To whichever manager/owner from RF Gear 2 Go who wrote the fairly lengthy response to my previous, and unfortunately accidental, review of only 1 Star and no review to explain:Right out of the chute, please allow me to extend my most sincere apology to you & your fine company. I honestly have no idea how the 1 star rating was initiated from my end. As a matter of fact, if youll notice on any of my reviews, next to my name is the designation of Local Guide. Not that its that big of a deal, but I do take what I write quite seriously when it comes to forming opinions & recording facts about a place of business, especially small businesses. And one of my pet peeves is when some knot head records a one or two star review without even truly attempting to be fair or honest. Or, even worse, some of the 2-3 line reviews that are written contain some of the most horrific examples of bad grammar and sentence structure! Its enough to make a preacher start drinking! Anyway, in my defense, I can only say that my life has been like a runaway train for the past 1 1/2 years between starting a new, very intense love relationship in Feb. of 2017, then on 10 March 2017, someone slammed on their brakes in front of me on the Superstition Fwy. at the Eastbound Higley off-ramp while I was riding my custom Bobber, so I grabbed my brakes & my front locked, threw me to the pavement going approx. 60 mph. 5 broken ribs, right wrist broken in 3 places, multiple skull fractures, fracture at left orbital eye socket, large contusion on my scalp requiring 28 staples & surgery to repair blood vessels, and road rash & concussion, spent 5 days in ICU!! Then, 2 days before Halloween 2017 & 2 months after my girlfriend had just moved in with me, my 2,800 sq ft, 4 bedroom house caught fire at 0100 in the morning due to a vent fan in laundry room that had faulty wiring. It was a total loss, had to spend a couple weeks in an, albeit very nice, new suite hotel, then 10 months in a newer 4 bedroom rental home, all courtesy of my homeowners insurance (they have actually been great). And, to top off this ice cream Sundae from hell, and after all that my girlfriend & I have been through in the last nearly 2 yrs, three weeks ago this past Thursday, she decided to leave me, out of the blue! Never gave a hint, never said a word. One day were hugging & kissing, next day I get a 3 sentence, single paragraph TEXT telling me shes done! A lousy flippin TEXT!!There have been a few other big, life-changing events that occurred in the same time frame, but they are much too personal to mention.Sorry to ramble, just wanted to drive the point home that with the state my life (brain!) has been in, its very possible that I may have inadvertently ticked the single star rating while looking at something completely unrelated. I DO, however miraculously, vaguely recall coming across the Google Map entry for your business a week or so ago. I am a former HAM and happened to notice, then subsequently visit your shop a few years back, just to see what yall had. And, to your credit, the guy that I spoke very briefly with while there was VERY polite, and ABSOLUTELY has a firm understanding of the definition of Exceptional Customer Service.In addition, if only to make you aware of the fact, I reside in Gilbert,AZ, actually not 2 miles from your shop, in the Towne Medows neighborhood.I do hope that you will accept my apology and that I have cleared up any negative outcome this may have caused.
