The lady working at this store was super friendly and knowledgeable. They have so many options to choose from and theyre all organized by a theme which makes it super easy to find exactly what youre looking for. It seemed like they had sizes from child all the way to Adult XL. It was my first time there today and Ill definitely be using them again.Plus renting a costume is far more sustainable than buying a new costume every time you need one. (Just saying) Plus they had stuff with nice material rather than cheap Halloween shops.

This shop is awesome and the ladies who helped us were very helpful and kind. This is the last Mom and Pop Special FX Makeup and costume store in the valley. I suggest everyone goes here. They have prices that beat Spirit Halloween blindfold, you will support a local shop, and they love dogs! We will be back.

Never felt so uncomfortable before. The customer service was rude and like they didn’t want me and my sisters there. They did not welcome us in like they did to the other people coming in. When we asked them for a price they were really rude to us and gave us a super short answer and walked off. The lady then went to the church room next door to tell their church friends something while looking at us. They also followed us around like we were going to steal. My sisters and I couldn’t help but think they were treating us like that because we were the only minorities there. When we left the lady followed us outside and watched us get in the car.....I just had to write this review because never did I ever feel so unwanted at a store and I love Halloween and I am a realtor and I love reviewing places on my social media. I know and talk to a lot of people especially people who love Halloween, I’m sure going to tell them not to come to this place. Definitely do not want to support this place like other Halloween stores.

I guess its okay. I was looking for another Halloween store since Easleys closed down. Theyre website said the had Wigs, make up, accessories. Make up and wig selection is just okay.(i think spirit has more) They have tons of rentals..... but saw stains on a few while I was browsing. Could buy costumes, but most were rentals. So if you were familiar with Easleys this place will disappoint. Easleys had tons of wigs, eyelashes, fx makeup, rentals, and tons of costumes to buy.(you would find everything from cheap like Walmart to higher end costumes that you wouldnt find elsewhere) With every accessory available for any costume, person, or character.

Wonderful little shop that is PACKED with costumes for rental and to purchase. Decent but smaller selection of accessories available for purchase as well.I still pine for Easleys Fun Shop and this place is a DRIVE from my digs...but its definitely got the goods and its own charm. Ill be back.

Good alternative to Spiri, but not a replacement for Beasleys. This place is like a smaller version of Mardis Gras in Scottsdale. But nice to have a place in the east valley now instead if having to drive up to Scottsdale.

It doesnt really have anything for 3-4× sizes . Plus sizes not really. Alittle expensive even for the small stuff. The lady was nice. And she did try . They have a changing room to try the outfits on .

With rental options available they have extremely good prices on items unique to their store. I havent laughed as much as I did in that store. Thank you everyone for a great experience. I was looking for a local shop to buy a superhero costume for an older woman. The two women in the shop were wonderful and had exactly what I wanted. I was able to try it on to make sure it fit well. The quantity of costumes for sale and rent is amazing! I didnt want to go to a large chain store. The costume I bought will help the shop and I will use it for Halloween, too. I highly recommend Fun Costumes and encourage anyone to shop there if you are looking for a costume.

Due to my procrastination, I was in a very tight bind to pick up two costumes. I called ahead to Fun Costumes and the gals there were great! I gave them my sizes and an idea of what I was looking for. When I showed up, they had plenty of options to choose from and try on. I was able to get in and out in 15 minutes. It’s always best to have “real” clothes for costumes and it really helped to complete both my Brady Bunch and Beastie Boys costumes. Thank you for your excellent customer service!

Walked in and walked right out the moment I saw costumes disrespecting sacred Native American Traditions.If you have any sense of decency, you will not support this nonsense.Shop at any other store, youll be happier and have better luck in life by choosing to not mock sacred religious traditions.

Got Jack Skelton costume and my brother got Jack Sparrow costume for great rental and amazing staff to help you with any questions. Definitely the perfect place for Halloween costumes or costumes for any event! Id give 10/5 stars if I could!

I had a wonderful experience on my first visit. They have a lot costumes to rent categorized by types such as antibellum, Greek/Roman, meedevial, horror, sifi and much more. I saw some legit storm trouper stuff and a very nice Elmo outfit. They also have a good selection of accessories and costumes for sale

Culture appreciation. Indigenous People are NOT A COSTUME. Fake wannabe will say its okay to dress in fake regalia and that its sharing our culture. Its not okay. Its hurtful to my ancestors and my people. This company needs to educate themselves.

I literally called asking for something they assured me they had. I drove over there only for them to tell me it was only available to rent. Like what??? Lady in the front was extremely rude when I asked why they did not include that. Store has a bad smell and is not sanitary, do not recommend

Owner and staff were extremely rude and treated as if we were doing something wrong they caused me to get hurt with there lack of organization and mess in this shop and I walked thinking Id rather go to jail for the rest of my life then spend a dime on there over priced used costumes thats 90% of dont have all the parts but are still priced higher than the same costume or a better one from spirits, party city, or literally any good will. Long story short dont go here if you respect yourself, Halloween, and costumes in general.

Glad this place just moved instead of closing down, I was worried when I saw the empty shop at Fiesta. Lots of costumes, and I like the rental option. Only giving it 4 stars because the collar I wanted wasnt available to rent on its own and they didnt have any like it for sale, but its a rare and difficult-to-make piece so I cant blame them.

Store seemed nice going into but everything there seems very overpriced compared to other stores and the owners seemed very rude. I just wanted to look around and i opened a drawer that was apperently for employees only even though it didnt say that anywhere and one of the owners just started yelling at us for LOOKING IN them. Way better places to to.

We went in last minute, and the customer service was really good. They are well staffed. We found what we needed - great selection. They have retail and rental available, and they have S M L and Plus sizes too. We would go back next year.

If I could leave negative stars I would. The worst costumer service I have ever experienced.When you first walk in everything is in disarray, which carries over to the employees attitude. The girl seem to be more interested in her phone than helping us, she sat on a counter and just pointed us to another room. We were left to wander on our own in over-crowded and disorganized rooms. Most of the costume had a bad BO smell covered up by Lysol. We found a costume that would work and where quote an outlandish price $ 65 for 1 night I had to think on it, so we left.I went back a few days later, again I was left on my own to wander the store. An older lady who seemed to be the owner sat in the office most of the time, I had to seek her out for help, I took the exact same costume that I had found a few days before and asked for a quote, Angie quoted me $85 FOR THE EXACT SAME COSTUME.If this is how they run this shop when it is not busy I cant imagine what it is like during Halloween.I left and drove all the way to Scottsdale where I wasnt treated like I had the plague and got a costume and accessories for $70 -

My daughter had to have a flapper girl dress for a choir performance and she didnt want to order it from the internet. This store is by our house so I crossed my fingers and we went to check it out. WOW what a surprise when we walked in. They literally have every single thing you may need for a costume. They have costumes to purchase or rent and even have shoes for the different time periods! I believe it was the owner that helped us and she was extremely friendly and informative. Awesome store!

If you enjoy overpriced dirty garage sale atmospheres, operated by old batty women, this is the store for you! The staff treated my daughter and I horribly, due to my tattoos, and facial hair, which they ever-so-kindly talked about with us standing around the corner. The products were overpriced compared to your local Halloween store, and their rental costumes appeared dirty, and produced the classic sent of Goodwill. Shop at your own risk.

The costumes are fun and there are many different options depending what your looking for. The prices are a bit high coming from a girl whos been poor alot of her life but its almost worth it to find the perfect costume for Halloween, cons, and more.

This is the best costume shop in the entire Valley. They are open all year long. Currently, they have costumes/ accessories available for Mardi Gras and St. Patricks day. But dont forget, Bunnies for Easter. Renaissance attire and Comic-Con. Youll find what you are looking for here!!

On their Yelp account it said they were open until 7pm I drove there at arrived at 559 the door was still open and some older lady was very rude and told me they were closed although their sign was on and their door was open. Maybe they should check their yelp account and change their hours and their attitude when greeting customers

Simple place with similar prices to other shops but a bit tight inside which limits their inventory n selectikn, but the staff was nice n courteous which made the experiance better.

Love going to Fun Costumes. Great prices on their costumes and the selection of rental costumes in Unreal. First time I went in there I was expecting a small costume shop but wow they have alot and its not all just costumes. 3 of my daughters LOVE that store, we would go in all the time if we still lived out there. The staff and owner are great people and treat everyone like family. And for someone to say in a review they were treated bad there because they have tattoos and facial hair is really really funny, as I am covered in Tattoos and last time I was there had facial hari, and I KNOW that at least one staff member there has a tattoo as well so come on people be nice.

Had a costume made, done by Halloween, but was told I would have a fitting after the persons recovery, that was the last I heard from the lady who made my costume. I stayed in contact with the store because i had problens getting ahold of the seamstress but never had an appointment for a fitting, then I find out all of my materials were thrown out!!! So Im guessing since the materials were thrown out, they kept my costume at the store (NOONE GET FOOLED I HAD WITNESSES) to sell since there was no more material to do a fitting and to do add ones to correct my costume!!! way to go on both behalfs, very unprofessional period!!

$250.00 run on credit card to hold two costumes that rent for $35.00 each and you just rented the costumes whether you use them or not because you can not cancel. You are charged the rental and given a credit in the store if you do cancel. Now you have to rent or buy something to use that credit.
