We are a small cabinet shop based out of New York City producing cabinets for the residential market. My experience using Drawer Connection for our white melamine drawer boxes has been excellent. Their online tool is simply fantastic. And my interactions with all the staff have been excellent, prompt, and courteous. We had a few drawer boxes arrive damages (not at fault of Drawer Connection), and the remakes were done at lightening speed. All in all, Im really happy doing business with Drawer Connection, and without hesitation would recommend them.

I ordered a replacement drawer box for my kitchen and needed it to be a lot sturdier than the original. Excellent service. They constructed my drawer per exact specifications and picture to replicate my fathers 1920’s dove tail desk drawer. They even called to verify the specs! Only took them a week to make the product and it was shipped securely making it to my home without damage. I was really worried about replacing a large drawer from my island that broke but drawer connection made the process much easier than anticipated. I was able to select exactly what I wanted and my drawer came in excellent condition and fit perfectly using the slide mechanism from my old drawer. I ordered a single drawer to replace a broken drawer. The drawer fit perfectly. The price was great, and I was able to save on shipping by picking it up at the factory. It was about 2 weeks from placing the order to having the drawer complete.Note that you have to create an account, which is a simple hoop to jump through. Once on the site, it was simple to order exactly the size drawer box I needed. There are a number of available options, including material and the construction method. The site will then automatically update the price based on what is selected.

I ordered a drawer box to be used as a drawer in a drawer for under my cooktop. The design tools on the website were easy to use. I also needed some rips to use as runners for the drawer. A quick phone call got that on order as well. Product arrived today and are very impressive. Super well made, lovely finish, and exactly the sizes needed. Packaging could not have been more sturdy and protective either. The service, quality, and pricing at Drawer Connection is awesome. Ill for certain use them again and highly recommend them. (the photo is with junk thrown in and the rails supported by a plastic drawer divider. It will be even better when the wooden adjustable dividers go in)

I contacted Drawer Connection from an website article that stated that if you just needed one kitchen drawer to go to drawer connection.com. My silverware kitchen drawer front snapped off because the drawer had already been previously repaired by a former owner and was twenty five years old. I looked at most home improvement stores but couldnt find the size I needed. I contacted Drawer Connection to have one made. The process was pretty intimidating but Denise, through the chat function, was amazing!! She walked me through the whole process. She is an amazing asset to this company! I appreciated all the communication including the receipt and the tracking number for my drawer. The drawer arrived exactly when they told me and was wrapped so professionally! Drawer Connection provided the best variety of selection and options that I was able to find online. For example, it was the only place I found that offered a flush rabbeted bottom, different side thicknesses, etc. Drawers we received were of an exceptional quality and better than expected. Only issue we have was that production took much longer than expected. From order to shipping took exactly 1 month, then another 6 days for shipping from AZ to TN. Ordered on 8/24, shipped on 9/24, and received on 9/30.

I was doing a kitchen remodel and wanted to upgrade to soft close drawer slides. I wanted to use undermount soft-close slides which required different size boxes. I had an old kitchen drawer that fell completely apart. Im not handy so I wasnt going to repair it or make a new one. Some time on the internet took me to Drawer Connection. I ordered a custom-sized birch drawer box with dowels. It arrived sooner than promised and was the perfect size. That allowed me to transfer the drawer front and casters. Our two year old broke one of the drawers in our kitchen beyond simple repair and it had to be replaced. They use dovetail joints - they way furniture should all be made - and its beautiful. I wish we could afford to replace all our drawers!

I had a kitchen drawer that needed to be replaced for years but no one would touch it. In one of the many DIY channels, it was mentioned that you could order a replacement drawer. I did a little research and found Drawer Connection. I took my measurements and started an interactive chat. They generated an quote/invoice for review. I created my Drawer Connection account referenced the invoice # and purchased my replacement drawer. It arrived on time and in great shape. Even though I purchased the least expensive drawer at a very reasonable price, it was a far better drawer than the one it was replacing. My new drawer will last for many years. I just needed to get inexpensive readily available drawer slide hardware from the local hardware to match the length of my drawer (i.e. 22). Installation was DIY simple with a great result. Nice people. Very helpful on the phone. I placed an order and after a week heard that the system charged me an incorrect shipping amount (it was 50% more for shipping). I paid it at that point but it delayed the project by at least a week.
