WARNING DONT TAKE YOUR GOLF CART to the service department. There communication is the worst I ever experienced. There Manager Chris avoids your calls and never returns your voicemail. I brought my golf cart there in working order and was returned to me in non-working condition. Yes the cart is custom and need a skilled mechanic which they are missing as the the golf cart was returned in worse condition then when I dropped off, they show no remorse as it had to be pushed out of the service area and pushed up onto the trailer. Only good was the lady or ladies working the front office they were the only individuals that tried to help. If you can work on a piece of equipment then tell your costumer you aren’t available. However it was only about the PROFITS for the store.

Outstanding service. Very pleasant counter people. Helped identify possible problems. Printed out the electrical schematic for the area I was having trouble with. Helpful? YOU BET.

We had new tires and batteries installed. Several weeks later chromed rocker panels were installed. Each time the service was excellent. Josh and Chris made sure each time all work was perfect. The front office staff was also very professional in answering any questions I had. Thanks again Apache staff.

Great customer service from Dan and Josh we had upholstery done on our leasing golf cart and batteries replaced. I would definitely recommended them to anyone! Thank you for all you have done, the work is excellent.

I had repairs done at Apache Main Golf Cars and within 2 days my batteries were so dead that my charger would not work. I ask for assistance. Over two weeks later the owner came to my house and said the cart was not worth repairing but he would take it in for junk parts. I sold the cart today. The new owner, who is not a repair man, found a disconnected wire and drove the cart home. DONT TRUST THEM.

Apache Golf Cars and all of their team are absolutely amazing. I have worked with them for over a year now and they go above and beyond every time! Anywhere from a flat tire to adding a custom light bar on a golf cart their customer service and support is applaudable.

Both these locations have amazing customer service! We called and told them the issues we had with our cart, the next day they came to our shop and picked up the cart. Two days later it was repaired and delivered as promised and a extremely fair price! Daniel the service manager called me daily to update us through the process and made it as painless as possible. We have also purchased parts from the sun city location which was a breeze and parts were there waiting when i picked them up. We are AMGC customers for life! Thanks again guys and gals!

We recently purchased a home here in Mesa and it came with a dated golf cart (1987 YamahaSun Classic) which was in sore need of maintenance as it had been sitting unused for along time. The realtor who was familiar with our neighborhood recommended Apache GolfCars.I contacted John at Apache Golf Cars and explained our situation to him. He kindly went over options with me and I had them come out an pick up our golf cart. John informed me that his Service Manager Patrick would contact me.Patrick was terrific keeping me posted on the items that our cart needed in order to have it up andrunning. He went over in great detail the items that needed to be repaired, replaced etc. I gave him the go ahead to proceed as this will be our second vehicle used to get around our particular community neighborhood and the nearby stores as well.Patrick explained that as this is an older cart, some spare parts are were readily available. However, his service team was able to work around that and did some custom rewiring and repaired the lights and brake lights as well. They also replaced the batteries (which were weak and in a run down condition), tires (three of which were in a bald state). Finally, they also repaired the passenger seat which had a broken seat back.Even though the final cost was substantial (we were not too far off of our own estimate which we did not share with Patrick) to have the lengthy list of repairs, etc., carried out, it was necessary in order to have the cart made operational and safe again. Patrick also carried out a free repair on the lights and gave us a discount on another repair.We feel we have been treated well and it is our opinion that the folks at Apache Golf Cars are a fair and honest bunch.I also had the pleasure of speaking with Brian, one of the co owners and General Manager of Apache Golf Cars so that I could let him know how satisfied we were with his companys service and with Patrick, the Service Manager and John, who kindly spoke with me on the first day and got the ball rolling.It is refreshing to deal with people who take the time to listen and to treat you in an honest and friendly manner. This is what the ethical folks at Apache Golf Cars are all about, first class customer service! Thanks Apache Golf Cars!
