If the service guys knew what a blinker was and respected truck drivers they would do better.

This is a construction/aggregates hauling company rebuilding its leadership in the industry. They are looking for experience CDL A drivers but are willing to train the right candidates. They are in search of a core group of people who will become future leaders and managers in the busines. Otto has had many bad reviews but are changing their culture for the best. I recommend coming in and talking with the recruiter.

Otto Trucking is a great company, and the owner, Alan Otto is a great human being, great businessman and great person all around.Enjoyed every minute talking to him.

People DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!! This company is by far the worst company I’ve ever had to work for. The owner is extremely old and crazy. He doesn’t pay his workers and when he do decide to pay. He always figure out some type of way to cut your pay. Allen Otto is the definition of what real scum looks like.

BEWARE of Otto Trucking. Kat Zech booked 3 rooms for 3 days in our small struggling motel with a BAD credit card and didnt show. Credit card wont clear for cancelation fee. Kat wont answer or return my calls. UNTRUSTWORTHY... DISHONEST... BAD BUSINESS

OTTO trucking, Iam very happy and pleased with my employment here, i completed truck driving school 6-1/2 months ago, my first job as a professional driver.OTTO has trained me in many different types of trucks and trailers, and equipment, with many many different types of experience from dirt work to asphalt to chip seal to aggregate, The experience and adventures has been awesome with the toppings of the cake a very competitive wage.Happy driver = Happy life

This is the worst company i have seen in my life time taken money from his employee because they quite well this is my experiences when i sign up for a job i sign up for a full time job not a part time a part time job doesnt pay my bills, 1st,2nd and 3rd week i never make 40 hours all i keep hearing is keep us a time some people making 70 hours a week nope so i decide to quite and look for a diff job, this company hold my check and tell me i sign a contract well i am not getting what i ask for before signing a job contract, i had 26 hour the week i left which was 442, guess what they send me a $35 check telling me they have to deduct drug test and training yall never even do any training i have never see a company that do that and as for the owner of the company called otto if you cant run a company just shut it down not stealing from your employee to keep up, after i told him i find a job all he keep saying is you will not make money come let me show you what you can make, well thanks you already show me who you are and how you treat people by stealing from there and you have been doing this getting away with it maybe this will be that last, I will contact the labor and even if i have to file this in court i will make sure i get paid my work hours.

Having worked for this company, I can tell you this is a great organization to work for. Otto Trucking has been around for years, they set the standard for providing great, reliable service and taking care of their employees!

If I could put no stars, I would. This company is a complete joke. My husband has been working here zsince March and has nothing but problems. The shop guys dont know what the hell theyre doing. The other drivers dont write up when their truck is down. Dispatch and truck supervisors are rude and disrespectful. Oh! And the kicker is how the company doesnt pay you for all your hours (or the correct pay for that matter) or reimburse you for anything out of town. I hope you guys end up going bankrupt or someone sues you for embezzlement. Because thats what youre doing

These people are absolutely horrible. You try to contact them and they just give you the run around. Cant get out of my loan contact because this place wont give the loan money back. It has honestly been an absolute nightmare

Time to send compaints to ADOT and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Admintration. They need a full blow saftey audit. You can look up their safety record on SafeSat.gov. I saw a serious near miss with an Otto Truck #7293 on AZ 347. Drifted off the road while on cell phone then tailgating at 75 mph in a 55 mph zone

I have tried to get in contact with this company multiple times. The drivers dont really care if their load is secured or not. Nor does the company. Ive had two vehicles now have multiple damages from these trucks and I have tried to get reimbursed but no luck. Customer service is just as disrespectful as the drivers are.

VERY BAD DRIVER with 18 wheeler,Friday Oct 23rd between hours 7:30 AM and 8:30 AM, My daugher and grandson, coming from Maricopa city on the 347 to Phoenix, Bad Otto driver bullied his way from switching lanes and cutting cars off from right lane to left lane, driving recklessly. Then as my daughter and grandson are turning left unto the Interstate 10 to phoenix off the 347, the Otto 18 wheeler swerved over in my daughters lane and missed her front end of her car by an inch. She had to pull over to calm down.Truck drivers you have a lethal weapon, YOUR TRUCK, and it shouldnt be used to bully people. I hope Otto can indentify you, reckless truck driver. You should be fired!!!!! Also sited for a felony with a deadly weapon.

One of their semi drivers was driving erratically on the highway and almost hit my family and me. I have dash cams installed in my car. If the owner could reply with an email address. I can send the dash footage and the vin number.I called the company no one answered.

Worked for them for a very short time.Trucks are junk, never paid for over time, and Mr. Al Otto is pos.His sole intention in the valley is to drive the drivers wages down. I suggest if you want to get off the road dont work for any of these jerks in the valley.

Trucks drive with load exposed, spraying debris 4 lanes wide on 202. Surely this violates the law!

Otto Trucking had 45-55 trucks per day for 3 days straight. They did a professional job and they know how to get the job done!
