This is my first time ordering from them, and it definitely won’t be my last. They sell such a large assortment of candy, it was difficult to choose! When my order arrived there was a cute little thank you card inside the bag. The candy was so fresh and yummy! If you have a sweet tooth, you should give them a try.

The clerk was extremely helpful, and kind. She made sure that we were helped, and even talked with us about the some of the candies that we were interested in. Overall, a good place, and had great value for the candies and sweets in sale.

New favorite candy store! Went in while browsing at the mall and had the gummy butterflies as the free sample. The employee was awesome and Im sad I dont remember his name. The butterflies were so good I got a bag. They had a sale on so my sisters and I each got 4 bags of different candies to try. My two kids picked out a bag each. Salt water taffy, yogurt pretzels, the peach rings, and the gummy butterflies. I dont usually like salt water taffy but if i had to have them, I would want these. And I didnt think we would like the pretzels but they were also amazing!I went back to the mall and checked the store (quarantine 2020 had started) so they were closed but there was a sign posting the website. I went on immediately after getting home but the shipping info wasnt processing correctly. Emailed them and Jeremiah responded very quickly and got it fixed.Great candy, amazing customer service.

The store owner at Mesa location was extremely friendly. The store had a fun environment with Disney music playing, and the candy was displayed neatly and nicely. It was a very enjoyable experience inside the store. And, their candy was fabulous! Thank you, Winstead family!

I came here looking for a treat for my Dads birthday and found multiple! My Dad would love this place! There were plenty of candies to choose from and Braden was very kind. Lovely place!

My family decided to take a stroll around Superstition Springs Mall after lunch and I’m glad we did. We came across a candy store called Winstead Candy Co. As soon as we entered a very personable friendly guy offered us a sample. My child declined but I of course was quick to say yes. The owner and I started chatting and I fell in love with the stores story. A younger married couple putting in a lot of hard work and money to open a quality candy shop with everything made in America isn’t something you see anymore. I looked around and found something I knew wouldn’t last long in my house, the chocolate Caramel Pecan Turtles mmmmmm. My 13 year old even had appreciation for the packaging and made sure to complement the owner for it. Even though I bought the story of the store and not for the product, I took one bite and fell even more in love with the candy then I did the story. I’m not sure if the box will make it till the end of the day but if not I will for sure be back. I can burn some of those calories and do a couple of laps around the mall if need be.We all need to support these types of stores. They are a dying breed because of the overhead cost. It has become a habit to order something from our cell phones and have it delivered to our door but it’s the friendly service and the story behind it we are starting to miss out on. Thank you Mr and Mrs Winstead for taking a chance pouring your soul and savings into this candy, I can taste the love.Best wishes and happy endeavors, we will see you again soon.

We visited a few weeks ago not really expecting much. Store that sells candy isnt new, right? Well one that hasnt had people putting fingers in the product or one that isnt pushing old inventory is what sets this place apart. The day we stopped in we tried a few free samples. Wasnt a fan of one and knew we werent leaving without the other. So fresh that the gummies were super soft and the chocolate just melts on your tongue. Everything is already bagged so you can grab and go. They also had some other items in boxes on the shelves that are perfect for treats for yourself or a little something to gift to someone else. Worth trying. The store is as neat and clean in appearance as the picture presents too. The owner was there to wait on us and you can tell he takes pride in his shop.

Flora is amazing and very knowledgeable about the candy. I highly recommend Windstead Candy if you are looking support a local business as a great gift option.

My kids had a blast here and we were excited to find it BUT after spending WAY TOO MUCH ....we came home to find most of the candy was stale, crunchy (when supposed to be soft) and hard .....old candy - we were not impressed unfortunately.....

Very nice store!!! The candy is absolutely delicious!! We get the triple dipped malted milk balls 😋The young lady working today was so friendly! Dont pass it up while you are in the mall!!
