Avoid this place at all costs!!Let me run you through what they did and you decide if this is a place you would ever waste money at:We drop off a mask which we purchased from this store for a prescription insert. We are told 2-3 weeks and $250-$300.Five (5) weeks later after multiple phone calls where we are told they think or hope it will be shipped soon we receive a call that the mask is in the store.I decided to purchase a complete dive package the same day as we picked up the mask, and since their website said in stock for every item I wanted to purchase, it just made sense. Additionally, the ability to support a local business and not Amazon was an huge benefit.Upon arriving, the store was 0 for 3 of the items that were said the be in stock on their website. They said they could order the items and they could be here in just 4 short weeks! Seriously? 4 weeks? You do realize that is not what in stock means right?Frustrated, I say I just want to pay for the mask. Then these excuses for salesmen proceed to help two commercial tour guide customers for almost ten (10) minutes before offering to ring up our one (1) item.Then, the cherry on the fraud sandwich, we are told the total price is $481 for the mask - now remember, we were quoted $250-$300 and this is not for the mask too, just the prescription. Unfortunately, as they were almost 3 weeks late on their quote we didnt have time to go anywhere else and we paid it.Crooks. BTW, any online dive shop would do it cheaper, we checked.Seriously, I want to support local businesses but places like this are a clear example of why online shopping is booming.Hey Amazon, I need a couple thousands dollars of dive gear.....

I love this place. The people know what they were talking about. We were helped quickly, and they had what we needed. Their stock is good quality stuff, and the pricing is fair. Ive been going to these guys for years. Awesome store.

Not only are they close and convenient but they are amazingly helpful, friendly, AND knowledgeable!! On top of all that, they fill your first two tanks for free!!

Ive been here several times and they are top-of-the-line. always extremely helpful. I had a regulator and octopus inspected and there was nothing found wrong. Very honest.I have been back several times which I believe is probably a norm for a new diver. Each and every time without exception Im met with a very helpful sales associate who answers all of my questions and assist me in finding the right gear. I purchased a used tank from a private party and had the technician complete a visual inspection of the tank. The turnaround was exceptional only a couple of days.

A big thanks to Bo and Rudy for their time, help, and expertise! Very refreshing to have access to such knowledge and customer service - both of which seem difficult to find these days. Will definitely be a long term customer.

These guys are awesome! Funny enough, I am not YET a scuba diver, however I have used these guys throughout the years to fill scuba tanks (for paintball and other stuff) as well as purchase other things. Today I went down there to get my wife a wetsuit for canyoneering, and Rudy was above and beyond helpful. He assisted in finding a wetsuit that fit her, discussed different options and practices, and was very polite and cheerful about us being pains in the neck for about an hour:) When I get scuba certified, I intend to go through these folks, and will use them for anything else I can as well.

Great Scuba shop. Vince and staff are all very knowledgeable and friendly. Their interest is getting you the right equipment, not the most expensive. The instructors are all patient, helpful, and work with you to give you what you need to be successful. My instructor was Shawn and he was very knowledgeable and friendly, but Rob, Ed and the other instructors were also invested in my success. I HIGHLY recommend this dive shop. And if you are a person with accessibility needs, this shop also works with Lifewaters as a partner, so they have an understanding of how to help you not only get certified but also have great accessible dive trips.

Just received my regulator back from Saguaro Scuba because my LDS, after their 6-8 week turnaround time, didn’t follow my instructions on upgrading parts during its service. Not only was everyone I interacted with super friendly and helpful Saguaro did exactly what I asked and more. I double check my equipment whenever I have work done and can tell you their work is top notch. My regulator was shipped halfway across they country from NJ and they still had it back to me within two weeks! I highly recommend Saguaro Scuba and will definitely be using them going forward.

Awesome bowstring for any bow. I have them on my own bows and love them. Long lasting and nominal adjustments needed. Colors are off the hook I highly recommend them for your next purchase.

This store has to have the best selection of any store Ive been in. The staff is super helpful and friendly as well. I got my advanced adventure diver cert with them and although there were some hiccups (becauce I was coming from Tucson) they made every effort to accommodate. Highly recommend Saguaro Scuba.

Purchased the Discover Scuba course via Groupon, and had a total blast! Wasnt sure Id be able to convince myself to actually breathe under water, but was pleasantly surprised when I did.If youd like to see if scuba is for you, the price is very reasonable. Only $25 for a course that runs about 3 hours. Tell em Swoop sent ya.

Real customer here. Was very surprised to find out that they fill two tanks free per day! Been paying too much for fills elsewhere.. In fact I bought some accessories because of that good gesture. Staff was friendly and helpful. Never felt pressured to buy anything, but recommendations were provided when asked! Even chatted about local dives.

I was very glad to have Ed as my instructor. He made the whole experience fun. I have been diving 5 times since my certification and I wish I would have done it sooner in life.

We went to Saguaro Scuba to get certified and really enjoyed our experience. The entire staff was very knowledgeable and helpful and our instructor, Amy, was wonderful. She was a great teacher and extremely patient as we learned this new skill.

I just returned from Saguaros dive trip to Cozumel. Everything went smoothly from a logistical standpoint, and the people were great. Highly recommended.

I was dealing with another scuba shop in town and running into nothing but trouble. They couldnt service sherwood gear so I found Saguaro. I wish I would have gone here first. KC was awesome since the beginning from getting me pool time to test new equipment to getting me into my advanced course within a couple days. Vince the owner helped me through a new BCD selection because he has a long torso just like me and truly cared to make sure that my money went to what works, not what makes them the most money. My instructor for the advanced course Mark was one of the best instructors I have ever dealt with. Throughout the whole past two weeks, Saguaro Scuba has been incredible. If you are thinking of starting the adventure of diving dont look anywhere else, its worth the drive from anywhere in the valley, trust me. Thank you so much Saguaro!!!

My wife and I bought the eLearning PADI package (Open Water Certificate). Saguaro provided the best price online. Vince provided attention, help, and advice when contacted. Moreover, he went above and beyond by contacting different resorts where we were planning to complete the certification (pool sessions + open water training). Be aware that you DO NOT need to compete the eLearing phase AND/OR pool sessions+open water at the same facility. PADI (and probably other institutions such as SDI etc) acknowledges any approved eLearning stage regardless of facility, thus making it flexible for the student. Thanks Saguaro!

Dont bother booking trips with this company they dont know what there doing. first they told me they reserved me an ADA room then it took them 3 1/2 months to get back to me and tell me that is no longer the case
