The store is huge with a great selection! I expected to find a lot of great deals but I didnt. Prices were about equal to Amazon prices, more than Amazon in a couple of instances. Then when I went to checkout, the balance was even more than my personal count of what I was buying and when I questioned this, the nice clerk went to check on the accuracy of what I claimed the costs were and saw that every item was $2.00 or more higher per item than what I had seen when deciding to buy items. She adjusted the prices, but I wont shop there again. It was the most expensive restaurant supply store Ive ever shopped at, this said even before the pricing hikes at check out.

So cool!If you are into kitchen tools and supplies, this place is a lot of fun to check out. Make sure you compare prices. Somethings are better purchases here than online. Also great to be able to touch and feel the products when purchasing. Great showroom. Not fancy, but a lot of kitchen products all in one place.

It is a former Walmart building meaning it is big.Sometimes I find what I came for. Staff is passable.A few are very good. Prices are average.

A very cool huge supply store!As a pastry cook/baker I found some really good items here for very good price. Pans, linens, pastry bags, scoops, racks, mixers, whisks and so on.Definitely coming back!

Forget the mall kitchen stores. This is the place to shop and save money. The pandemic has affected the availability of many items but a similar item is probably in stock. This is a large facility that can fill your needs. From the specialty items on cooking shows to opening a commercial restaurant, they have it. NO MEMBERSHIP FEES! Open to public! This used to be a Walmart, so you know its a BIG store with plenty of items. We have been shopping here for about 5 years. They have other stores for transfer of items. Always someone to ask for assistance on floor or order desk.

Huge location with every type of dish, utensil or any other thing relating to restaurants. You do not have to be a member to shop here. I am not a chef but I shopped here for some nice chefs knives and a couple new commercial pans.

This is an open to the public restaurant supply. They have everything you need from glassware, baking, utensils, and other items (cleaning, trash receptacles, rugs and mats, etc). They have a limited food aisle, but that is why I shop here. You can get the 16oz spices for slighky more than the prices of what you find in the grocery store.Their 16oz of pumpkin pie spice is only 7.99; however, it sells out fast. We also buy the 16 oz McCormick Vegetable Seasoning for 11.99.Its fun just to walk around and see what they offer.Closed on Sundays.

Never have the inventory Im looking for or they have very little. Its hot in the summer no A/C.

They have decent selections, price is high compared to online but not outrageous.

This is a great place. I can find quality restaurant pans, spatulas a d anything else you might need for cooking or parties. The prices are great and you dont have to have a membership card or fee. Its open to the public.

Just letting them know there delivery of my $ 3,000 refrigerator was pretty banged up after they rolled it thru and around the parking lot. And banged it up pretty good. We were in desperate need to get up and running May 12. We did not get no help, and corporate said call them next time to place an order. So sad I still shop there because they have everything we need. So sad Steve in Mesa.

Always a great place to pick up supplies. Had a daunting task of picking up shelving and would have made several trips if not for Sam. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable and gave very friendly service. Great experience.

I was pointed to the Standard Restaurant Supply by an old man at Home Depot who overheard an old man employee tell me a pipe didnt exist and couldnt be found. This was after hitting up all the internet corners, other hardware stores and Central Plumbing Supply to no avail. Keep in mind this ordeal was to get existing clawfoot tub shower head piping to just connect and lengthen for a non 5 tall dude. I thought it couldnt hurt to try as a last resort.Mr Parts Department was currently helping someone else find something hard to find, and then when it came to my dilemma, he was on the ball too. Great guy to chat with while he checked around, called contacts, and then invariably found exactly what I needed. He saved me a ton of time and frustration enough to warrant a return with a gift. Thank you so much.

Really hate doing this but the management at this store is absolutely horrible. Iv been asking for a price on a unit for 3 days now and no one can help. On the second day they told me just to call corporate which is in Utah but cant give me a name or number to call, so I call the store in Utah ( googled it) and they cant help saying the store in mesa only has that answer!I mean really do you guy want to sell equipment? It blows my mind as a business owner that the managers cant figure this out. It so irritated that its funny to me! I thought I found a place I can get all my stuff from but I quess Ill stick to my online purchases!I do have to say the sales team and cashiers there are great. Sorry guys for losing business

Ive been shopping at Standard for years. I know the company has a no return policy for items over 30 days. Because of that, I will not be returning. Im over 11 fast food locations that I remodel every 10 years and I will be building two stores next year. I will not purchase any items from your location. Not a difficult decision since youve had a hard time getting stainless tables in lately. All my shelving will not be bought at your store. All over a $35 item that you would not take back. I know its your company policy not to take an item back after 30 days, but I feel that is poor customer service.

Story has a great inventory of everything you need as a cook. From deep fryers to cheese cloth. They have it all. Giving 3 stars because of the inventory. Service was poor. Didnt feel welcome. Cashier was rude. Nobody offered help or greeted me.

Been here several times and usually find what Im looking for. Theyve got all sorts of items, from giant steam pots to custodial wares. Big space with lots of items you could spend about an hour just venturing through the plates and glasses. Biggest plus being that they sell to the public.

This is the serious one. Big as a Walmart, and theyve got everything. Large equipment and appliances in both new and used, and a full manufacturers catalog library, which implies to me theyll get anything you need that they dont have. Makes the other places look like hobby shops.

I LEFT MY FULL CART & WALKED OUT! I have been in this store several times. Huge selection, BUT several employees with horribly poor people skills. I was told we close in 3 minutes & need to hurry. I left my full cart estimated $500 & walked out because the lady must have had something more important. Ill head over to Restaurant Depot.

Absolutely love this place! Ive been cooking professionally for 23 years and I prefer to have restaurant quality equipment in my home kitchen. So the fact that a business account is not required to make a purchase is awesome. As far as my business account I couldnt be more pleased. I opened a restaurant a little over a year ago and a girl there named Francescia has played a huge roll in my success. Shes helped me keep costs low without sacrificing quality. Shes suggested items Ive never even heard of that turned out to be more useful than what Ive been using since for-freakin-ever. One night she even stayed a few minutes late because I needed products I wouldnt have made it through the next day without. Total life saver!!! I shop here frequently so no doubt Ive dealt with other employees. Most of which were cool but none were as courteous, pleasant and helpful as Francescia.
