We couldn’t be any happier. They were about 25% less than the big box store. Service was great. Best of all, it’s a family company - I really enjoyed working with everyone. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using in the future.

(Edgar) came out to review my design and check measurements, and when he returned to install it was exactly what we discussed. Victor showed up on the scheduled day and did a great job. He answered all of my questions and made sure everything looked as good as possible. The group had professional communication and did solid work.

Terrible company. I had a quote and scheduled install for 11/26/2018 with Victor between 9am-10am. I TOOK OFF WORK for the install and no one bothered to show up. I called his phone after 10am, no answer. After 11am no answer. Called after 1pm no answer. I called after 4pm from a different number and he answers. He was basically avoiding and screening my call after stiffing me on the job. After he answers he tells me they were not able to get the parts in for the job and thats the reason they didnt come do the install. He just didnt bother or have the decency to call the customer and let them know. Im highly upset at this point and asked him if this is the type of business he runs. Of-course he says no but actions speak louder than words. I told him to call me the next day and give me a new day for an install and offer a customer discount based on what has transpired. I told him that if he doesnt call to make this right, that tells me what kind of company he runs. And guess what he never called back. Avoid this company!! Absolutely terrible.

These guys do great work at an affordable price. I had my mothers doors and windows changed throughout her whole house and I spent considerably less money than I originally had planned on which left more in my pocket for other things around the house. I would totally recommend these guys. The owners came to our house and did the work themselves which made us alot more comfortable as most of these companies send out employees with alot less experience and skill, leading to shoddier work. That was not the case with AZ door and trim. The owners were on site to address my needs right away and got the job done ahead of schedule and correct on the first try.

Great customer service before and after I purchased a new door from them. Will go to them for all door and trim needs.
