Truck drivers be aware if you show up early to get unloaded they may or may not unload you theyre not willing to work with you not willing to even let you unload your own trailer will give you every excuse to why they cant take you early very unprofessional and they dont care about the truck driver or their load yes in space is limited and I understand that for the appointments but when you show up for the appointment but your day early do do a misinformation and theres not a single truck in the dark still on time for receiving hours and they still refuse you very unprofessional

No overnight parking and they go by appointment only. Not much room to turn around on the facility

I just posted on Yelp but want to post here on Google as well. Right now its hard to find good customer service with everything going on in the world. WAXIE is your one stop shop for all your janitorial needs. I have been in the industry for 13 years now and everyone from Raul DeLaRosa, Matthew Borkowski and Craig have been a tremendous help. My ProtTexus hand sprayer wasnt working and Raul was able to help me with a warranty claim. The turn around was super fast and once it was ready for pick up Raul showed me how to keep my ProTexus from breaking down again.

When I was a janitor we used Waxie products and I liked how well they worked, now that I have my own business they have shown that they may have good products, but over complicate the ordering process. Customer service has been a joke. No returned phone calls, emails, inquiries, nothing. Im just trying to simply order some cleaning products for my business and cant even do that, cant get a login despite several requests. From my view just a lot of simple things are over-complicated by this company. A customer should not have to try this hard to simply get an order in.Update: while I still feel they could simplify many of their processes, their customer service has reached out and help resolve my concerns and Ill soon be able to get the products I need. Thank you rod
