Hands down the best car and home audio shop I’ve been to. They are a small family owned business and you can definitely tell the difference between them and corporations. They actually care about their customers and are so kind. Whitney was my first point of contact and she helped me so much and made me feel comfortable. They don’t pressure you to feel like you have to purchase which I really liked. Thank you Slangin Sound and Tint!!

Good car audio places are becoming hard to find. I appreciate the selection and knowledge when I come here for something. They are also willing to price match which is a big plus. Dont hesitate to come here these guys are great.

This place was recommended to me as I was wanting a new stereo installed. They had good prices and everything seemed ok until installation. They did a horrible job installing, wires hanging out from under dash within days left all of the door pin connectors out, all of them. Ran the main power cable right over the stock fuse box so that you couldnt access it with it out disconnecting it. They couldnt even figure out how to turn on the internal mic of the system so that the hands free worked. Made over 6 phone calls to my salesperson Ty who assured me they would make the corrections and get right back to me. After almost 2 months I went to Level 10 Audio, Kelly there stepped up and fixed everything!! Level 10 Audio is the shop to go to if you want quality work by the best in the business!!!

Never will I ever use them again. Whitney actually looked me up, noticed I had a record, and threatened me, saying, I see you have a record and you dont need more trouble. I recommended my cousin. They took six days to install one sub and we brought materials. When we finally went to pick it up he settled the bill, was handed the keys, and sent on his way. The next day, Whitney said we owed more money. I said Id talk to my cousin and call her back. She then blew up my phone, again, I wasnt the customer, this was for my cousin. She called me eight times within 30 minutes. Her last text was actually a threat to me, personally. If she is a representative of the people they have work here, no one is safe to put your trust in this company. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I have everything rockford makes for harley in my bike. 6 speakers and 2 10 inch subs with a dsr 1. Installing stuff on a bike is hard and Malcolm did an amazing job. Had to bring the bike back twice and everytime Malcolm worked on it and he finally got the issues sorted out. Highly recommend going there if you need harley audio and dont want to go to the extreme of getting 3 different kits. Rockford when installed right sounds amazing.

Cool place, did not really have any sense of direction because little bit of everything everywhere like it was the place was being restocked or remodeled. However was not hard to find a salesperson and he was very helpful, got exactly what I wanted for a great price,he was not pushy or did he try and push exspensive stuff so I loved that. Large inventory so thats another plus if you are stretching your dollar or have the dollars to dish out they have what you need.

Stopped by for a terminal cup, they didn’t have an exact fit but Dominic took his time to walk out and compare cups. After seeing a slight difference he just gave me the terminal cup free of charge. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff

Whitney threatened legal action through text message within 30 minutes of even trying to contact about a balance due that wasnt discussed at the time of picking up the vehicle. She also mentioned that she looked in to the legal history of the customers contact person, not even the customer himself.

I called on 4/5 to schedule availability for a sub and amp install, I have all the parts - just needed an installation. Whoever I spoke to on the phone said they have availability for 4/12 and it will take a 2ish hours. I call on 4/12 to confirm my appointment time and was told that if I don’t put a down payment, they don’t hold my appointment. Would have been fantastic to know this when I originally made my appointment. Next available schedule is an entire month away. If your schedule and time is important, stay away from this place.

These guys are overpriced, disrespectful, and are run poorly. Took 7 hours to install a radio and gave the wrong price originally. I hate leaving bad reviews, but I would hate for a friend of mine to come here!

Do not tint your windows here! Scheduled a tint job which they could do a month after scheduling due to being to busy only for them to do a horrible job. They didnt bother to clean the windows which i asked them if they would twice, they said they would clean them but did not. They left lint and hair and dust on the windows and now have huge bubbles on my windows. I called and showed up to the shop in which I was told to give it another month for the bubbles to disappear which should only take 3-5 days to disappear. I called and they kept dodging my phone calls. This place is very unprofessional and not worth your money.

Dj Quick did my install, even threw in a av converter. The install location was nice and air-conditioned, Netflix on the tv and friendly staff. Definitely recommend for installs.

Ron and Larry did an excellent job installing an after market stereo and new backup camera on my 2005 Acura MDX. No one makes a standard replacement stereo and there has to be custom change to get the a/c setting to work on my top nav screen without issues and there is no other way to change my a/c settings without it. 10/10 job well done! my 16 year old factory bose speakers sound amazing with my new setup. Definitely will return if I need anything.

I decided to stop in, found them on Google. I thought theres a reason theyre rated 5 stars. Only customers were myself and a black man that was already being helped. I walked in, walked around. Walked by a salesman on his phone hunched over a stack of boxed speakers. Stood there at a display next him. Walked around some more. Moved around some truck woofer boxes. Still, walked around more. Two other employees walked by me. Then Stood by door talking. As i looked over in their direction, not with the intention, but made eye contact with a female employee sitting on stack of boxes next to door. Im standing next to JBL speakers ready to make purchase. Not one of them acknowledges Im there. A couple minutes go by, i decide to walk out. And Im not one to be confrontational, but i had to say something on the way out. Walking by man on phone, Two guys talking at door and girl on boxes. I look at the girl and say I can see your really busy. Im not sure what they said to me, but now i had their attention.The one 🌟 is for the fact the store is amazingly large with great products.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE and did i mention LOVE this place!!! the service is always amazing and the job they do is beyond phenomenal. Ray is one of the greatest guys Ive ever met. His entire staff is extremely knowledgeable and help you through everything. My car is my baby and I love that when i bring it to these guys they always do an amazing job on it. This last time i was there it was to get my tinting done on my new car (they did my tinting on my old one too) and did such an amazing job. I even asked Ray if he remembered what the percentage was on my last car and he remembered me and knew what was done last time so i could copy it again. I live about 45 minutes away from where theyre located, but its beyond worth the drive when you know that youre getting not just an amazing product, but amazing service as well.

The outside is a bit rough and other than a very small OPEN sign, it was difficult to determine if they were still in business.I almost just drove off.Inside was a whole different story. Very clean, organized with very helpful staff.Everything you could possibly want in the way of sound & electronics.

Reliable and affordable stereo install. When I dropped my car off they told me they could have it all day so I planned for that but then they called me back literally 45 mins after dropping off my car, they were so fast! Hassle free and easy going. Definitely recommended this place.

The work was good but the window tint installer in Mesa was rude and sarcastic I wasnt very pleased with that customer service. As for the front desk gentleman who took my information was very nice. But once again I emphasize the window installer for tinting was sarcastic and rude.

Spent 1,000 on a sound system only to find out the door speakers have been blown out 3 times since the install Ake have replaced them everytime and now the subwoofer is blown the stereo is making a very annoying buzzing noise so I decided to take it to another shop to take a look at it only for them to tell me that the install was very bad and unprofessional the Amps weren’t even set correctly and everytime I go to this store and tell them the situation they look at me as if I was crazy and they just brush it off everytime keep in mind I didint spend 200,300,500,600 but 1,000!!!! Only for it to be very problematic

So, I went here coming for a system then this really tall skinny white kid walked up to me and I I was a little concerned, but I was totally wrong. Kasen was extremely knowledgeable and got me set up with a baller system. He was a weird kid but aye I got my car bumpin and he gave my kid 2 dollars I really don’t know why but if you have a kid and your gonna come in, see kasen and he might give him money you never know. Sales: Went in and Wayne Estes took care of me. Wasn’t trying to sale me the most expensive equipment but what I needed.Install: Everything seemed fine but but basically they hooked my amp up to a place that never shuts off. Amp was incredibly hot, everyone I mentioned they just said it’s normal. Next thing I know my battery died. Bought another one, 170 bucks. I had to pay for that because who knows why. Should have been payed back for something caused by them. Had to go back again, 3rd time. That’s when they said that’s what happened. They fixed it and now it seems fine. I feel the volume control is lower than before. I have to turn up my radio higher to get anywhere with sound.

My husband And I Went to Slangin Sound and tint on 5950 e brown rd. When we arrived We were instantly welcomed And given the best customer service ever. We would like to say thank you to stefan, Alex and Jonathon. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and happy with there service. Very upset with my latest transaction here. First two times I came was years ago when they only had the one location. It was great, I could speak to the actual tech who helped me with what I wanted and guided me through everything. My most recent experience was a 1 star experience. Sales team was great but they didnt transfer my notes to installers so I was very upset when my android auto and apple car play wires were installed. They were just sticking out of my driver side, super ugly in my nice car. They had the car for 9 hours. Had to bring it back the next day for 7 more hours for them to only move one of the wires. Now this is very upsetting considering that morning I got the manager involved and told him exactly what I wanted. They still messed it up. This place is very unprofessional, they have zero communication between sales and installers. Promise you the world and cant really deliver. Again the reason they got an extra star was because Ive had a wonderful experience with them in the past, but that is no longer the truth anymore. Probably will never use them again. Gonna have to pay extra to have someone else run the wires where I want them. That being said they did do everything in their power to try to make things right, but ultimately it was not enough.
