light replaced, and the housing was stuck and then cracked while being replaced. These guys were awesome in tracking down a new piece to replace it as soon as possible, and of course, didnt even try to charge me, even though the piece was old. Great service!

This place.... Dont make an early appointment because their staff will be no-call no-shows. Going back the same day is a terrible mistake. My tires were apparently 45 minutes late getting to the shop in which I was only then informed of. They were supposed to be delivered yesterday. The hour and a half max time frame has now spilled into hour three. Watching three of four mechanics standing in the sun smoking does not bode well. No manager or supervisor on site. Never again.

Aldo was amazing! He was professional, courteous, friendly and very informative. We had major shaking happening as we drove. After taking the van into a different tire store, we were very displeased as the shaking never improved. Firestone, however, offered exceptional service the very first time! Very satisfied with the service and customer care.

I went in for a routine oil change and the guy at the counter was super interested in how loud my car was and was super fixated on that. I have had the same car for 5 years and yes, it is loud but nothing is wrong with it. He told me that before he could start the oil change he had to try and figure out why my car was so loud. That took about 30 minutes and then the guy told me that my car would never pass emissions if it sounded like that and he told me that the car didn’t have a catalytic converter.The oil change ended up taking 2 hours but that wasn’t their fault and they gave me the oil change for free.I went to get my car’s emissions tested today and it passed without any issue. So yeah, I don’t trust those guys.The reason I gave them 3 stars is because I got the oil change for free

The salesman were very friendly and its hard to find a lift for my truck that can lift weighs over 11000 pounds which they had one the only reason why Im giving only 2 star is a few things came missing from inside my vehicle and of course when they asked the technicians they had no idea what happened to it and I havent heard back from them if it has turned up. Like I said very friendly people just clean your vehicle out before I go in there

The guys that work here are awesome! I was in town for a cat show. It was a 10 hour drive for me to get here. My alternator started going out on Sunday morning, last day of the cat show and the day I needed to drive back home. I was going to have to miss my cat show so I could get my car fixed. These nice people got me in first thing in the morning, drove me to the cat show, fixed my car, and then picked me up when I was done. Words can not express how much this meant to me. This is something I will not forget, these guys are awesome!THANK YOU!!!!!

The obviously closed minded balding weekend Manager plainly flat-out refused to change my oil and change one tire at 130pm on July 5th. Do NOT come here do NOT count them as a respectable car care company. Theyre not worth your time or your money go somewhere else immediately. 0/5 stars. If you are the owner and come across this posting do not bother replying because I dont want to hear it from you.

I have used this location several times, the work is decent and prices were reasonable. I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation, I was upsold on replacing my interior and engine air filters. I was charged over $110 for the air filters. One of them was over $50. I looked up the price on the web, the part they used cost less than $20.I feel like they took advantage of the trust I gave them over the last 2 years not to have to check every little detail to avoid being ripped off.Not going back, I can get ripped off anywhere, no need to drive to FIrestone for that privilege.The car was ready on time though.PS - I found out from another firestone shop that my tire rotation should have been free when using my Firestone CC. I called and got the charge reversed without any hassle.

By far, one of the shadiest businesses in town. Every single time anyone in my family has gone for basic services, such as tire rotations, alignments, or even oil changes, they always claim something is a major issue when it never is an issue. My father was just there last night to fix a leak in his tire. It is a 2017, so it under warranty still. They started checking under his hood. For a rear tire. After my father called them out on it, they told him they had to replace the tire for $200. Over a tiny hole on the tire. My father ended up going to Discount Tire to fix the leak. They did it for free. Last summer, I went in to get am alihnment done. They told me that they could not unless Indie other repairs that would cost me $600 and failed to mention how badly I needed new tires. There were tears in the tires. Seriously. We went to Costco and got me great tires and had my alignment done with Sandy & Sons, which is just kitty-corner from this location. We have had many encounters where we go in for simple services and suddenly get a quote for a lot more on services we do not need. If you want honest business, got to literally anyone else. The manager is also kind of a jerk at this Firestone. They do such dishonest business, never trust what they tell you.

Made an appointment on Tuesday for Friday for tire alignment. Got there and after 30 minutes service adviser tells me they cant do it because it needs more work done to it, Im sure it does. He tells me hes gonna write up a quote . 30 minutes later no quote, I ask him to take my truck off the rack so I can go. And still no quote. The check on front end that they did should only take 15 minutes at the very most.Beware of up sell. And only ONE tech on duty at the time.

I have brought my truck to them multiple times for oil changes and now for an alignment. After they aligned my truck sunday it is still pulling to the right. So, I brought it back to have them check their work. I dropped it off and then came and got it 2 hours later. They said they realigned it again. IT IS STILL PULLING TO THE RIGHT. It literally feels like they did nothing. I am no longer giving them my business.

Forget about this place. I had an appointment for 11:00. I showed up 5 minutes to 11. The salesman wrote up $227 worth of maintenance work. He told me they would get my truck right in, and it would take about an hour and a half. I then went for a walk, and got something for lunch. When I walked back, my truck was still sitting where I left it. I went inside, and asked him if it was all done. Pretending to first notice he said, oh, they havent even brought it in yet. I asked him for the keys back, and left. 50 minutes completely wasted, and a con job. Never again!

Horrible service went to have my tires checked and ballanced and 1 replaced due to shaking at high speeds the women who did the work took my wheels off and ballanced them then put back on my suv and took for a joy ride breaking the tires free and turning at high speed told manager he said she had to check to make sure tires didnt shake but how does burnouts determine if car shakes also left their to head home and rite away I pulled over because it was worse than before I called manager and he said they cant do anything until next week and that nothing is wrong with the tires it is safe to drive so I drove on freeway to store on crismon and talked to manager there who told me to go to them because they have the force Ballance machine, and he told me he would check it out I got a call 2 hours later that my tire was split in half and was about to blow, need I say I have kids who are newborn up to the age of 5 in my car and they had the mindset to let me drive on freeway with a tire like that and also tell me that the tires dont have warranty after damage and the guys at crismon store told me they would reach out to them and let them know the hazard they put me in and he also replaced my tire free of charge with no warranty repayment. These guys put my life in danger because of pure laziness and trying to rush to get to the next customer and could have cost me or my kids to get hurt and also my car. I will never return here ever and dont recommend anyone get services done.

Didnt change me to check my alignment (was miraculously already on spec despite having just replaced bushings and ball joints), but refused to sell me a lifetime alignment because my vehicle was modified. It was actually a reinforced repair on the lower link mounts. Hardly modified. Havent used them for anything else.

Called to set up alignment for my car guy told me that he cant do alignment because it has coilovers on it
