Mathew was extremely efficient. Explained what was not working on my door and gave me options on replacing my opener. Replaced my 16 year old opener with a new lift master and showed me how to set it up on my phone with the app. Extremely satisfied with the next day service and a solution to our problem! These guys are awesome! Matthew came out within a couple hours of our garage door falling on our car. He fixed the door and rollers and reinforced our panels so we didn’t even have to buy new ones. Ethan tuned and lubricated both garage doors exceptionally well! The single garage door is not mechanically opened and has, for 15 yrs been a little tough to open and closes fast. Used to, that is! The door now opens easily and closing it is a breeze! It closes slowly now with only a single finger required to stop its descent. Ethan even noted our manual lock was incorrectly configured and fixed it so it works properly.This, after 15 years of incorrect use!

I didn’t get a panel for outside opening on the wall. Had to put in light bulbs. No information about WiFi setup. Had to climb to get serial number ( no help)Serial number doesn’t match product. Bad experience. Door seems to be working fine.

They charged exactly as quoted, the install was a quick 1 hour job and for added security they send you the details of the installer so there wont be anyone else claiming to be the installer. The installer even went above and beyond and gave great advice for reducing the noise.

This company is a joke. They told us they were on their way to fix our garage door on Tuesday. Well the day came and went and they never showed up. Call them the next day and they say no one can come out until Saturday. Guess what Saturday comes and goes and no one answers the phone. Yes we have the number for who is supposed to be fixing the door and he never answers the phone or returns our calls. Save yourself a headache and NEVER use this company.

Excellent job by the actual technician; he was quick, informative, and friendly. The main office though, in terms of communication, was awful. They canceled my first appointment two days before because of internal miscommunication, but didnt notify me in any way, so I only found out because I was waiting for the tech on the day of and nobody showed up. I understand that mistakes happen, but at least notify me in some way since you have my email and number and dont leave me hanging and waiting two days later. And then after rescheduling, the technician showed up but he didnt have my number so I was never contacted or notified that he arrived. Poor guy was just waiting in his car until I finally noticed him out of my window. A+ for the tech, F for the main office.

When I called with a broken spring on my garage door that made it impossible for me to open it the whole company sprang in to action to help me. Melissa worked diligently to make sure I was taken care of asap. She worked her miracles to get an installer here on Saturday morning. The installer was here promptly and so very courteous and thorough. He explained everything in a precise and concise manner giving me all my available options. They have always been more than fair to us in all of our dealings with them through the 20 years we have been in our home. All of their people are pleasant, caring, and informative. It was a little more than I wanted to pay however, the service was amazing and a new garage door opener was installed in one day. The technician even stayed late to make sure the job was done correctly.

What can I say bad about these guys?. Honestly nothing. Sent over by Home Depot to install a opner I was told by there 2 techs the opener wont last. Yes I thought I was being sold but I listened. Showed me everything wrong with my gargage door. So I ordered a whole new door and opener. 1 week later they can an installed. Amazing! My old door the house shock when opened now you hear nothing. The new door has even made the garage about 15 degrees cooler which helps the upstairs room.Great company to deal with! Worth every penny.
