Bad scheduling. Theft of tie down supplies.

Punctual! Professional! Quick!! Backed into the dock the night prior to unloading to keep the load secure. They were at my door 15 minutes before my 0600 appointment gathering the paperwork. Was out in about an hour. Perfect.

The warehouse is quick and efficient. Not sure why the counter inside is so slow but plan to be there for about 45 minutes if you have extra supplies to order.

The counter woman was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.We appreciate that.

The employees in the front of the store were very friendly, helpful and were great at their job. The warehouse employee set down my air handler, with his forklift, near my truck and said have a good one then drove his forklift away, instead of offering to help load the heavy box, that is taller than I am, onto my truck bed. I stepped one foot into the warehouse to ask him for help and he instantly cut me off and said I was not allowed to be there and to talk to the employees in the front. I went back to the front and the employee that originally helped me did not hesitate to walk outside and help load the Box onto my truck.

Delivery here can’t find shipping receiving office. All the door no sign.

So Im doing a delivery, horrible customer service. The yard guys will make you wait to unload Ive been here for 30 minutes already and I only have three pallets this is extremely unprofessional. There is no line Im not waiting on anyone in front of me.
