There is not one single negative thing that I could ever write about HearingLife. Their customer service is beyond excellent. They put their clients needs first. It is indeed refreshing to know that service like they give still exists.

I took my 5 year old son for a hearing test. The front staff was kind and friendly and made him feel at ease. The audiologist and the students in training were all so sweet and friendly and made my son feel very welcome. The test was long for a 5 year old but they were so good at breaking it up and getting him through it. I’m very glad we chose to come here and I’d recommend it to anyone.

I like seeing the same audiologist whenever I go to get my ears checked and did not get that at this location. And the audiologist are fairly young or mine was at least so I didnt have that years of experience piece of mind. Its a nice clean office and they sell good products. Just me personally dont like being seen by more than 1 person.

Dr Scharber is a great hearing doctor. I would highly recommend Hearing Life to anyone.

Im the last person that wants to take time out of my busy schedule to schedule a hearing test. I get through my day without paying any attention to my hearing deficits. Dr. Guerra was very attentive to my concerns. She really performed a thorough examination, and clearly explained where I am as far as my hearing; and honestly presented me with options. I really felt I learned more about myself. East Valley Hearing Center would be my recommendation if you want to know your hearing health. Its not just a place to show up when need a hearing aide, its a place you go to if hearing is truly important to you. I look forward to my next check up.

My husband recently purchased hearing aids at the East Valley Hearing Center. These are the best hearing aids that he has ever had. I no longer have to talk in a very loud voice or have him miss about half of what I am saying. The staff at East Valley is very professional, understanding, and friendly. My husband needs an ENT. He called an set an appointment for his tinnitus and oversized tonsils. The appointment was rescheduled several times, not just by my husband. Were cash pay. At the appointment he was charged $25 to be told he couldnt be seen there for the things that were wrong with him, the two things he called about when scheduling. They got a quick buck out of us, so dont make the same mistake we did. Clearly confirm that they treat for your issue before going.

The demeanor and bed-side manner of Dr. Scharber, Dr. Guerra, and Dr. McLindsay is calm, positive, thorough, attentive, flexible, and personal. I find that doctors usually are distracted or rushed when visiting their patients, but not with these audiologists. They manage their time in such a way that he gives themselves time to think and focus on each patient and truly care about their patients as individuals. From entering the office and working with the pleasant staff up front, to the cleanliness and order of the treatment rooms, all the way tothe check out process–the office and professionalism is second to none. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone that values their hearing health!

East Valley Hearing Center is a wonderful place to learning about hearing loss and it has great audiologists to determine your level of need and to provide the solution you need. I would sum up my experience by two words, caring and compassion.

This office has provided excellent service. Dr. McLindsay and the office staff, Holly and Marilyn, have all been very helpful every time I have been in to see them.

We went to three other offices for my wifes hearing problems. East Valley Hearing and Dr.Ives were finally able to help. We could not be more pleased.

Isent the hearin age for old lady to be fix 2 time & the set me up with appointment we pay $ 275.00 for .the lady she said well fix it .but never been fix.the trying to take more momey for oppointment .Im not happy with theie service.
