They both really streamlined the purchasing process for us and we got to take home a bed the same day which is something we didn’t expect to be able to do. Great service! Showed up 5 minutes before close to grab some sheets and the guy working was super friendly and sold us the sheets without making us feel bad. Normally I am not someone to shop somewhere that close to closing time but it was for my mom who lives in a town where there’s no Brooklynn bedding and she wanted to take advantage of the 50% off sheets sale. Love this location. Have shopped in the past for sheets and pillows and plan to shop for a mattress there in the near future.

The mattress was delivered as promised. It looked beautiful. We slept on it the first night. That was my first time to sleep through the night for many weeks and not awaken by my husband getting in and out of bed. Each night since has been amazing! I would recommend it to anyone!

The store looks a bit dated. The product seems very good and the price point is a lot less than the chain stores selling name brand bedding. Local manufacturer! Keep your neighbors working and you pay less. The salesman did not use high pressure sales tactics. *Update. The products were delivered on a Sunday. There was no damage to the frame, box spring or mattress. The two employees were professional and polite. They took care to not damage the product or our property. I am quite satisfied and would recommend Brooklyn Bedding to my friends and family.

I walked into the Brooklyn Bedding store located at 4110 E. Bell Road in Phoenix. I was immediately greeted by Al. I had been researching mattresses for a very long time but still had many questions. Al answered all of my questions while I was at the store and he gave me his cell number for any further questions I may have. I most definitely had additional questions and Al graciously answered all of my questions very professionally. I just ordered the bed and I’ll update this review after I’ve had it for a month or two.

My experience was excellent, the salesman was informative yet not pushy. My only complaint is the $70 delivery charge. In light of the covid-19 devastation of retail business I would have expected a waver of the extra charge since I came in n bought during this time when everyone is staying home.

The beds are high quality, the service in the store is fantastic. Beware if you are having the bed delivered. We had to return several in a row because of damages. Delivery drivers need to lift these beds and not let them drag or hit the ground. If the drivers did a fantastic job I would be giving five stars

After talking to her and explaining what kind of sleeper I am, we were able to come down to a bed that has been so generous to me!

My daughter just graduated from college and needed a bed for her new apartment. We only had to make one stop - at R and S Mattress! Based on previous experience, we knew we could get a great mattress at a very affordable price. My daughter was trying to decide between two different mattresses and Cody was so helpful. He carefully explained the differences between the two mattresses to her and did not try to influence her decision in any way. He encouraged her to try out both mattresses and did not rush her as she waffled between beds. She is thrilled with her new mattress. The mattress was delivered by Justin on a hot summer day. He was so friendly and seemed happy to deliver it to us. We will definitely be back to R and S Mattress.

Cody had previously sold me a queen signature mattress. I used my old adjustable base. It was determined that the old base was not working properly, so after an inspection by the BB crew, a new adjustable base was needed. I purchased a mattress set from Cody recently at The R & S Mattress location in Mesa, AZ on Main Street and it could not have been a more relaxing and enjoyable experience. In researching mattresses, I found it very difficult to compare brands and features apples to apples. It can make one feel they are at the mercy of a mattress sales person. This was certainly not the case with Cody, in as he took the time to explain the options within my price range and let me ultimately decide which I felt was best for me. Also, Justin delivered my mattress set and took away my old mattress set in a timely and professional manner. Both Cody and Justin were great to work with. They were both courteous and very good at their jobs. I highly recommend R & S Mattress.

We have visited the Greenfield location a couple of times. We were greeted by Daniel and thereafter given ample information regarding our choices for beds. In my lifetime, I have worked with several sales persons and would have to rank Daniel in the top 1 to 2% category. He was knowledgable, personable, and very professional. We had a great experience with Cody at the store. We have been looking for a mattress for years and finally settled on one at R&S Mattress. Really appreciated the patience they had with my wife and I. The prices are really great, but they offer a lot of selection and are knowledgeable about beds etc. We bought a bed here recently and they were no pressure, just helpful. Were still trying to decide if this mattress will work for both my wife and I in the long run, but we have the peace of mind of knowing that they do have a good exchange program and we trust them.
