I worked with LauraTo get a quote for my garage door. She Is knowledgeable and detail oriented. She also did everything that she could to help me save money including going to Home Depot to order from them so that I can take advantage of specials. I did not wind up ordering the door because Clopay is so far behind on their orders, but Joanie, the President, Reached out to find out if my project was still active. To me that means that they review their order status on a regular basis to ensure that things are getting done and no one fell through the cracks. I will certainly do business with them in the future.

Quality Garage Door Company promptly came out to estimate and explain my options in replacing the old garage door. The new door price was very reasonablealong with the upgrades requested . ( insulation, insect proof extra duty bottom door closure band, jack hammer side motor and magnetic assessories to accent the door . We had a problem with our garage door on a Saturday afternoon that prevented us from closing the door completely, as our house is brand new and we had a warranty. We contacted Quality Overheard Door. They came out Monday afternoon to fix our door. The technician was very professional. He ensured our garage door was working properly with minimal noise. I would recommend their service.

I used Quality Overhead Door 7 years prior to install a new garage door opener on our single car garage and lube and tune both the single and double car garage doors.Fast forward to July 2, 2020, a spring on our double car garage broke. Planning on going with what I thought was a known quantity, I found the receipt from 7 years back and called Quality Overhead Door to replace the springs on the double car garage.Fast forward to November 13, 2020... the garage door would not open. Upon inspection I discovered one of the springs replaced by Quality Overhead Door in July 2020 had broken. Very unusual for certain.I called Quality Overhead Door and they indicated they could not be out for 4 days (called on a Friday @ 02:00 PM). Reluctantly, I accepted the appointment for 4 days out. Being a bit miffed that Quality Overhead Door would not prioritize a current customer issue, I started thinking about the situation and other options.I began considering why a new spring would break. I thought back to the day the technician installed the new springs. The technician mention something about not being sure if he had the correct springs. He disappeared for a moment to his truck and returned indicating he was good to go.I decided to investigate the broken spring installation. I noted that the new springs that had been installed by Quality Overhead Door were much shorter than the previous springs. There were hold down screw indents in the door roller rod from the old springs. Those old dents were out 12 inches further on the right side and 16 inches further out on the left side. Immediately I realized that technician from Quality Overhead Door installed improper springs for this double car garage door. They were WAY TOO SMALL to handle the load.Why did the technician do this? Surely he noticed the garage door would not stay open after he installed these improper springs?Best guess... the technician was too lazy to go and get the proper springs for the job or Quality Overhead Door could not keep adequate stock of parts.I decided it was in my interest to find and hire another company to come out to evaluate the situation after realizing that this was a botched installation by Quality Overhead Door.It is clear that Quality Overhead Door is not the same quality company from 7 years ago. Considering Quality Overhead Door scheduling times are in days instead of hours and technicians dont have the proper parts in stock certainly raises red flags.Hopefully my experience can help others stay clear of Quality Overhead Door.

We purchased a home that was flipped and have a garage that used to be a carport. Weve always known the garage floor was sloped and there has always been a little gap on the one side because of it. It always made an obnoxious rattling noise every single time we used the door. When it finally came off of its track we called All Valley Garage Door based on a recommendation from a friend. We were scheduled that same day and the door was put back on its track and leveled and tightened down everywhere. It was quieter and more secure (a couple bolts had never even been installed). Once the door was actually leveled it became extremely apparent that the house flippers had installed it a little off so that the garage floor slant wouldnt be so obvious. It was now large enough that small critters could easily make their homes in our garage if the problem wasnt dealt with. I was given options on how to deal with the gap but was never pressured in any way for a same day sale. After I had a chance to think about it I called back to the office and scheduled again. The receptionist was kind and efficient and even though I had to be re-scheduled because of a previous appointment running longer than anticipated I was treated with respect and courtesy throughout the whole process. My garage door is now working well and is secure all at a very fair price.Bottom line: Fair price, courteous employees, timely service. Just go with these guys.

GREAT COMPANY...I had my garage door replaced after running into it. They were fast, courteous and very knowledgeable. They explained all repair costs to me. I compared their prices with other garage door companies and they were very competitive. I would recommend All Valley to all my friends and family.

I felt like the spring on my garage door was about to pop, The rollers were also very noisy. I called All Valley Garage at 12:38 pm and they said their technician Steve could be there the same day. Steve arrived at 3:00 pm, Tightened my springs, replaced the rollers and inspected and lubed the tracks all within 20 minutes. Now my garage door is super quiet and the springs are properly tightened. They are very up front with pricing and the work that will be performed. I would highly recommend them. Great Job!

I found Quality Overhead Door ( QOD) to be a house owners answer to reasonably priced garage door systems from single item replace and repair parts for your garage door to complete replacement and installation of your garage door. Large selection of garage doors, components, and openers. QOD exceeded my expectations for the quality door, installation, and courtesy. They even clean up after themselves. Love it. Above all QOD left me with an operational installed beautiful garage door. Would I recommend QOD to my friends- Yes.

Service was absolutely horrible I had an appointment set a week out they never called to confirm like they said they would. I called them to confirm never got an answer and they never showed up so I called on track garage door and they are almost $150 cheaper a blessing in disguise
