I purchased a pair of the style 202 split sole dance shoes from DanceLifeUSA, and am very satisfied with the product. If ordering dance shoes online for the first time, do head to the Facebook page to discuss sizing or for any other questions; someone will reply promptly. I had to return the first order for an exchange as I got the wrong size, and despite an initial issue with e-mail communication (their e-mails were not coming through to my live.ca address), once the problem was identified and I started communicating via Facebook messenger, service was professional and timely. After discussing proper sizing, I paid for a new order which was sent out immediately, and got a refund for the initial order once it had been delivered back to their address.

HORRIBLE. I went there and the guy was no help at all. I didnt know much about dance shoes and he didnt explain ANYTHING or help me. He said that usually girls tell him what they want. Well, I couldnt because I wasnt educated and he basically said oh well. So I tried on a pair and they were tight and I asked him if thats how its supposed to be and he said depends.. That was his answer to everything. He looked at the shoes I was wearing and said Those are good.NOT. They ended up being too tight and I called and they dont return them if you have worn them.1. He didnt help me for what I needed and didnt explain what I should get2. Those shoes were not good for my feetAnd 3. I asked if he danced before and he said no. How can I get good shoes from someone who hasnt experienced wearing ballroom shoes and dancing in them HIMSELF.Not that I expect him to dance in lady shoes, but I do expect him to know A LOT about those shoes and helping me decides which is best for me.The experience was horrible and now I have shoes that are WAY too bad for my feet.I wouldnt go there
