I 💕 love 💕 this store!! I love it so much that I am applying to work there part-time so that I can buy all the things I want without going broke. The employees are super nice and helpful. This is easily one of my favorite stores.

This was my first time at this location, and the floor supervisor Sam was extremely knowledgeable, and extremely helpful in regards to choosing the perfect product when I explained what I was looking for! She took her time to answer all of my questions… (and I had A LOT), yet she never once made me feel rushed, or like I was taking up too much of her time. She has superior customer service skills, impressive product knowledge, and she has definitely earned this store a new, loyal customer!

Ive been going to this Castle boutique maybe about 10-12 years now Ive always had good service there the management the associates super all the way around. Theres only one thing I ask, at one time they had a table on the floor where they put all the movies thats for sale not on the shelves where they are now. Im getting kind of up there in years now if they could bring that back I would really appreciate it matter of fact its so bad would appreciate it but you guys are number one with me thank you

I previously worked here for almost three months and also previously quit. They tell the customers “we don’t go off commission” but we have goals to meet. So yes they are trying to get you to buy the most expensive product! I quit because it all felt wrong, and they treated me like garbage, I ran into a situation where a fellow employee failed to inform the customer about her warranty on a $200 toy she purchased before, and when I let the customer know, the supervisors and manager spoke down to me about ruining the supervisors sale. If I were to speak to any customer I would get told “don’t talk to anyone that isn’t your customer” they are greedy and unkind. They are trying to get you to buy more and more products to meet their quotas. Make sure you know your stuff before purchasing. I have already brought my concerns to hr and have yet to get a response. So it’s to the best of my knowledge they are allowing this kind of behavior to happen.

This was our first time visiting Castle and we were very surprised at the abundance of products and lingerie. The staff was beyond helpful! We’ll definitely be back!

Everything you find in store you can find on amazon for half the price and free shipping if you have prime. Dont waste your money here. Management is disrespectful and un honest. All management and employees care about is squeezing an extra dollar out of you and will lie to your face about warranty returns just to get you to buy a new one.

Castle is a fun place to window shop. You know go there with your partner and imagine all the fun things yall could do if you had the money to afford anything in the store! Fun but unreasonably priced.

Evertime I visit this store people are super helpful and friendly. No awkward atmosphere or judgment. The staff always have great recommendations. Also you can get 5 pairs of underwear for $20 most of the time and the options are super cute.

Awesome products but I waited in line over 10 minutes. When another associate came to assist the manager, she assisted another customer. The manager had to redirect her to help me after another person got in line behind me.The lighting is very scary in the parking lot. A homeless guy came out to ask for money. Feels very unsafe.

Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable and never over powering or “sales-ee”. Store is always clean and organized as well.During my long afternoon spent there my blood sugar started dropping and one of the gals ran to the back and grabbed me some candy with sugar from her own stash, or someone’s personal stash. It was very kind. At the register, it was nice to have a chat with the other associate about little things here and there, like credit. She turned on any items to make sure they were in working condition before I left, since all sales are final, offered some extra enhancements to go with another item I had, which was the perfect idea. Hopefully they will go back to 24/hrs again soon!Thanks again Ladies!-Natalie

I appreciate the quality of your products. But Im currently dissatisfied with your mask policies at your store. Arizona has greatly relaxed its mask restrictions, but you store seems more of a police state regarding the wear of masks. Very strick, no entry policy makes me not want to shop there.

Staff was nice and helpful as always . Only thing Im disappointed with is the fact that the selection of inexpensive lingerie they had ....the one piece little outfits and stuff, the selection has gotten MUCH smaller and much more expensive.

It was my first time being in a place like this and they had very helpful staff and the young lady who helped me out knew a lot about the products they were selling and was very informative best experience hands down!

The fitting rooms are closed and they have a no return policy. I understand with COVID some things had to change however I know a few places that are allowing you to still try clothes on and afterwards the staff will disinfect the clothes. Spend $170.00 last night just to go home and not like what I bought but now Im stuck with it and still have to go spend another $80+ to get what Im actually looking for. I took the risk because the staff told me the outfit I pick would work for what I am looking for... shame on me for believe in strangers, this store isnt about helping customer, its more about the sale and money. I also bought a toy that had a remote and the remotes seems to not be working with the toy itself. Unsure whats going on with that, but another $75.00 down the drain. I will personally not be buying clothes from Castle again since the new policy and probably will try my very best to stay away and advise to stay away from the store.

Went in to buy a gift. The young girl that worked there was very helpful and helped me find something for someone who’s never had a toy before. I’ll be back.

A lady chased me down because I lowered my mask for a second to breath. Ducey stopped the mask mandate, doesnt understand that people have disabilities. Ypur policy singles out those of us with disabilities, cowaring down to the few to make the many suffer.

I was sold lingerie under false pretenses. The lingerie was unworn not even touched. Very upset and feel cheated out of $100.

The lady checking me out was really rude. I had her check it to see if it works. She said it was lighting up but really dead so it would take a few minutes to test. I didnt have time to wait. So as long as it lit up I was ok with leaving without testing. I get home and it does not light up and does not work. She lied about it lighting up. She had a nasty tone the entire time. This place is full of tweakers and trash anyways. Ill take my business to Fascinations. They are always polite and helpful and its a much more inviting environment.

As you can see the ratings for this place is steadily dropping, mostly due to the staff... that are RUDE!!! Regardless of which location you are considering visiting I strongly urge you to check out FASCINATIONS!!! Their store is much much cleaner and staff is great!! Furthermore I was going to by a product from castle megastore and due to the staff I didn’t buy it price was 69.99 item was made of cheap vinyl. Ended up going to FASCINATIONS instead and found a FAR SUPERIOR PRODUCT, made of genuine leather for 45.00. I was thanking myself and laughing at those people at Castle all the way home, I have used the FASCINATIONS product many times and still feels and looks brand new!!! Take my advice, you will not be disappointed!!

So I drive 60 mile round trip to spend $134. at the Castle Megastore 8315 E Apache Trail Mesa & the toy is not working. 60 mile back so they can tell to contact the maker of the toy! I should have bought my toys on Amazon or eBay! They would of mailed a replacement to my home! I sent an E-mail to the Castle Megastore online about this. Got the same response! There happy to take your money. No customer service!

The no-handbag policy is kind of absurd. As soon as I walked through the door, the cashier told me that I needed to leave my belongings in my car, in front of a bunch of other customers (not embarrassing at all). Sorry, but I am not leaving my valuables in my car under any circumstances, let alone in a sketchy area where this store happens to be located. Ive been coming here for years, have always spent quite a bit of money upon every visit, and always took my bag with me without it being an issue. Pretty disappointing experience. Maybe its time that I take my business elsewhere.
