If i could give a 10 star rating i would.If your looking for top quality product and great customer service this is the place to go to. Todd and his crew did an amazing job designing, laying out, manufacturing panels, installing and painting 4 display walls in our showroom. He was polite, easy to work with, on-time and best of all made our place look great.You cant compare his textured/3D walls with anybody else. Dont believe me, then come take a look at his work in person at our showroom (Jetta Bath & Kitchen in Scottsdale AZ)Thanks again Todd. Ill be sending customers over your way.

We had Todd and Bruce do a huge wall in our new house in Prescott. I think it was the tallest wall they had ever done (20 feet). They had some real challenges getting it installed, but they got it done. We couldn’t be happier with the results! This wall is the highlight of our home and we have some pretty nice upgrades. We have had strangers stop by and ask if they can see our wavy wall. We loved the whole experience of working with these two innovators.— Bruce & Kerrie Cutter

Dodie...the email chain clearly shows you have inhibited my abilityto complete this project as much any short falling on my part. Even shows how wrong you are with your statement made here. And you never paid ANYTHING on Invoice #1410 Installation.No payment made...even when billing revised per your instructions.Now another mistake on my part was not clearly communicatingthat there could be a delay on receiving the 12ft material.In hindsight I should have said it would take 8 days to manufactureafter material arrives. These are custom panels manufactured toyour specifications with anew process.I refer back toJust need a little time to get it together.You tell me light box doesnt fit. Bruce and I come out to measure to remake light box panels.Thats when I notice you had your employees cut up top and bottom sheets of pop out TV wall panels and installin other locations around the room. What the heck?You even admitted to it here on the google review:The primary wall which the entire order was based was never recut and therefore we could not complete the project as initially designed. We had to improvise.The TV wall we were waiting on speakers for? I was never given the opportunity.I just dont feel you understand how this product works and assumed the worst.We only had 3 intermittent days on site. And I shouldered the cost of installation.After you say I’m happy to pay, but because you are less than 50% done with the install, I only feel comfortable giving >you $1,000 right now. and you never paid..... what was I to think?

Be warned. Be careful. Pay only a percentage of the material draw request.On May 3rd, I paid $3285 for all the materials Todd was going to provide for our project. A month later, and after several calls and emails to figure out the status of my order, he finally showed up with a two man crew, no tools and the panels I had paid for. They couldnt install that day. They returned nearly two weeks later only to discover that the materials they brought two weeks earlier were missing 5 panels AND the specialty wall which prompted the entire project (consisting of 6 panels itself) had been cut incorrectly and needed to be redone. His team made 4 trips out, but hung two of the smallest panels in the order. (They had to cut two electrical outlets out of these panels and over cut both, plus cut the electrical wires in the wall.) The panels they hung were so poorly installed, that I had my own workers finish the install utilizing as much of the panels I was given as possible. The primary wall which the entire order was based was never recut and therefore we could not complete the project as initially designed. We had to improvise. 2 more weeks passed with no communication. 4 weeks later, I finally received the 4 ceiling panels I paid for, but not the missing wall or the replacement primary feature wall panels. I asked for a refund of the primary feature wall and missing wall panels. Of course, no one is taking calls, responding to emails or addressing the problem. I have to turn it over to an attorney.
