I drove here yesterday after having a rough experience with someone from their company at a different location, I was told that this was the location to go to and I would get the service level I expected.. I dont frequent pawn shops often only when trying to source various pieces to add to my watch collection but the selection in this state in watches is just bad... Anyways I was needing to sell a gold bar and not only was I helped by the kind gentleman here but he took the time to explain alot of things I didnt know about the Gold market. I purchased a lump sum of gold after cashing out good in Bitcoin a year ago and thought it was a really good idea. I found out today from a couple places I wasnt able to sell my gold for a price I thought was reasonable, but this location and worker here gave me the best price and offer I had heard all day. It was the end of the day and I was pretty frustrated and tired and just wanted to go home. I was so happy with my experience here I settled on adding a pair of Dolce sunglasses to the offer as a counter to their offer.. and They accepted.. I went to oro Express to pick up a tablet. When I arrived I purchase the tablet and it did not work. Every tablet I got from there did not work and had many technical problems. Then I was stuck with the fact that they would not exchange my item they were stuck on the fact that they needed to enforce the store credits and no returns. If you have to take your items back they will banish you forever if you want your money back their products are faulty and dont work.

Came in here to sell a silver bar, I told them how much I was offered on the phone and I was told they would honor it and I could bring the bar in. I get there and they said I would need to leave the bar there for inspection and I could come back the next day and they would need to drill my bar. I told them I needed the money that day. I left and went across the street to the Bullion and gold exchange, they closed at 5pm and I arrived at 4:55pm! They inspected it and gave me MORE than I was offered at Oro initially and had me out the door in less than 5 minutes. Unfortunate for Oro.
