I had an ear piece stuck way down in my ear canal. The two ladies who got out were so pleasant and helpful. They got it out, cleaned both aids, replaced both ear pieces and didnt charge me a cent! So pleased!

I went in because I could not hear well with my hearing aids they showed me what I had to do to improve hearing. I went to church Sunday and heard the whole service, something I have not been able to do in a long time. Thank you for your good care

I dont think I could be more unhappy with my hearing aids, and I would never recommend desert hearing Care as a first place for someone getting hearing aids. However you will notice I have given them 5 stars. Through the difficulties with insurance, Covid closures, and faulty hardware the doctors and staff at Desert Hearing Care have done everything in there power to help. They have communicated clearly and often. They have reacted to hardware failures and distributor problems by providing me with excellent care.The truth is even though the care and service at Desert Hearing Care is fantastic, they are subject the the pressures of our broken medical system. With hearing aids you need to purchase the best technology you can afford, and using any audiologist makes the price of the hearing aids unreasonable. Insurance doesnt make up for it because of strange balance billing that I still dont understand. At a big box store I could have afforded better technology that the training of the audiologist just cant make up for.So if for some reason you have special needs that require unusual care, absolutely this is your place. I dont think you could possibly find a better group of doctors and staff. But do you homework on price first. Dont expect insurance to work the way it does for normal medical. And make sure you are purchasing the best technology you can afford,

Not only did she help with finding the folder from a needed repair on my girlfriends hearing aid over a year ago, but she was able to check with the manufacturer and facilitate a much needed repair now. I’ve been a client/patient of Desert Hearing Care for a number of years and have purchased several sets of hearing aids from them. Their after-the-sale care is great and includes annual evaluations and device reprogramming at no extra charge. Their customer service is excellent and much better than the big box store’s. I will continue to use them in the future.

Called day before for hearing aid checkup and Ashley was able to fit me in and check my hearing aids. She cleaned them and i was on my way in 15 minute. Great experience!

Staff efficient, professional, and caring. Excellent follow up: cleaning and maintenance every 3 months, which includes batteries, for free. Once I put the hearing aids in, I was shocked at how much I had been missing. Sounds I hadnt heard in years. Suddenly my life was richer. And no more, Pardon me? What did you say? Free at last!

Make sure you triple check with your insurance before processing any claims here. I got a $1,000 bill in the mail 4 months after I paid $3,600 and was told that everything was good to go. They don’t know how to work with insurance properly.
