We called ahead to get questions answered about a truck we wanted and was in transit. Shannon in Sales assisted us. She was very pleasant, truthful, and prompt with her responses. We made an appointment to come down there to see it after she told us when it would arrive. We drove it and knew that was our truck. Shannon did a great job of showing us everything in and around the truck and handled all our paperwork quickly. She sent us to Chance in finance who also was very nice and quick to handle our situation and show us extended warranties. The only issue I would claim was when we went to parts to order some things for the truck. The guy there was very rude and standoffish. Im sure he was having a bad day, which I understand, but he was above and beyond rude. Shaking his head to us, not wanting to show us 9 different step ups for the truck, etc. If Shannon was not there with her smile, you would have lost about $3,000 in upgrades because of him. Overall though we were pleased and would definitely go back to you.
I feel like I was bated. I was told one payment and when I went back to financing the payment was 250.00 more that what was originally discussed. I was told about the change after I started filling out paperwork. Very shady. Not pleased at all with the way the financial department handled our visit. On the plus side our salesman Eddie was very helpful.
Had a scheduled oil change this afternoon. Thomas was my service advisor, evidently he called out today. I was not made aware of this change and until I drove to the dealership 25 minutes from my house. I proceed to speak to another service advisor named Anthony and he tells me he can’t take my truck in today after 20 minutes of standing there in silence. Wish I could give zero stars. Won’t be back. If you need an oil change just take it across the street to Chrysler they have all the parts on deck and they will do it in 25 minutes or less.
Johnathan Schmidt at AutoNation Chevrolet Mesa assisted me in ordering a new Corvette C8 from the factory. Johnathan took the time to make sure the build that I wanted was entered into the system correctly. Even though it was difficult, due to the virus and plant closures, Johnathan did a great job of keeping me informed concerning an approximate delivery date. The car that was delivered was the exact build I had ordered and the purchase process was quick and smooth. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from AutoNation Chevrolet Mesa.
Found a nice used car on their website good price and excellent mileage. Salesman Jay Penn was very nice and personable and walked me through each step. Chance Lawrie in the finance department was also very knowledgeable and efficient. They both went out of their way to accommodate my situation and found me a good deal.
My Service Advisor Anthony Munoz is spot on with Customer Care, to the point he spent additional time under my vehicle with me past closing hours to remedy some minor safety deficiencies before handing my vehicle back over to me. His reassurance that his team would be aware of the deficiencies for future customers reinforces that he genuinely cares before any customer pulls off the AutoNation lot, that his team will provide the absolute best care for his customers. Prior to, the service department management was quick to identify fault when it came to parts being delayed from a distribution center. Because of this, they ensured I was able to continue to maintain my work schedule by providing transportation until the parts were delivered and installed. AutoNation received the five stars from me not because of the deficiencies noted above, but because they took the measures to quickly remedy and reassure. To me this weighs almost as much as the quality work the is routine for this location and crew.
Carlos has excellent customer service and was very helpful on two occasions. I went back after a few weeks of looking elsewhere because Carlos was more helpful and took his time to listen to what I was actually looking for. I didnt feel pressured and I was happy to buy my beautiful 2021 truck from Carlos Rojas. He deserves a pay increase and award! I will definitely recommend my friends to go see him.
Jake Patten was very attentive and helped us find a car that will work for us. Between him and Thomas Gifford, they were very sympathetic to our problem. That being said, I still feel we didn’t get the full amount we should have on the car we bought from them just 4 months earlier that we had nothing but problems with. Everything seems to be going smoothly until we got with Kyle in finance. We felt we were being railroaded into purchasing an extended warranty that I wish we would have taking more time to consider. I am also upset with him because I told him ahead of time that I was very unhappy that the finance person, when we bought the other car, allowed 4 companies to check our credit. He assured me that he was better than that and it wouldn’t happen again. Well now We have 8 hits on our credit which will be there for two years. If you don’t want everyone to start buying cars from a place like Carvana then I suggest you back the pressure off in the finance end of things and try to be more honest and make it a pleasant experience. Because it wasn’t. Going over the contract line by line with people. Again, Jake did great and we never felt pressured by him.
Mike was great! He communicated with me throughout the time my vehicle was being serviced and gave me updates, which was greatly appreciated.
I usually absolutely hate buying a car but the team here made it so great. Jake helped my husband find a great car with the budget we were working with and the short time frame we needed to purchase. Chance in financing was fantastic as well, not putting any pressure to buy extras we didnt need. Everyone at this business was helpful and very friendly. We will definitely use them again for our next car.
Recently purchased a new vehicle through AutoNation Chevrolet Mesa.I worked with Joseph Adamson, salesman and Brett Marrs, internet manager. Frank Cook also assisted in answering questions when the others were out of the office. These guys are the best and I will look to them first when purchasing another new car.Joseph was attentive, conscientious, and very hard working. After dealing with multiple other dealerships that would not honor their initial offers or car availability, I found AutoNation to deliver exactly what I had been looking for. Being an out of state buyer, the process was flawless and professional.
Buying a vehicle these days can be different as we had to order ours. Doug, our salesman, was very helpful and no pressure at any time during the process. He assisted with getting our order placed and the dealership kept us informed of the progress right up until the vehicle appeared on the lot.We were a little disappointed that the vehicle didn’t include some of the trim options we requested but Doug and Shane committed right away to getting those items installed and we would only pay the ordered cost of what was not on our invoice. That’s a good way to keep our business and throughout the process we have had the feeling that our business is important to them long term and not just this one time. The actual purchase experience was also very good as Jordan had us in and out in finance in under an hour which was impressive. We look forward to our first service and will add to our review then.
Justin was fantastic and went above and beyond to ensure our experience was incredible. Nothing changed when we got down to the dealer, etc.Could be more impressed or appreciative of the overall experience from the initial call, take making a deal over the phone, and to that deal holding true when we came down to get the car. Totally worth the 57 mile drive. Thank you, Justin!
The intent of our visit to AutoNation Chev Mesa, was just to look at SUV and compare different models. We were pleasantly approached by Vincent Anselmo. Who was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to our needs and we asked to see specific vehicles. He was very knowledgeable of vehicles and was not pushy to get something we did not want. I would recommend Vince to anyone looking for a car. For the past 18+ years we have purchased vehicles from AutoNation Chevrolet and have been right with all purchases and the service we received. Thank you
I have had an issue with my 2021 Colorado navigation since I first bought it. Every time I take it in to get it serviced I let them know and nothing is done. They finally decided to order a new chip but still having the same issues.
There was a huge surprise with change of pricing at one point that almost sent me walking, but everyone pulled together to make it right. They found a way to get the price within my budget, very kind, fed my family and truly the best experience I have ever had with a sales person, Judy Murphy : ). Highly recommend her to all!
Fast and promptly took care of me,ill be coming hear for all my services
Things went so smoothly! AutoNation Chevrolet Mesa did not seem at all like a car dealership.
Never felt pressured. Gave me exactly what i was looking for. Leo was super easy to work! Will be reffering him to friends and family looking for new cars
No pressure, understanding, all about the buyer experience. Such a refreshing difference compared to many car dealers and dealerships.
Wen I purchased the vehicle everything was perfect. The information they gave me was that servicing could be done with no problems my vehicle is a Mercedes E350 4Matic. I wen in today to get the Service done. I was scheduled at eight. Wen I got there Thomas stated that they don’t do that kind of service there. He said “ you do realize this is a Chevy dealership” making me Feel upset. Especially wen I had explained what I was informed wen I purchased the vehicle. I like to add my drive was a 45 min just to get there.
Jake Patten has outstanding Customer Service, I would like to Thank Jake for his knowledge and patience with me. I bought my new vehicle without any pressure with less than 4 hours. Great Job! I will recommend AutoNation Chevrolet Mesa, Thank you again,
Ricky, was a pleasure to work with and very helpful. I feel he tried to advocate for me when dealing with our warranty company, even though I wish other items were fixed by the warranty company, I was very happy & pleased working with Ricky and Auto Nation-Thank you!
I enjoy the promptness of your customer service. The previous dealership I went to in Flagstaff, AZ was HORRIABLE. I wouldnt recommended anyone to go there.I appreciate the service you provide. I will continue to take my vehicle to Auto Nation. Thank you.
Your prices are way too high. I was able to finish the rest of my suspension issues much cheaper with your competitors.
Having worked in the auto sales business for the past few years I have to say my buying experience at AutoNation Chevrolet Mesa has to rank as the easiest and best ever. Steve Gause made the whole process lean and easy. We did most of the deal online and Steve was always there with pictures and information upon request. We set an appointment and both Steve and the vehicle were ready for me. The whole transaction took about 2 hours from start to finish. I highly recommend Steve and the team at AutoNation Chevrolet Mesa.Pete Trinque
Anthony in the service department was so rude. It was like he didn’t want to help me which is his job. I will not be taking my vehicle back to that location. I hope he sees this! I do have a extended warranty I might add! I just called my self and checked. Took me all of 5 minutes. I will not go back to this location!
Appointment time was kept and the service was done as quickly as possible.
Our salesman, Russel Wyman, was really good. He found us the car we didnt know we wanted/needed, was very nice, showed us car features, and even went above and beyond to make sure this car would be ready for us to leave with the same day...if this review were just for him, hed get 5 stars. HOWEVER...it all went downhill from there. The finance manager totally scammed us, was dishonest with us, & has had extremely poor communication with us since then. When you try to call the dealership, NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE except for the Sales Dept (because they obviously want a sale) or the Service Dept. So, we resorted to always pushing that option rather than going through the endless loop of NOTHING and they finally figured out what we were doing and stopped answer our calls, too. If we did happen to get a voice mail, the calls were NEVER returned...we left v/m for the finance guy, finance manager, even the GENERAL MANAGER of the store! Finally, we went all the way to AutoNation Corporate...and guess what...its a CALL CENTER IN INDIA. I would never...ever...EVER...recommend AutoNation Chevrolet to anyone. In our decades of buying new cars, weve NEVER been treated with such poor customer service and low integrity. Well never step foot in that place again. Never.
You listen to our extra concerns, and do what you can to make me satisfied. Thank you.
I had a recall. When I pulled up to the service area I had no one come greet me. There’s no signage saying to go to the front but after sitting in my truck for 5 mins I decided to get out and then stood in the middle of the service area where I see windows of employees yet no one still came to greet me or ask if I need help.I finally just go to a window myself. When booking the appointment I didn’t choose I needed a ride home because I wasn’t aware this recall service would take 2-3 hours so it would be nice if that was mentioned when booking the appointment. I asked the advisor if I could change my mind and take the shuttle. He said there’s a 10 mile limit and I told him mine was 13 miles. He said not a problem. The shuttle driver, an older gentleman, made me feel very uncomfortable when I asked if he could pick me back up. He made it seem i was inconveniencing him as he said I was pass the 10 mile limit and made some other comments that made me just want to walk the extra 3 miles. I really hate getting my truck serviced. I feel I always have a bad experience here
Eddie Leon made it one of the best experiences ever! We had to wait awhile, but that was because we went there to just sell a car and ended up buying one. The best was it was our choice to buy. Not once did anyone pressure or even ask us to do anything we didnt ask for first. A very customer based experience for us! A nice change from the snakes of old...
Alan Garcia Aros worked with me and I was very satisfied with his service and willingness to communicate. He called, emailed, and text messaged me weeks after my initial visit to let me know there was a vehicle of my specifications on the lot. He even had it reserved for 5 days while I was out of town. I recommend working with Alan at AutoNation Chevrolet Mesa to anyone!
I called other Chevy dealers and their schedule was 2 weeks out, as I had a broken window I needed to get in right away. I was able to make an appointment within 1 day. service was great I was kept informed all the way and Mike also made sure I got all the available discounts
Eddie at AutoNation Chevrolet in Mesa went above and beyond to ensure we found the vehicle we loved. He was helpful and honest! I did not see myself driving a new car off the lot but I told him what I was able to pay monthly, and they made that happen! We will send anyone we know looking for a vehicle to you guys! Thanks Eddie
Excellent customer service! They always make you feel welcome and go the extra mile to make sure their service is top notch.
Leo Chacon was great to work with! He let us proceed at our own pace on the purchase of our new Chevy, great truck, helpful sales team and an excellent choice for your Chevy needs!
Had several issues with the Service being down prior to purchasing the vehicle, they never changed the oil life meter or window sticker or the fuel filter life meter, they claim it was done but my service advisor said himself “no way it was done, that oil was trash” and 45 days after purchasing the vehicle my battery is going out and they are trying to say I have to pay for it out of pocket..also autonation Chevrolet is HORRIBLE at answering phone calls..I personally feel like they are milking me for more money than I have already given them for this vehicle..I probably would tell people to go somewhere else
My wife and I went to autonation on 5/30/21We met Eddie Leon and he is a great salesman, friendly, informative and answered all our questions .I want to add he made us a great deal and we left with a new Truck and couldn’t be happier with our experience .If you need a truck head over and ask for Eddie . He’s a Lakers fan but don’t let that stop you 🤣
Great experience and salesman, Eddie leon has vast knowledge of the vehicle. The vehicle was out of gas and his company card wasnt working so he paid with his personal card to close the deal.. really above and beyond.
I would definitely recommend our service manager Thomas Muccilli, as he was phenomenal to work with.I am very disappointed as the dealership sold our information to multiple people as we were bombarded with phone calls and emails asking for us to sell our truck, as soon as we took it in for general servicing. We did not appreciate that nor did we authorize for our information to be given out.
I was very happy and impressed with the whole process. We were made to feel completely at ease and comfortable, and all our questions were answered to our complete satisfaction. Special shout out to Sean, who really took good care of us Kudos!
What a awesome experience. Stretch went above and beyond what I expected. We couldnt ask for better. Jim the Manager what a great job. And Kyle thanks for making sure we were covered and explaining everything on our purchase. We were a Ford family for years. We now are happy to say we are part of the Chevrolet family. You have customers for life. We love our 2021 Chevrolet Equinox. If you want a great experience go to AutoNation in Mesa.
Roberto did a great job & I would buy another vehicle with his help next time.
This review is about a past experience I’ve had with AutoNation service department from earlier this year. I brought my truck in for a warranty DEF tank replacement. They did replace my tank under a extended warranty. About a week later my engine and DEF light comes on again. I brought my truck back in to have the service look at it again. So after having my truck for a about week because they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it. The service advisor called me at the of week and said I would have to replace my DPF which is about a $3600 repair. I decided not to have my DPF replaced and picked up my truck. After AutoNation I took my truck to a recommended diesel shop. It ended up being a $120 repair and the DPF was fine. AutoNation wanted to charge me a lot of money for something that didn’t need to be replaced. The diesel shop figured out the issue in three hours.I would not recommend or trust AutoNation at all. Beware if you take your vehicle here for repairs.
Very classy place. I will always go there. Professional and caring.
Judy did a fantastic job showing us around the dealership. She made sure we understood when, where and why!
I had an emergency come up and have to leave town but my Blazer was at the mileage for its first oil change. I didnt have an appointment and I explained that to my service advisor, Ricky Robertson. He was able to fit my vehicle in and I received excellent customer service from him. I will request Ricky every time I get my vehicle serviced.
Eddie Leon was our sales guy . Showed me and wife the vehicle . Went over the details of the car on our test drive . Sat down did paper work, took our trade in . and financing was quick fast and easy . My wife and I are very happy with our purchase . When you are ready to buy a car come see Eddie Leon .
When I called in to get my car in the lady I spoke to was very nice. She set my appointment with Robert lane three I had my car towed in and he called me and said he got it and would look at itHe called me a few times to let me know what was going on with my car and got it fixed and back to me the same day very happy.
Anthony Munoz takes great care to be sure my vehicle is properly maintained and that I am aware of any upcoming issues or costs that could occur. Over the 5 years and 144,000 miles Ive owned my Colorado, he has kept me on the road with reliable service and advice.
They finished ahead of time, took care of me right away and i love the fact they wash my truck.
I love working with Danielle! I also enjoy the mailers that AUTONATION CHEVROLET MESA, sends to me. I know they appreciate my business. We have a choice and they recognize this.
Friendly people and considerate about our needs.
Eddie made my experience so easy! It was my first car purchase and he really helped educate me and hook me up with a good car, he even hooked me up with really good insurance!! Griffin my finance guy was super helpful as well, he explained things to me and took the time to answer my questions. Great place would definitely recommend for future buyers.
Eddie greeted us at the door and made us feel very welcome. He answered all of our questions with respect and professionalism. He was organized and friendly and we would recommend that you ask for him for your next vehicle. In all the years and cars we have purchased he was the best!
Did not take off the $30 discount per axle for my brakes when I brought the coupon in and presented it to the service person. This is totally unacceptable and feel I am due a refund...but probably wont get it. I will not be using AutoNation for any of my car care needs or purchasing a vehicle through you ever again.
The only reason they didnt get a 5 star, there is no car manual in the glove compartment. It could have saved us a trip back to the nearest airport to Exchange our vehicle when lights started lighting up and the person that answering calls with mechanic issues didnt have answers. Wasted some of mine vacation time exchanging vehicle. But in the end everything was good. got larger vehicle and felt safe, Everyone did great on getting us back on the road.ONLY ONE SUGGESTIONS KEEP THE CAR MANUAL IN THE GLOVE COMPARTMENT!
Ive had such a miserable time dealing with the service department. The sales guy was polite and helpful. Nobody communicates to each other throughout Autonation nor do they give updates to customers. When I got my truck I was told they had the part needed I just needed to bring it in on a weekday. Dropped my truck off and 8 hours later Im told they have to order the part. A week or more goes by trying to get an update on when the part will arrive. I was finally told they had the part (after calling/emailing multiple times) so bring the truck in. 3 days later and Im told call back in 2 days they have to order parts. So Im in a rental until its done. The worst part is that nobody calls and gives updates. Ive had to call, email and text just to try to get info. I would NOT have gotten the truck had I known Id be dealing with this.
Mike Riley is the best Service guy ever. Woke up to a dead battery and he was able to get it swapped while I waited. Awesome customer service!
Had a recall to replace the passenger side air bag in my Silverado. A trained service technician would have completed this procedure in 23 Minutes. It took Autonation Chevrolet Mesa 132 Minutes.
Took way too long for an oil change. 2 hours is unacceptable. I will do the rest on my own and save a ton of time and money.
The DIRECTOR KYLE isnt a good guy for hes position. He is not professional at all. I bought a car for my daughter almost two months ago. Everything was good I gave them $5,000.00 cash and my daughter car.All papers sing Everything was done and we got the car. My daughter has it. After 45 days they call me and tell my that my social was good. Kyle said cause too many people report my social. I show them my social card but this Guy KYLE tell us to return the car. With not real reason. I dont recommend this dealer at all. Theyre not professionals. They loose a good costumer. Im always fix my trucks there. Not any more.
Brought a vehicle in for a fan belt that shredded while driving. Got a call the next day asking what needed done. Got a call stating everything that needed repaired. Told them to do the repairs. Was told the service advisor was going to be off the next day so another one would handle it. No call the next day, I called midday to find out the status and left a voicemail. No response but 3pm. Stopped by the dealership to find out the second advisor left at 10 am and my paperwork was on his desk and vehicle was still not repaired. Vehicle was finally done 3 days later. Picked it up to find a check engine light on and the dealership saying its unrelated but wasnt there before. They fixed but came back 2 days later.
Mike Riley was so helpful and honest. He was so great to work with and got me in as soon as possible. He is one of the best I have worked with.
Our Salesman Alan Garcia was a great definition of what a salesman could and should be. We worked with him for 3 months before the right truck finally showed up at the lot(after we ordered it). During that entire 3 month period Alan was attentive, caring, kind, informative, punctual, and most importantly he was not pushy or aggressive. We have already been telling our friends and family about Mr. Garcia and our experience that we had at AutoNation Chevrolet Mesa. Two things to watch for--First, if you are buying a Duramax engine, either the big or small one, make sure their powertrain warranty form states 5yr/100,000miles. Mine did not, it stated 5yr/60,000m and it took multiple attempts to convince management, the final and successful attempt was when I had to prove it with the window sticker that was on the truck.Second, dont let the finance guy bully you into a warranty if you dont want one. I was amazed by their efforts.
Our salesman Zac was a pleasure to work with. He was very professional and made our car buying experience painless and less stressful than I thought it would be. He was well mannered and I will recommend him to anyone who wants to buy a car.
Purchased a vehicle 2 and a half months ago. have received the plates and registration but still no title. Paid cash. Sat on the phone on hold for 1 hr. gave up. and came to the computer. left my phone on hold to see how long to get someone. 1 hr. and 21 mins.and they just disconnected . I just set a message to the dealership. This is the first and updates to follow .
It was a quick in and out for some recalls. Service was excellent
Service was great! Brought my Vehicle in, had an appraisal done (took about 15 Minutes) and gave me an offer above and beyond what other dealers were willing to give me, signed a few documents and had a check in my hand in half an hour! Whole thing took less than an hour, very happy with my experience.
My husband and I purchased a 2021 Equinox from Autonation Chevrolet last Saturday and we had the greatest experience. This is coming from someone who hates car shopping. Our salesman Stretch was the best. He was straight up with us and did everything he could to help us get the right deal. I love the vehicle and was able to get a fantastic warranty as well. We are perfectly satisfied customers. Thank you Stretch and thank you AutoNation Chevrolet!
I had an appt for an oil change at 2:30 p.m. and I chose to wait in the lobby. I did not get out of there until 5:05 p.m. I have never, ever had an oil change that took 2 1/2 hours. Also, there were recommendations made on the paperwork but no one came out to go over any of them with me and some of them were fluids that needed to be added ??? This may be something new but any other service vendor I have chosen for an oil change, has ALWAYS added fluids that may have been low. Then the following morning I noticed that all 4 tires were at 30 PSI. I had to go to Discount Tire to have them check my air and the recommended PSI for my car is 33 PSI, not 30 and they told me that since all 4 tires were at 30, they were set at that PSI by Chevy. The PSI is marked on my drivers door, easy to see and I had to make an extra stop after already thinking this was taken care of the day before. I love my vehicle and this is my first Chevy and it is a great car for me but as far as my service so far, not so great. This is my 2nd service from Auto Nation Chevy and very likely my last. I have received text messages from 2 different sales reps since my service asking me if I would consider selling Chevy my car and buying new - I may have been interested if the service was better. I have never had a bad experience with any of the service reps, everyone is polite and respectful. If I could rate that portion of my visit separately, they would get a very positive rating. Thank you,
I dropped my car pff for the routine oil change at 8:30 in the morning for an appointment at 9:30. Never received a call advising me that my car was ready. I called the service department 3 times after half the day and left messages, still no returned calls. Called 3 additional times to sales area after 5 and kept getting transferred into a voicemail, still never received call. Decided at 6:30pm i would head down there to physically see if car was finished. Let me just say that I do not live close to dealership either, so had it not been ready this was a huge inconvenience and totally unnecessary. I don’t understand why it would take literally all day into the night to do a routine oil change! Also do not understand why there is literally no communication from the dealership ok the status! Also don’t understand why the others whom did answer the phone did not try to help with the resolve, but rather passed the buck! There is a true need for customer service from this division and accountability to your customers! This is also not the first time that the service department has not been communicative on the status of my vehicle for prior services. This is now a routine experience with this dealerships service department.
Anthony the service representative was GREAT!!!! I will continue to schedule with Anthony for all my service request.
Great experience for beginning to end. I never felt pressured during the process and the purchase went pretty smooth. Thank you!
I have bought 6 vehicles to date. We have always had a good experience however this last purchase was an exceptional experience. Vince was our sells person and my man took excellent care and helped us get a smooth and fair deal. We have zero buyers remorse and anticipate coming back by the end of the year for a Tahoe for my wife. Thanks for a remarkable experience.
Great customer service and they did an excellent job on my car.
All of my needs were met quickly & easily. Great customer service by Eddie Leon.
Thomas Muccilli, Service Adviser at Auto Nation Chevrolet is so outstanding and knowablehe stands out over ANY other dealership employee, I would be a fool to go any other place or employee. I hope your company never forgets than people make the difference, and Thomas understands that. My Camaro 2SS was never in better hands. Thank you ThomasPhil Mountain
I always get good service at Auto Nation. This time, not everything was taken care of but that was because of a situation of mine. However, I will be returning to complete the service in one month.
Our visit was very pleasurable. The dealership was clean and neatly organized and we were greeted by Eddie Leon, who took care of our needs. Eddie put us at ease and answered all our questions with patience and understanding. He is a great asset to your company.
Justin was awesome. Most painless car buying experience I’ve EVER had, by far!
They replaced the door frame and adjusted the hood rattle free under warranty. Really happy with the work!
My salesman was very helpful, went above and beyond in making sure my vehicle search and purchase went great.
Mike was honest, and trusting, It was a very satisfying feeling, to know that your car was being serviced by the best.
Jay Penn absolutely made my buying experience quite pleasant. Listed to what I wanted and found it as it was in transit so I quickly bought it cuz it was what I was looking for and the truck shortage due to chips limited the supply. But he took the time a day found what I wanted. He really went out of his way for me and I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone that wants the same pleasant experience that I had when buying a car.
The service department handled business. I was very pleased that, my truck was washed before it was returned to me. Also while I was there, I checked on quite a few parts. The parts Person was very nice and very informative. While helping me with every request that I had.
Great experience with Eddie Leon he helps us find great deals he is our go to for new trucks, all we own is Chevy
Alan made us feel like no question was to big or small. He also was patient with all of the questions and concerns that we had. He took the time to explain and show me the gadgets and gizmos of the car too! Mil Gracias Alan!
Russell and Justin - th etwo sales guys were excellent
Tom greeted me right away when I pulled up in the spot #6. He was kind and let me feel right at ease! He called me in a timely manner letting me know what was done and was very friendly. Thank you. It was a great experience after hearing others say what it is like going to a dealership mechanic shop! You put my concerns at ease!
I had a great experience with AutoNation BMW Tucson on a gently used VW Golf. Full disclosure on everything before going to Tucson. No BS, no hidden anything. I thought maybe this was how AutoNation worked. Unpleasant surprise with AutoNation Chevy in Mesa. Undisclosed $600 tint package that was worth $300 at any shop in the valley and they were proud of this because it was the only add—not disclosed anywhere on their web page. Extra discounts on their web page they said wouldn’t apply because all their discounts were in the AutoNation savings. Wouldnt discount the tint at all because of the “AutoNation” discount. Didn’t even honor the 15% discount for add-on with our Costco Deal. Wouldnt give their advertised Trade in Assistance cash of $1k – oh it is only on AutoNation Site not the Mesa site according to them. Tried to get me to sign a form that they said they would file in later - it was blank. That one didnt stand. You would think by this time they would get into the 21st century for how to do straight deals – Nope, just like the old days. And the poor salesman’s arms are tied. Yea I bought it with the COSTCO deal. It wasn’t pleasant but the price edged out the other dealers who deal the same BS. Still Like the OLD Days. Didn’t get kissed but hey they did me a favor -Right. Too bad it wasn’t like AutoNation BMW Tucson – No games great deal- I felt valued
Jake Patten from AutoNation Chevrolet Mesa bent over backwards to make our purchase of a Chevy Tahoe go smoothly. Anything we needed, he provided. Any questions we had, he answered. Overall, the entire experience was positive. Thanks, Jake!
It was the easiest car purchase we every had! Our salesman Vinnie made it so easy for us. He did not pressure but was there to answer all our questions and Jordan our finance person was very helpful as well.
Danielle did a very good job and kept me up to date. It appears that the store has cut back on all of its help, it took 3 hours for a Oil change with an appointment a bit long for a simple Service, which is not her fault.
I received a fair offer for my car and was given ample time to test the market elsewhere. Upon my return I was again treated courteously and the original offered honored . All personnel were very very timely and efficient I was in and out within an hour and a half and left with a check in h
This was the best experience with this location I have ever had! Ricky my service tech did an excellent job!
I always get exceptional service from Danielle Young and Mark Thomas. They have been wonderful for all my vehicle needs. Will continue to go back to them as needed.
Very clean and friendly dealership fantastic experience from start to finish they worked with us ( we had to leave and come back). The sales associate ( Carlos ) was great he knew about the car we were really interested in and we never felt hurried and it was not about the sale but made sure we felt like we were appreciated and got the car with all the features we were looking for.
