Although they were out of the items we were looking for, one of the employees called another store for us. They had the items and they put them on hold for us. We were able to go and pick them up immediately. This was great customer service.

The employees are helpful and easy to deal with. The products are priced very low.

They have all kinds of tools. Keep in mind most of the things are made in China so theyre not particularly quality but they do have a lifetime guarantee on them so if it breaks you can return it for free much better prices than Home Depot or Lowes

Im a regular at Harbor Freight. Good prices for good tools. They last for what I use them for. I do DIY not regular professional stuff so I dont need the expensive tools and equipment.

Inexpensive and inexpensive. I have been coming here for many years. The product here are highly inexpensive but in my opinion you get what you pay for. So on certain items make sure you get their extended warranty and some tools may not last as long but you be the judge 🙂 in any case for many situations it just unbeatable.

Terrible customer service. checked online for a moving dolly before coming into the store which it said they had in store online. got there and there was only one left and they refused to sell it to us. i’m moving into an apartment and desperately needed this. the guy that was helping us forgot about us and just left us standing there for a while. wont come here again.

Christy the store manager helped me today with a return on a tile saw that didnt meet my expectations. She was very pleasant and is a excellent store manager.

Not always the best quality tools and equipment, but at those low rock-bottom prices, you could afford to repair or replace nearly anything beyond the warranty period. Staff is generally helpful and knowledgeable of what they have and dont have. Dont forget to screen copy those coupons and present upon purchase!

I got some of the stuff that i needed to fix my ride & awesome service.

Looked all over the store for a good 35 minutes before I realized that I would have to ask someone for help. Found an older guy with a gray beard. No not Santa. He showed me to both things in less than 5 minutes. I thank him.

I found everything I needed except nitrile latex gloves. Apparently theres a shortage now because the shelves were empty. Great prices and relatively short line today. Another positive experience at Harbor Freight.

Well stocked store. They do a good job spacing out the register and everyone wears masks. They need to do a bit better job at traffic control though. There were at least 10 people stacked on top of each other in one lane down an aisle with 2 registers open with no line. Worked for me, but its not the most practical setup during a pandemic. Many other stores do a MUCH better job at managing traffic. I am sure this is a management issue, but only docking one star because it was partly to do with the customers not paying attention to their surroundings.

I need a tool and HF was the only place in town that had one in stock. I think that says it all.

Tried to buy several things here today generator gun safe. but when they wouldnt let me use the restroom as Im a diabetic. we left everything and well go somewhere else and it wont be a harbor freight.

Found everything we were looking for, minus the air compressor, but were actually just looking anyway. Also got a free light for being a rewards member!

Harbor Frieght was popular today. Long lines (socially distanced) but they moved folks through pretty fast. 30 percent off some smaller items was appreciated.

Had to use their bathroom quickly and forgot what I sort of needed so I bailed.

Budget tools and competitive prices. Some of the tools have warranty so bring it back with receipt to get it replaced.

They have a huge assortment of specialty tools. I have been here many times and you will always wait a long time to check out, even when they are not busy. I will drive an extra 10 minutes to go to the Harbor Freight in Queen Creek just to avoid that frustration.

Depending on what tools you buy you wont be disappointed. They do have some great discount tools that will last. Alot of other great buys at harbor freight as well. Roll aways to creepers to mechanic stools are just a few things Ive personally purchased. Good garage starters as well.

Harbor Freight had exactly what I want.

I like just walking around and looking at stuff and burning time when Im bored. The prices are cheap for cheap quality tools or putting together a quick tool set for general use. The coupons are no good for larger ticket items. Never had a problem with returns. Dont expect any high quality items. The tools here are good for testing it out before you buy that high end equipment.

I lime this place as i can buy leather gloves and safety glasses and a great price.

Returned the defective jack stands because of the safety recall, but they didnt give me the correct amount of store credit that they were supposed to. The manager of the store was nowhere to be found so the employee couldnt fix the issue. Ill have to go to a different store to try to get everything sorted out.

The never ending going out of business sale is getting old. The products are hit or miss, the staff knows they sell 60% disposable junk and dont argue when something breaks and you bring it back. Also dont be surprised when something breaks and you have to bring it back. Good for small items like zip ties and tarps. I avoid the larger tools and equipment after a few too many bad experiences.

Not a perfect experience, but not bad. The companys computer system was down, but the employees did a good job of working around the issues.The store is a great place to get reasonably priced tools, and if you are somewhat picky, you are able to get great deals. Their hand tools and many of their other tools are as good as those from better known brands. Give them a try, you wont be dissatisfied.

Inexpensive tools, be careful what you buy though. As long as there are no moving parts or electronics you are safe. That said, Ive had a bench top drill press from them for 30 years and the only thing that broke was the on/off switch. Put in a new switch still works fine...

Empty shelves everywhere. Most of sale and coupon items not available. Looked like the TP isle at Walmart 1st week of Vivid 19 panic. Very disappointed 😞

Second time there where they couldnt find the item in the back and then finally found it after like 20 minutes or threatening to just leave everything else behind. Too bad online is horrible too.

I have never been into a store where I felt unwelcome. pay for a membership and before I can get a catalog, I have to confirm my number, number linked with an active membership ( you cant use the coupons if you dont give them your phone number to find your membership) the two cashiers made me feel as if I was a thief, last time i go here! In the past 3 months I have spent close to $1,000 at harbor freight and I have never been treated this way. I will gladly drive across town if that is the closest harbor freight! Get it together!

No, not everything you get here is going to be top notch quality necessarily. But if you are in a budget and need some tools that work, its pretty awesome. I dont know how they swing some of their deals. If you get a chance, get their ad, theres usually some pretty incredible coupons.

Solid store, they have it in stock 10/10 times for me there. Idk why I like the old hardware store feel of it compared to newer store buildings.

I am always asked if I need help finding an item. Coupons are easy to read and accessible. The store is always neat and stocked, even on sale days. They also have a great web page to locate items and prices for comparison.

Just try and remember that you get what you pay for. Is a $10 grinder going to the job of a $80 grinder? Probably, if you take your time and dont overheat it.

This is one of our local Harbor Freight stores that we go to. While the products tend to be cheaper chinese knock offs of better known products they do serve their purpose and some items are actually decent quality. The store tends to be neat and organized, but can get crazy on sale days. The clearance area has produced some incredible deals and is always worth taking a peek at.

Rating would be higher, but their inventory is awful. I would not mind if you check inventory on the website, but you cannot. If you call in to check inventory, the people working there are too busy to check inventory and you are placed on indefinite hold.
