They used to give decent car washes and it’s just gone downhill. The greeters do good, but the wash is no bueno. Be carful with the monthly plan as well. I’ve tried to cancel twice and they are still charging my account. We don’t even own the vehicle anymore.

I just purchased my new convertible mini cooper and went to Cobblestone Auto Spa to get my 1st carwash. The staff was wonderful! The gentleman that helped me was working the 1st main register when you pull in and he noticed my soft top and said he wanted to test it first with a power washer to make sure its secure. He pulled my car over to the side and tested it and everything was good so he directed my car through the wash. It was a Sunday around lunch and was very busy but he made sure I was taken care of and had peace of mind. I didnt get his name but he has a really cool, hang loose tat on his neck. He was professional, thorough and my experience let me purchase a membership. My car looked and smelled great and Im a happy customer!

When I got there I had to wait in line not because they were busy but because two guys were chit-chatting. Finally got their attention and got my car set up to go through and I went inside to pay and the girl inside with the dyedred hair was wiping her nose with her hand. Then she pulled her shirt out and wiped her nose with it. Sick.With covid and the flu season starting this was just uncalled for. Then my car was ready. And I could have done just a good in my driveway. I had to point out at least 10 places that water was running down and places that needed to be washed. When I got home I had to wipe the inside of my doors, my console and all up around my hatch. Why did I pay $31????Nored hair was wiping her nose with her hand and then she literally took the inside of her shirt and wiped her nose with it

The staff is friendly and they do a good job.I look forward to oil changes because theyre gonna vacuum and wipe down the inside too!I see a lot of comments about price. I think its reasonable....esp when I combine the cost of cleaning my truck while I lounge with a diet coke.

$170 for a car wash and ceramic treatment. There were still bugs on grill and front bumper. Still bug splatter on windshield. Interior windows were streaky. Soap film on door panels. The Ceramic treatment was just a generic spray that they wipe on with an old rag for $89.Not at all satisfied with what my truck looked like after a $170 wash and detailing. DO NOT GO HERE

We have paid for unlimited monthly membership to Cobblestone for a LONG time.The other day during a wash, inside Cobblestone - something went wrong on their tracks/machine etc. and shifted our SUV. This forced the SUV “off track” and punctured the 2 front tires (see pics). Forcing an unsafe driving situation upon leaving Cobblestone (we had to replace the tires immediately after this). While the car was shifting in the car wash, it dented & scratched the 2 front Rims as well. Lastly… the car behind us continued to ‘rear end’ our car – causing a massive dent (see pictures).I understand accidents happen, however, Cobblestone doesn’t. The employees of Cobblestone were NOT sincere and actually sent my wife back through the car wash as if nothing happened, she was shook-up and didn’t know what to do. Panicked to say the least.So, she went through the car wash right after this occurred because they suggested it in a stern way. She wasn’t aware of the damage at the time.I went to Cobblestone the next day to ask about this situation and I was told to sit in a waiting area. A young kid came out and said it was my wife’s fault for “breaking” during the car wash. He showed me ONE video that he recorded on his cell phone (I wasn’t allowed in the video recording room) but wouldn’t show me a SECOND video. Keep in mind – she drove through TWICE. I insisted on seeing the second video but he wouldn’t allow me to. After SEVERAL minutes of asking he gave me a POST-IT note with an email on it and said, “email this person”. I went home emailed the person…didn’t hear back. I emailed a couple days later… Heard back and they said, “call this number” … I called that number 2-4 times and still to this day have not heard back…Thank God for Tandem Dash Cam’s.

Had a $5.00 off Coupon they refused to honor it. Guys that check you in are of very little to no help. Will not be back ever.It regards to your response.Thats were I got the coupon. Poor wash job, left bugs on the front of my vehicle and on the windshield. Very poor customer service.

Not happy, watched five people wiping down my car. They must be using only dry rags on the inside because nothing they wiped over came off. My car almost looks dirtier after they wiped it. I pay like $35.00 a month and I only brought it in once this month. Five grown men could not get clean a fairly already clean car. Also, they need to teach the vacuum people how to vacuum. I will rethink my membership.I might add the reason I had five people working on my car is because I was the only care there. Maybe this is why.

Sent my girlfriend with my car to get an oil change. They didnt tell her anything, and just sent her to the register where she found out they were charging her $100+ for a full synthetic oil change.The last time I went in, it was $75...which I still thought was outrageous (and I wouldnt have paid it) but I needed it done and it was the only time I had free to do it...same as this time. The last time, they tried charging me for an extra qt of oil, when my car doesnt need an extra qt, but they still tried adding it anyway and spilled oil all over my engine.I told her to have them put the old oil back in the engine, and Ill just drive it to Big O or Discount...who charges $50 for an oil change with full synthetic. Suddenly, they managed to get it back to the $75 price.I called the dealer to verify...they only charge $75 for a FS oil change. Im not paying dealer prices at a gas station, again. Next time, Ill make the time to drive it elsewhere.Ive been coming to this gas station for years because they were fairly priced, and they had excellent wait times. Over the past year, even the prices on gas went from competitive with the local gas costs, to 10+ cents/gal more expensive.I wont be back here.

I’m not one to write reviews but dang….. I dropped my single cab truck off for a wash with full interior detail (carpets, dash, plastic scrub, shampoo, etc) the ticket was $336 and when I returned 5 hours later they had not even whipped the plastics down yet….. I was told by the retailers that they didn’t know when they would get to me because they had (main line cars to detail). Then after waiting 45 minutes before the manager came to the front desk they were finally able to refund me for my purchase.To say I’ll never come back is an understatement…….

I paid $34 plus tax, plus a $5 tip (I was in a bit of a rush and did not realize the poor quality of service until my next stop which was many miles away) for the Ultimate Car Wash. Other than cleaning the windows, it appears as though they did not touch the inside of my car, there was also mud dripping from my doors. I have received better service on a $20 full service wash than this one which cost me over $40. I messaged the company that same day requesting that they remedy the situation as I paid for a service that they did not provide. It is ten days later and I have not heard a word from them. I would definitely not waste my money on their full service again.They messaged me here like they were going to rectify the situation, but surprise surprise; after I emailed them not a single word😠

Was sold the monthly unlimited for the ultimate wash, so they upgraded me for free to the platinum wash for today. Not a good job at all, had to wipe off alot that was left on the outside, the inside they sort of vacuumed and then wiped nothing down at all, which was obvious as well as no scent. Guess I will be canceling that monthly, horrible job.

Go somewhere else.I paid $40 for their top wash. No one told me they don’t clean the seats, interior, the mats, etc.They just do a “damp cloth wipe down” which literally did nothing. I was wiping dirt and dust away with my finger.So I paid $40 for a $10 tunnel wash.My normal place is $35 and they clean everything.Worst car wash I’ve ever had here.Go to a drive through one and literally wipe it down yourself. Take you 5 minutes and save you $40.

Worse service ever. The salesman talked me into the $31 car wash. The car was not throughly cleaned at all! It looked like it had not been vacuumed . The dash and console were not cleaned at all. I will never use this establishment again. I do not recommend it to anyone.

Disappointing to say the least. I will not be returning to any cobblestone car wash. The truck was pretty dirty in there defense but that being said, I paid for the works and an extra ten dollars for mud removal? 48 bucks later a recieved a shotty wash job. Absolutely no effort was made to clean, vacuum or wipe the interior. The wash wasnt very busy. The workers werent overloaded with vehicles. It was just a terrible experience. Never again cobblestone, I only gave you guys another chance because of time and convenience. Thank you for reminding me that some things never change.

There was stuff all over my seats didnt look like you even vacuumed. There was a fry in my cup holder, did you even try to wipe it out? Worst car wash I have ever had. I could have ran it through a self serve car wash and done a better job! Not impressed, wouldnt recommend!

UPDATE:THEY DID IT AGAIN!!I was nice, thought I would give this location another chance. I didnt even see them put it on but noticed it when I got home, after the sun was already baking the PACKING TAPE onto my black paint. Have you guys ever heard of the blue tape with no residue? This is the only location that I have seen use it.Very disappointed!Time to go get the gummy, sticky residue off of my paint.I normally like cobblestone, thats why I have a monthly membership. I Didnt like this location. My expedition did not come out very clean. The worker also used packing tape to tape down the wiper on the back window. The tape left residue on my paint that I am now having a hard time getting off. My black paint is messed up. I wont go here again.

Disappointing. General Manager Gustavo needs to tighten his ship, spend time training your crew on how to provide top-tier service regardless of whatever service your customer pays for, especially if a customer pays for the top level wash. Incoming car wash customer service reps need to listen to customer concerns/requests and provide solutions versus arguing with them in front of their peers and other customers. I asked for them to do a good job, but got sub-par service and treatment. Manager Gustavo even had the tenacity to advise me that I had to finish the wash myself, after asking him and his crew to properly wipe down the passenger side and rear of my truck with a damp towel after the wash cycle (without exaggerating it took me literally less than 2min to finish it myself at the self-serve station using their own blue damp towels), Gustavo told me he would charge me up to $80 extra to have his crew provide the wipe down I was asking for. Only positive experience from my visit was the service provided by the cashiers inside the lobbyDate of my visit: Saturday May 1st, 2021 at 12:45pm-1:55pm

Absolutely the worst service I have ever had. I’ve never seen such a lack of interest or concern from a group of employees. I paid $89 for wash and interior detail, understanding that it would take some time, but after 2 1/2 hours I had definitely had enough. I watched the individual that was supposed to be doing the work wiping the same door 15 minutes while texting, surfing or whatever on his phone. I watched him walk away and leave the car to take mini breaks every 5 - 10 minutes. The longest time he spent at the car was when he was texting, if he moved any slower he would have been moving in reverse. All of the employees present could see what was going on, but did nothing to help. I saw 2 other employees teaming up on vehicles with the same package, 4 of which showed up after me and were finished before my vehicle. No one helped captain slo-mo with mine, but they all had plenty of time to stand around and talk with their friends that stopped by. So as I said before, I had had, enough. I told them to give me my vehicle, and I left. The kicker was that after the 2 1/2 hours of waiting, the only thing that had been cleaned and detailed, was 1/2 of the passenger side door. ZERO stars, this place is absolutely the worst. The only reason it gets 1 star, is because you have to give at least 1 to post.

Let me start by saying this is my first negative review of a business. I give business the benefit of the doubt and try to have reasonable expectations of service. After every time I visit this location, I swear I will never return due to the high cost with poor quality cleaning. This last visit finalized any thoughts of every returning. I experienced the typical super annoying attempts to up-sell my service request at check in. An astonishing number of employees were not wearing masks. A piece of door trim was partially broken off in their cleaning process and because I didnt notice it right away, it completely fell off on the road right after leaving.The part narrowly missed the car behind me. I returned right away and was told since it didnt fall off until after I left that it was not their problem. I assumed they had established protocols in place to deal with damaged vehicles and it would be an easy process to file a claim and get the repair started. I dont know why they would employee staff in management positions with such poor tact and interpersonal skills. Maybe its intentional. From looking through other reviews it appears there is a pattern of this type of interaction. I emailed them yesterday afternoon without response. $26 for a low-quality car wash and $46 for replacing broken trim plus all the wasted time trying unsuccessfully to address the issue. Time to cut my losses.

Why do you close your vacuums just because it’s sprinkling out? Does it have to be 110 degrees to vacuum out my car? You close your vacuums far to early, the second the sun starts to drop and the heat is actually bearable….or on a beautiful cloudy day with a little bit of sprinkle, yeah close your car wash but not your vacuums? Cmon!

I was pleasantly surprised at the customer Service with Martin, most places seem to pressure with the highest priced detail. Martin took the time to explain exactly what I was getting for each service offered. I did not by the most expensive detail but I was very happy with the whole process and my truck looked great after the crew at cobblestone was finished. Good job guys!

It is good if you are in it for a quick wash (they do a decent job on the basics) but if you are getting any sort of detailing done steer clear of this place. Its nice how this Cobblestone is more spaced apart. The other Cobblestone locations that Ive gone to the vacuums and the car wash are very close to each other and it makes it hard to get around. In this location, the free vacuums are off to the side in their own lot.The vacuums are decent and theres plenty of free vacuums to go around. The only thing that was lacking were their towels. I looked around and none of the nearby stalls had towels, or they only had like one towel left that was wrinkled up. Then again, it could just be because it was busy. Ill have to give this location another try when its less busy.

SCAM! Complete bait and switch tactics. Received a coupon in the mail for an oil change for 19.95, and free car wash. After bringing in the car, showing the coupon, the attendant stated no problem show the coupon inside and theyll adjust the price. Go inside and the total rings up to over 65 dollars. When we showed the coupon their response was that our vehicle required full synthetic (which is a lie because no other oil change place has said that before or done that before) and the coupon had already taken $25 off the price, meaning the full price of this oil change was 90 dollars. What a complete ripoff. We told them to cancel it we will take our vehicle elsewhere and they said oh its too late theyre already working on it. Absolutely a bait and switch maneuver and all they offered to fix the situation was a free car wash WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO COME WITH THE OIL CHANGE COUPON ANYWAY! Horrible, shady business practice, will never take another vehicle here or recommend anyone to this place and we are disputing the charges for services that we did not authorize since we told them to stop the oil change after this whole pricing fiasco and they refused to stop and allow us to leave and take our business and money elsewhere. The owners should be ashamed of themselves.

Very nice all in one store (oil changes with your choice of oils, car washings of different varieties and with free vacuuming yourself or by a employee witch is awesome in my book), then the inside is a very nice convenience store that has pretty much anything you would need. It is a very busy store but the in and out time is almost unnoticeable. I would highly recommend this business to anyone.

Had to send my vehicle thru 3 times and they still couldnt get the correct wash plan that I signed up for!!! so I left!!**Update:**Did you not read my post, I watched my truck go thru the carwash and no hot wax or double foam, etc. Came on as my truck went thru!!! Horrible detailing and horrible people. I asked the front person, Jason, to give me whatever service I need to get the inside cleaned. He said $49 option and that they will soap and clean the interior. When I got to my finished car it was dirty... the attendant who worked on the car said the service didnt include an interior plastics cleaning, just a wipe down. The manager comes over with Jason and Jason tells the manager Im lying right in front of me. So if you are looking for dishonesty, a shoddy wipe down and non-existent customer service, Cobblestone is your place. I was shocked!

Not what they used to be. Whenever we came into town my next morning routine was car wash and Dunkin at Cobblestone. Left there a happy man. Today I came in after not being here for a while and Dunkin was closed. Oh well, that happens at least my car will be clean, right? Nope. Bugs still on the front of my car and inside doesnt look like it was touched after paying for the ‘Platinum’ wash. Whoever runs the place, seems to be a common theme lately. You used to do quality work, now you don’t. Fix it

In my neighborhood they are paving the streets which means fresh tar. Combine that with me rushing one morning to get to work and I had a surprise waiting for me at lunch on my brand new 1 week old car. The entire underside of the car was covered in tar but was relatively fresh since I caught it early. To me since this was the first time I had dealt with this I thought it would be an extreme case, was happy to hear upon bringing it into this Cobblestone location that while not mild this was not an extreme case.I was quoted the price of $271 which was quite a bit for a car that I had literally just purchased one week ago. But I told the person I was dealing with that as long as they can guarantee that the issue would be resolved I do not mind paying that amount, the worker assured me that by end of day the problem would be gone, this was around 10am.So 5pm rolls around, I still have not gotten a call so I call them, apparently my car had been ready for quite some time although they could not confirm when, so already I am a bit annoyed cause I needed my vehicle. My wife brings me there and we inspect the vehicle and it appeared as though they took a pressure washer and sprayed it for maybe 15 minutes and called it a day. It was very obvious the parts that they hit and also obvious the parts that were completely ignored cause there was still at minimum 90% of the job left to do.So now I am upset and go back into the store cause the crew had left for the day, I tell the lady there that I am going to leave my keys with her and to tell the crew in the morning that this is not what I paid for and not what I was told I would be receiving work wise when I dropped my car off.So fast forward to the next day, I call them in the morning cause AGAIN nobody calls me, I specifically tell the person what the issue is, I am AGAIN told they will take care of the problem, I AGAIN get no call and it is nearly 6 in the afternoon. Me and my wife get there, I am beyond upset at this point, job now looks maybe 50% complete if I am being generous.I will NEVER, EVER, come near this place of business for any of the services they offer. Whether it be a car wash, gas, etc. If the nearest place that offers any of these services requires me to drive another half hour I will gladly with a smile on my face drive that half hour knowing I am not giving another dime to a company that held my car hostage while stealing my money and over promising and under delivering.If I could give them zero stars I would.UPDATE 6/18: So after nearly 2 months I finally get a call from Ken, manager at this specific location. This is after leaving this review, posting on twitter, Facebook, emailing multiple times, calling etc. I was excited to finally have someone to verbally explain the situation to although that ended quickly. So I explained simply I wanted a refund for a job that was nowhere near completed. He states that since there was 2 days of labor spent on my car that a refund cannot be issued. I attempt to get clarification that a job can be left NOWHERE near completion but since 2 days were WASTED that is what determines if a refund can be issued. So I was without my car car 2 days, out $270, and my car nowhere better than it was the day I dropped it off but hey his workers were tied up for a couple days doing who knows what so they get to keep my money.To make it worse and to really further prove my point that you should avoid this place at all cost, his offer to rectify this entire situation is to give me a free car wash. Not a monthly or annual pass, ONE car wash for this horrible situation. At this point I have to believe this guy is trying to win a bet or sink his business and if so doing this will do just that. My wife has had their car wash pass for the last couple years that is now canceled, I cant say it enough...AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! THEY WILL ROB YOU BLIND!

Definitely a little skeptical spending 700+ on a single detail after reading some of the reviews, but let me tell you don’t listen to those reviews. I dropped my truck off around 8 am to get the premium diamond plate on my truck. Around 5pm i showed up to pick up my vehicle and let me tell you, it was worth every single penny i spent. Sam went over the entire truck with me when i arrived and I couldn’t even see one spot i needed him to fix for me. Appreciate the work he did on my vehicle and i’ll definitely be returning to get the service done on my other vehicle.

My experience was incredible and cobblestone cleans my other vehicles but I just purchase a challenger and it needed that golden clean touch . Oil got changed and sadly they didn’t have any air filters for my car but could order such but I went ahead and got it myself as they cleaned the old one that needed replacement. Great experience and crew is kind and cashiers are pleasant. Now just got to deal with rain n weather after pristine work done

It is 8 PM at night and the cashier tells me that they shut down the lottery at 8 PM that those are the rules for the store. I got to get a fountain drink I go back up to the register and now there are two cashiers and the other one had no problem with the lottery ticket. I asked the original cashier if he was under 18 and that’s why he lied and he said no I’m 19 I just don’t approve of gambling. I’m sorry but he shouldn’t be working with the public if he’s going to only offer services he approves of and not everything the store has to offer.

Went to this car wash for the second time and same as the first experience I was so disappointed and mad after leaving this car wash. I paid $35 for the carwash and it was done within 30 minutes. I was very surprised that it was done so quickly so I thought well it was not busy at all so they probably had multiple people cleaning it. My car was still dirty inside, it did not look like it was wiped down at all. Seems like they only wiped down where the driver side was at. The center console still had dust on it and dirty. Never going back and hope anyone do is well aware of their work.

Had the works car wash done today. They did not completely vacuum the vehicle. Floor mats were thrown back in the truck. The mat on the drivers side was laying on top of the gas and brake pedals. Save your money and just do the drive through wash and vacuum yourself you will need to anyway. This place has really gone downhill.

Save your time and money and find somewhere else to go. I stopped using their full service wash after multiple times having my vehicle damaged, not by the car wash but by the people cleaning the interior. I also used to get my propane tanks refilled there. Almost everytime I needed a refill, Id have to wait over 20 minutes for one of the lazy lube techs to finally walk over to do it. Wouldnt matter if they had vehicles in the bay or not. Nearly all interactions Ive have with the employees there have been negative. It seems as though the people working there are miserable and no desire to help the customers. Over the years Ive talked to more of my neighbors with the same exact stories about this location. If customer service is important to you, dont stop by here!!!!!!

It seemed like a lot for what i received. I thought it was a hand wax & it wasnt. The guy had to redo places bcuz it still had bug guts. We needed it perfect bcuz iwe were selling it to a person from McNary, az. The trunk was never vacuumed. You did a great job on my last car and it was filthy. This Cadillac was in great condition and not much was needed and they did a sorry job and more time. Dont worry I wont be back and never, ever would I recommend this establishment!!!!

I’ve been a few times and today is my last time. When I pay for the ultimate $35 wash I expect the obvious to be clean. I’m not asking for more than I pay for but I am asking the drying crew to do their job. When I open the door there’s dust on the glovebox, driver door interior, passenger door interior, console etc. I ask for it to be wiped down and I get a look from the crew member like I’ve got worms coming out of my eyes. I also get home and my tires are 2-tone. That’s part Armor- All / part dirt. The whole reason I brought my vehicle in for in the 1st place. I guess folks are ok with the cattle drive ethics (let’s move em through -Yaw!) used at Cobblestone but not me. I’m done.

It’s alway busy but the service is very fast. Sam and Jonah always make sure my vehicles look better than they did on the showroom floor. I drive out of my way to come to this location every week. They’re polite, professional and they care. Highly recommend to anyone!!

Watch your receipts! Just purchase a full synthetic oil change, price is basically $74 got my bill and there were two extra charges on it, one that was an extra $4.50. I asked what it was for and they said the package I bought was for 5 quarts and my car holds 5.1 quarts so they wanted to charge me $4.50 for 1/10th of a quart which equates to 3 ounces LESS than half a cup. Now another big problem, since I am not from Arizona I was told it is Arizona Law I must have synthetic oil. My car has never had synthetic oil and how can a state mandate what kind of oil I use in my car? It doesnt they just lied to me to take advantage of me. Im very mad and highly recommend you shop elsewhere especially if you are a woman if they will do this to me as a man you never know what they will do to you.

Honestly this is one of the best cobblestone’s I’ve ever been too, pretty much my entire family have cobble stone memberships but this one is the one I usually frequent and I have to say I have never been disappointed with there services. Especially this last time I went and an employee named Nate R. took excellent care of my car and went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Keep up the good work guys! :)

I was really happy with the result of my car, everything came out perfectly as I wanted it and I couldn’t have been done happier. Worst detailing ever!! Charged us $300. For I am not sure what!! My bad, I should have read all the 1 star or worse reviews!!! I am not the first the be totally disgusted with the management or their service!! Our seats were not vaccumed, the dash only half done, stained our seat cushion with the wax they used PLUS TOOK ALL OF OUR MASKS OUT OF OUR DOOR!! Wax was dripping down side door. Wax put OVER dirt on tires. Talked to management and they said that they did best they could cause they ARE VERY BUSY?????!!!!! REFUSED TO REDO, COME BACK OFFER or ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE. Good Morning,I am truly disappointed in the leadership of this store. This was the last straw that this particular store has done to me and my family. I Had my car cleaned on 6-3-2020. The machine had torn off the cover to my passenger mirror and almost pulled off my roof strip on the drivers side. I tried this morning to talk the car wash manager, Gustavo Gene to discuss how they were going to fix this and said he was not going to do anything and it was pre-existing. How can something be pre-existing when Gustavo handed my son the cover after the wash? There isnt any ownership of what happened to my vehicle. I would like to speak to the owner or Gustavos boss to discuss how we are going to correct this and how their leaders such as Gene blame me or my son for lying. I tried to solve this at the lowest level and nothing is yet to be resolved. The customer should not be the victim and the business should do everything they can to make the customer happy. I would avoid this business store. Buyer beware!

Worst service and customer service. As a business owner I would shut down if my management performance was that thoughtless.So I decided to go back with my company vehicals. 9 in total. We get oil changes and wash every other month. The mechanics are great and the washes have been ok. Total 3/5/19 I brought my duly in to get usual oil and hand wash and they tell me hand wash has gone up to $60. Wow ok but since I come all the time they would reduce it. See recipe picture. Well go to pick vehicle up and noticed inside never cleaned and out done very poorly. So call guys over and they said they needed to call a manager. I waited 15 min no manager. Went back over to the first guy and he went back over to remind manager to come see me. 15 min go by again and still no manager. So then I take the truck back over to the mechanics to show and ask them to call a manager. They do and 15 min go by and no manager. So with that be said I will no longer allow my employees to bring there vehicles. Kind of crazy because not only services there they purchase ice and items for the day every morning there. Sorry Cobble Stone my last dollar was spent today with you.

Told us it would be a 2 hour to 3 hour wait 3 hours into waiting I call to see if our car is done they inform me it’s going to be 3 more hours of a wait. 6 hours of my day I had to sit here at cobblestone because they didn’t give me an accurate time I would have never agreed to sitting here for 6 hours I am beyond furious my whole day is wasted and the management does not even care

DONT GO HERE. They scammed my elderly mother and signed her card up for monthly membership. Won’t cancel it and won’t give proper Corp number. We have submitted request to cancel online twice but it hasn’t been canceled. When you talk to the manager he doesn’t care, is VERY RUDE and says not his problem or concern. GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION WHERE THEY VALUE their customers !!! We are so disappointed with this location.

They send coupons in the mail to get you in the door and then dont honor the coupons after they have your vehicle and are already working on it. The coupon wasnt expired they just said that it didnt work. Completely false advertising. Diane happy to see your responding as you can see from the picture of the coupon and my bill I did not receive anything off of the regularly priced $41.99 oil change.

We are regular customers of this establishment but usually just go through express. We we decided to fork out the $24 supreme wash which was supposed to include fragrance (which the starter confirmed)as well as interior dressing, vacuuming and hand drying. We let the guys do their job expecting that the outcome would be up to the expectation. Well they fell short. After the 20 minutes I was flagged to the finish line. I gave the car a quick exterior look over and handed the employee my paid receipt and gratuity. I didnt expect that I would have to inspect the vehicle for several minutes because the expectation is that the job is to be done well.No air freshener,no interior dressing, poorly vacuumed and zero attention to detail. We really wanted to turn around to have the deficiencies corrected but its Saturday and we needed to get going with our day. We will consider coming back if a manager responds and makes good and will even update my review. If not well be spending our money at Super Star car wash express just down the road.

Today I came in for detailing and they were extremely busy. Jonah greated me and was very friendly. Because they were so busy my car would not be done quickly-which I had planned for. I brought it over at noon on a weekend day so I knew it would be a mad house. Jonah still apologized (even though I didn’t care) and checked to see how quickly it could be done. He was over accommodating. I could tell he wanted to make sure I was happy. The gentleman who I left my car with was also friendly. Eddie and the staff inside was great as well. This experience defiantly makes the expense of detailing less painful! Thanks guys for working hard!

Shouldve spent the $35 on a case of beer and did it myself, instead of the platinum wash half my windows werent cleaned and spots all over the truck, apparently the air hoses to blow out the trapped water are for looks. Didnt want the dash armoraled but dusted wouldve been nice. Dirt left all over the bumper. Not to mention the hand prints from leaning on the truck to polish the Wheels

The service that was provide was extremely poor I brought my vehicle in for detailing which took 2 ½ hours at the cost of $300. When I returned to receive the vehicle it was incomplete the passage side windows looked as if they were cleaned with the same rag they used to apply the polish with. The rims on the car still had brake dust build up present and the inside was not vacuum well. Since it was the end of the night they informed my wife that she could bring the car back for them to complete. This is after they spent 2 ½ hours I guess their expectation is that you having nothing better to do and more free time to return to oversee their poor workmanship. At this point we just wanted a refund the manager informed us that their policy does not permit them to refunds customers. A number was provided to contact the cooperate office. They do not have a direct line to voice a customer complaint you must leave a message and they “state” they will return your call. Left message for 3 days straight with no return phone call from them. This is a business that needs to revisit their customer service training because the treatment they provide is horrible. Will make sure in the future to never provide them with my business again.

Ive been using this location for quite some time now. Theres this one staff that stands out from the rest of the group, Jonah Barnett is very professional and courteous. Some staff come off a bit too pushy and just dont care but Jonah is not like that. I appreciate all the assistance and advice that he gives me about my car every time I go to this location.

They parked my truck on the side of the car wash to clean the wheel wells for an additional 5 dollars, they spayed the wheel wells down and washed the side of the truck and never actually took it through the car wash. I waited over an hour for them to not do their job. When I asked why it wasnt taken through the car wash I was told it was because of the light bar on the back rack, I have had the truck taken through this car was before.

I like the other Cobbestones in the valley but this one is terrible. Paid for the Platinum wash and was given back a car that was still filthy and dripping with water. Ill just drive to the ones on Higley and Power next time. I hate that I spent so much money on such a terrible service. Will not be coming back ✌Edit as a response to the owner: Considering this is neither their first time nor the first vehicle Ive brought to your carwash, I can say with absolute certainty that quality is NOT your highest priority. If youd like an example of quality service, I would recommend visiting your sister stores in Mesa and Gilbert. With the above statement under consideration, I cant imagine how the service would improve without payment so no, I wont be following up with your customer service team. Id rather just take my business elsewhere, thanks.

My anxiety is pretty high right now. Just paid my third visit to cobblestone; does not look promising. The gentleman that was trying to reset my blank radio display, unpluged my radio for about 5 minutes stared at it plugged it back in, started the car and started fidgeting with buttons. After the radio display would not come back on he then proceeded to sit halfway in my car, undergoing Google that stuff troubleshooting, looking for other options to fix my radio or blame damage on the manufacturer. The Hyundai dealership told me that the damage was probably due to having too much moisture around or behind the screen.this cobblestone location is refusing to accept responsibility for the damage done to my vehicle and explain to me that they will not be paying for the damage but they said that they can get me a good deal and they know a guy who can install my radio I went for a $150 detail instead it might cost me $1,500 or more. Happy birthday to me.This is the site that pops up when I enter the wecare@ site into my Google search there is no option to share my experience accept with Mr. Jason Dyer from headquarters. I havent gotten a reply since the 18th tho. And Ive reached out to Micheal Cahill but I certainly doubt Ill hear from him (busy guy as I can imagine).It is sad but it may be easier to get ahold of Attorney General Mark Brnovich. Your reply, is actually the first Cobblestone has reached out to me, and that is embarrassing.When I came in to talk with John Conner on the 18th, he told was very polite, tried to help me get the radio display working again. When we couldnt get it working, he instructed me to get a quote from the Hyundai dealership and the store would correct the issue. After seeing what it costs to rectify the damage, the story changed. The photo below is from right before the screen went blank following the auto detail I purchased. I am now being told that it is a coincidence based on a Google search and an online social forum for other Hyundai owners. I was also told that my radio could be reset by an unfolded paperclip. Upon further inspection of my radio, it was discovered that my radio has no tiny reset hole and makes me suspect the research was describing a radio system from another model or trim package.Im having trouble understanding why any of this dismisses the responsibility.Finally, and it took being contacted by the Attorney Generals office, the carwash came up with a solution. An eBay radio that worked, installed under a shade tree of the back parking lot. Got quick service with little eye contact because I assume you are embarrassed and had a talking to. Told you youll be hearing from other people; just saying.After all, I was about to be proud of you both for stepping up and trying to redeem your carwash in the eyes of a few would be loyal clients, you left my car unlocked parked in front of the your establishment. Had my car washed on 10/16/20 and selected the top product. My carpets were just thrown in and not locked down. Also the windshield inside was left streaky. It seems like every time I use the particular car wash it is sub par. It’s terrible that i spent $40 dollars and get subpar service. The car wash was not busy. My van was the only vehicle in the cleaning area. I guess this is my last time with cobblestone.

Paid $350 for detailing interior and exterior. Definitely not worth it, and we will never use them again. Front grill is covered in a years worth of bugs. The carpet was not cleaned. I keep a clean car and it would have been very little effort for them to do the interior properly. The carpet was already pretty clean except for the drivers seat floor, since I rarely have anyone else in the car with me. There was some visible dirt marks on the left foot rest and around the edge of the mat. It looked like they did nothing. I tried some at home carpet spray and it came out. None of the carpet was even a little bit damp, so I really dont think they shampooed it. They did nothing with the leather seats. They just coated the dash and door panels with shinny sticky spray. Nothing was wiped down first. I could see spots that had not been cleaned and just sprayed over. The rear view mirror was smeared with some kind of spray, which is weird since it was clean when I dropped it off. The back hatch area wasnt done at all, it wasnt even vacuumed. When I started it, the Sirius radio was set to an obnoxious rap station and blaring at top volume. The radio stations and volume can only be changed while the car is on, so it wasnt done accidentally. Playing it at that volume can also cause the speakers to start buzzing. What makes them think it is ok to change someones radio stations and blast someone elses system. Really terrible service for that high of a price. Dont waste your money!Recommendation to management: Have a manager present when a customer is picking up there car after being detailed and do an inspection with them. Its your job to make sure your staff is doing there job. It is not the customers responsibility make sure the service is done correctly. We will find somewhere else. And anyone reading this review should too.
