Matt did a great job for us! My son and I had put the bike motor together and mounted it on the bike. No dice. For some reason it would not start. Matt spent the time explaining how the bike engine works and helping my son and I learn. Thanks!!!!

We needed a motorized bike to get to work since we couldnt find a bus route to my job.We got a 26 Huffy Cranbrook, and on Amazon, found an Ambienceo 80cc 2 Stroke engine kit.The kit had video links, and seemed simple to install.It wasnt!We found Why Pedal and Matt was very informative, helpful, and knowledgeable.The bike was ready the next afternoon.Matt went over everything that wed need to know, including starting the engine, and even how to mix the two-stroke.Thanks Matt!!!

Bought a bike a couple weeks ago never having owned a motorized bicycle before and have had a lot of fun so far. Ive been using it to get around town and it has been pretty reliable, just a few tiny maintenance upkeeps and it gets me where I need to go. Dustin makes the bikes himself so is very knowledgeable and he had helped me a number of times already by getting back to me so quickly.

Every time I call him he does not answer and is never open. I bought a rasta bike from him about 2 years ago.. im now in need of some parts

Let me start by saying that I never actually got to see any of Dustin’s bikes in action, which is exactly the problemMy girlfriend and I wanted to go in this last Sunday so we went there at about 2 pm per his hours listed on google. Of course, those hours were wrong and he was actually only open Thursday-Saturday from 4-7 (I don’t remember exactly, but it was posted on a sheet of paper on the door). We were upset considering I was just on the phone with him and said “See you soon” and yet he failed to mention the fact that he wasn’t open. Still, stuff happens and it could have been google’s mistake, really. We decided to go during his Thursday hours.So I get out of work an hour early to ensure that we have time to get there and look. Since my BS-o-meter was going off, I asked my girlfriend to call and make sure he’d be there. Sure enough, he said that he was only planning on staying til 5, but he’d stay til 6 for us. Why he bothers having a sign with his hours posted, I don’t really know, because he certainly doesn’t follow them. But my girlfriend said okay and told Dustin that we’d be there around 5:15-5:30. He says okay.I get home at about 4:50 pm, which is looking good considering we live 10 minutes from his shop. And SURE ENOUGH the dude texts my girlfriend at about 4:50 saying “Oh hey, I’m heading out to this address. It’s close by the shop and has some bikes you can try. I’ll see you guys there”. Then texts her an address that is a 30 minute drive (16 miles!!) away from his shop. It was at this point that we decided not to do business with someone so disintegrous. The fact that he had the gall to say “it’s close to the shop” is just astounding to me. You can lie to yourself about your business ethics, Dustin, but you can’t lie to me.So, like I said, I have yet to even see any of these bikes in action, but I would highly recommend staying away from a “business owner” that seems so set on making things as hard for his prospective customers as possible. If you’re looking for a reason that business has been slow, Dustin, look no further than this review. Maybe more people would buy your bikes if you actually ALLOWED THEM TO DO SO.
