From initial meeting with sales rep through installation, everything was seamless. Two crews comprised of Hector, Erick, Julian, Colby and Zach arrived exactly at 6:30 am and commenced work. I am a self-admitted perfectionist and these guys lived up to my expectations. They were efficient, courteous and respectful of me and my home. I am extremely pleased with the final result and would recommend this company to others who want great service and product at an affordable price. I am a very happy customer.

Our long wait was so worth it. We shopped around for quite some time until we found American Vision Windows of Arizona. Affordable, beautiful and great customer service. We replaced 19 windows. I expected it to take ALL day. But Hector, Jacob, Nate, Christian, Alberto, Gilbert, Erick and Jonathan worked like a well oiled machine. In a matter of a few hours we have brand new windows and you would never have known they were here. Clean, quick and very efficient.

The installation of our new windows was AWESOME!!! Hector and Colby were our installation team, and we are so happy with the work they did! They worked hard, windows were installed well, and the windows look incredible. One window is backordered, so we cant wait to see Hector and Colby again when they come out to install the last window!The new windows are great too. Weve already noticed a huge decrease in noise and a cooler house. Great value for high quality windows.The pictures are before and afters of the new windows. We recently had 11 windows replaced by American Vision Windows (9/2/21) and were very pleased. The team (Hector, Erick, Christian, Julian, Colby and Cody) was great. They were prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They were careful about covering carpets and areas in which they were working and worked carefully around our pre-existing shutters. They were thorough in their cleanup. The windows have cut down on outside noise and are very energy efficient. We would highly recommend them.

We ordered 2 sliding doors with frames to match our xsistin windows in May. We were told some time oIn November for delivery, about 24 weeks. We just got them installed today . It has been about 14 weeks, such a pleasant surprise! Hector, Erick and Gilbert were here early in the morning, they were very nice, worked hard and were finished quickly. By noon we had new doors and you could not tell we just had new doors installed. Looking from the inside or the outside, you can not these are replacements. We are extremely happy!

We just had our windows installed today and they are beautiful. This company is amazing to deal with. From the salesperson that came to our house to show the various windows to choose from to the installers it was seamless. The worst company ever sloppy installation not the quality expected for what I paid.Sales person came out the they looked great would be happy to put in his portfolio are you kidding me! I had all my windows replaced and a 16 foot sliding glass door installed in my family room. Super high quality product. What I like about American Vision Windows is they have a contracting license, which means they know how to tear out walls and install big sliders. Most window companies have glazier licenses which lets them specialize in working with glass. The installation went very smooth. They guys are fast and clean. We were very impressed with American Vision Windows of Arizonas professionalism. They met our requested deadline for an install, and they arrived at the specified time. The sales process was quick and fuss free, Elias is well-versed in his companys products and processes and is responsive to calls and messages too. The installation crew (Julian, Nate, Colby, Johnathan, Alberto, Erick and Zack) changed 13 windows in 3.5hr and cleaned up well after themselves. They are courteous and showed up right on time!

I had place an order with American vision windows to replace our 25 yr old windows and one door for master balcony. Got the option to have them installed a few weeks early. When Hector showed up with his team holy cow. Hector Erick Jullan Colby victor christian Jacobo Alberto and junior rolled through our house like it was nothing. They did a fantastic job with everything, we couldn’t be more please with how they turn out. We are actually getting ready to have out front door done as well just to finish out the whole look of the house. We are having the hottest day of the year, today! Our beautiful windows were installed a couple months ago by a very professional and pleasant crew. We just used a heat gun to measure the outside temperature of our window that is receiving full sun. We got a reading of 155 degrees. We then measured that same window from the inside...got a reading of 90 degrees. That is an amazing temperature split. These windows are not only beautiful but work exceptionally well at blocking the heat out! Great Job, great quality, American Vision Windows. We are customers for life.

We had our windows installed today with our install crew being lead by Hector Lopez and the rest of his hard working team consisting of Luis, Weston, Matthew, Zach, Victor, Christian, Jacob, Alberto. They showed up promptly and looked professionally dressed and very organized. Our install consisted of a lot of windows to be replaced and they did an awesome job. My house was prepared by covering as much as they could cover with plastic and when finished it was cleaned up inside and out! We got our full house redone with American Vision Windows over the sun of a couple years and we have been so pleased with their pricing, their service, their team, and the windows. We have fun working with them every time they come out quote and measure, and their installation teams are professional, thorough, and give great results. We do pay a little more for their windows but with an older house in the desert, the energy savings and the custom options are worth every penny. Their warranty is also fantastic. Well be calling them back for future door projects.

We had our windows originally installed in 2013 and could not be happier with the quality. The windows came with a glass and screen warranty and, 8 years later, I took advantage of the screen warranty (cats!). The re-screening could not have been easier. Kristie was awesome and understanding in arranging our appointment and Ken very kind and professional! Outstanding service. Initial design and estimate in my home was courteous and professional. Same for the Measurer. Prompt, courteous and professional. Customer Service gave me a call approximately 2 weeks prior to the original estimated date to begin. Then they were ready to install the very next day. Excellent experience from the beginning to the end with installation and clean up.The project manager Rod Troyes came to my home, very patiently answered all of my questions and at no time did I feel pressured to make a decision. I received 3 estimates and even though American Vision was not the lowest I choose them because I felt most comfortable. It was a 4 month process but I was told that from the beginning. The crew 10 wonderful guys showed up on time, and went right to work. They were courteous, helpful to move out furniture I could not, and completed the job in 4 hours. When they were done they cleaned everything up, moved furniture back and were helpful putting my house back in order. The windows are beautiful, they slide easily and I am thrilled. Victor,Hector, Luis, Gaven, and Kevin came out to install 6 six large windows and a new patio door. They were professional, courteous, and left my home spotless after they left. The install crew was informative and took the time to walk me through which windows they would install first. They sought my input on the patio door and made me apart of the process. The quality of the windows were superb and I cant wait to get them back out to finish the rest of my home.

Making the investment in the door is the best decision we made on our remodel. Choosing American Vision was the second best! We signed up at a Tempe Arts event for a quote and Elias came out with all the information, they were running a special so we pulled the trigger. The communication throughout the process was amazing, with emails and videos during the whole process. Joanna communicated appointment times and changes as we pushed back a couple of times due to permit issues. Would highly recommend.

We had Elias their salesperson out today for a quote on replacing two patio doors. He was on time and even called ahead to verify appointment time. He was very good with his product presentation. He explained every detail about the sliding doors and never once did he try to upsell us. He said it will take some time to get their product built, delivered and installed. We were satisfied with this. So far my wife and I would recommend this company looking to upgrade their windows and doors.

We are loving our new Anlin windows from American Vision! We added the Sun Matrix coating and have already noticed a reduction in the amount of heat coming through compared to our original builders grade windows. The sound package has resulted in greatly reduced outside noise making it in, as well. The install occurred over two days with two crews. Victor, Nate, Christian, Hector, Matthew and Tom all were polite, courteous and highly competent. They arrived on time and finished ahead of schedule. Thank you American Vision!

My experience with AVW-Mesa was extremely positive. I feel the product is upscale and aesthetically pleasing. My new windows and sliding doors have changed the look of my older home immensely. The project manager Rod Troyer was thorough in his presentation and went beyond my expectation is securing a fair contract .The measure technician Chad was very professional. The installation crew, Victor, Julian, Colby, Nate, Christian and Erik were amazing!! They treated myself and each other extremely professional and respectful. The contents of my home was treated with care during the installation process and was left immaculate. On a side note: The length of time to installation date was a bit lengthy but I know there were a lot of factors that determined that. I received an email when my windows were in production and the email stated that in 3 to 4 weeks I would be contacted to set up in installation date. It went beyond that and I hadnt been contacted so I followed up on my own securing an installation date. In spite of these minor things, I would highly recommend American Vision windows.

Jerry said the ownership, and his fellow employees make all the difference, and holds them in high regard.Jerry provided me with an exceptional experience as he guided me through the process in selecting a sliding glass patio door.Secondly, Chad Gentry visited my home to take measurements, and explained the installation process of the door. Chad answered all my questions, and again another great experience.Side note - Chad and Jerry were both on the same page, which really separates this company from others. These guys are pros!Just awaiting the arrival of my new door, and will do a final review. I have no doubt it will be a good one.

Dale, Ryan and Nate just finished installing my patio door any they did a fantastic job.I only had one small issue that was no fault of theirs. Seems the measurements were off and they had to remove the existing frame, and in doing so some of the stucco had to be replaced. They replaced the stucco but did not paint over it. After a lengthy discussing this with Tom who I assume is their boss, we agreed that I would paint. Even through he knocked $100.00 of the final payment it still did sit well with me. I was told they would leave the house the way they found it, this did not happen since they were told by Tom not to paint. This was a very small issue that escalated into something big. You would think that this large company would have made it right, didnt happen.I would however recommend American Vision Windows for door and or window replacement. Their installers are very professional and know what they are doing and they are by far the best price out there.I only rated them 4 stars due to the stucco issue.

The customer service with this business is amazing from the sales staff through to the end of the installation. Luis H, Gilberto M, Gilbert, Enrique, Kevin and Julian were excellent. On day one of the project they were early and started working directly. Luis explained everything that they were going to do that day, his supervisor stopped by and pitched in to kick off the day. The regional manager stopped in to check our satisfaction. The crew covered all of the furniture and when they were finished they cleaned up everything in and around the house. The crew was very professional al and kept their PPE in place at all times. Our new windows are wonderful and we are very happy with the company. Dale, Hector, Gavin, Matt, & Ryan from American Vision Windows, Mesa, AZ installed new windows in my home today. WOW! I am so impressed with the job they did. I have several animals so I asked them to install my windows to accommodate the moving of my animals. They did so without complaint. In fact they were very amenable to my requirements. They completed the job in a very timely manner. The windows are beautiful & such an improvement from my old windows. They really cleaned up after themselves too. Then before they left, I was walked window to window so they could show me how to lock/unlock, remove the screen(if need be), and how to remove the windows for cleaning. Speaking of clean windows... after installing the windows they cleaned them so well that it looked like there werent any windows in the frame. My first contact with American Vision Windows was with Jared, who came to give me a quote. He was courteous and very respectful. His quote was reasonable & competitive. So, all in all, I am totally impressed with the service & work I received from American Vision Windows. You wont be disappointed.

Today, Crew Chief, Hector Lopez and his team (Colby and Hector J.) removed four old, drafty windows and replaced them with beautiful, efficient new Simonton windows. The crew worked well together, they were quiet, organized, and respectful of our property and space. They prepped the space and cleaned up afterwards. Hector L. offered to replace the brackets so that our blinds could go back up right away. We were informed all throughout the process on what they were doing and how long it takes for the caulking to dry. My favorite part is that they removed the new window stickers and cleaned the windows inside and outside. So far so good. Norm came to measure all 20 of our windows and spent the appropriate amount of time verifying our decisions and explaining some other questions we had regarding a door. He was professional, kind and interested. I’m confident we selected the right company for the job and look forward to the installation!

American Vision Windows sent a huge team to install my 12 windows. The team was happy to comply with my request for them to wear masks in my home. They set up painter cloth and plastic covers to protect my furniture and carpets. They were very patient with my kid and cats. The group included Victor, Alberto, Gilbert, Christian, Erik, Cody, & Mike. They cleaned up the entire work area, and walked me through how to use my windows. They were on time, professional, and finished early. Would recommend!

We are very pleased with our new windows. The temperature in the room dropped 3 degrees after installation. Speaking of installation; Dale and Joe did a great job. I used AVW in California about 10 years ago and was happy with their products. The installation crew for my AZ property was Victor, Matthew, Gaven and Colby. They were all very professional, showed up early and were able to complete the install of 7 windows in a few hours. I trusted them enough to have to run an urgent errand while I left them at my house. I would use them again.

Julian and Colby worked hard to get the French doors I purchased installed even in this Summer heat and I really appreciated it, I would recommend this company to anyone!

After sitting through 4+ window consultations with other companies we happened to visit the showroom at American Vision Windows and Elias was able to answer all of our questions/concerns. We are very happy with that we went with AVW and I was very impressed with the installation by Dale and Ryan! They were on time, courteous, professional, and did an excellent job. We will definitely go with AVW for future window and door projects.

American Vision’s salesman Elias Arreola came out promptly after I called the company for a estimate. Not a week or 2 later as I was told by other companies. He was informative, knowledgeable and personable. Elias discussed other brands of replacement Windows and we settled on Anlin Windows. I have to say I felt Elias gave us a very good price on them. Ask for Alias!Today Norm Drolet came out to measure for the Windows. Norm discussed trim styles and he even brought out color samples to make sure we were happy with what we were ordering. Detail oriented right down to door handle style. He went over how long it would take to order and than install.I’ll let you know how the installation goes.

The 4 person crew - Dale, Gavin, Matt, and Ryan did a wonderful job of installing our 10 replacement windows. The crew, Hector L., Hector J., Victor, Manny, Christian and Luis that installed were very professional and helpful with any questions I had regarding my windows.

Waited a few months after my window install to write a review. First off, we are happy with our windows, they look great and operate mostly as they should. I have a few issues that I hope the company will work towards fixing for future customers.1. We were told by the salesman that we could expect a significant drop in our electricity bill. Our two bills since install have been exactly the same, and slightly higher than the same months last year. He also said that hed take care of our HOA paperwork, and never did, causing a short delay in the project.2. We were told that they install all their own windows and dont sub contract out any of their work. This was our #1 reason for going with this company. Imagine our surprise when sub contractors showed up to install our windows. They did a great job, but still.3. The screen door on our slider doesnt line up with the flange. It needs to be pulled in to latch. I mentioned it to the installer and he gave it a few pushes to bend it but it still doesnt work properly.Overall Im happy, but when youre spending 5 figures the devil is in the details.

Jacob, Ryan and Dale did a great job, arrived on time and finished within 3 hours! The windows look great this was a quick install method I recommend to anyone in an older manufactured home it makes the whole house feel more solid and secure.
