This place is great and has the best costumer service. I was referred from a friend to check it out and went in just to look around. Spoke with Peter but got help from “Boston” since Peter was on an important call but still Boston showed me the same amount of care I think Peter would have. He asked what was I looking to get into and I told him not looking to get into anything but just looking around to see my opinion and the customer service he provided me by just sitting me on the a bike to get a feeing was awesome. We briefly spoke some numbers and he didn’t push me into anything but did show me my options in case if I were to ever think of purchasing something. I felt so comfortable that I actually ended up get a bike that day. A 2017 Kawasaki z250 that was perfect for me. I highly recommend this place to anyone, they don’t try to just have you buy something and leave, they make a little relationship and even after purchasing something there they stay in contact. Dude! this is a really cool place. I personally worked with Jason and he’s the coolest man in the building. When I 1st arrived, sales person showed up so quick, thoughtI was in a Bruce Lee movie, even tho the temp. outside was hovering around the century mark. Inventory outside was very good. I took my bike into see if they would buy it so I dont have to deal with all the flakes in a private sale and talked to Beau. He was great, sadly we didnt get to the number I was hoping for but we did get my bike into service right away to bleed my rear break line. The service department was awesome too! Wow! Such a great experience dealing with Chris and Beau at AZ MotoMania. Honest, fair prices without being gouged and ripped off by the big chain stealerships here in AZ. No bogus fees( pure profit) that the dealerships charge. We bought an awesome RZR yesterday at azmotomania and saved about $4600 due their straightforward pricing without the fees. It was the price of the vehicle, tax and a doc charge THATs IT...HALF of what the dealerships try to shove up your backside - thats it-no destination charge of $1695...no assembly charge of $1495, no bogus charge $399 lifetime battery and AzMotoManias doc fee was HALF of the stealersip-crazy . Those charges are nothing but bogus disguised profit fees at the big dealership.Thanks guys, we will be back for more bikes and toys in the future!

I know this place must got a great service as I dealt with them before. Today I was at the store and I asked to jump on the bike to see if its fit perfectly or not. The answer was yeah go ahead. This young boy works there asked me what Im riding right now I said 2016 GSXR600. I turned the engine on and he was like you should ask for turning the engine on first! If I asked to jump on and you said oh yeah with already having the key on so I will probably going to take a look. I was thinking about making a really great deal with trading in my bike, but after this Im out.

Well i saw a 2012 Gsxr 1000 and I fell in love with it and later called to put a deposit down on it. I just want to start out by saying Evan and the entire team at azmotomania was awesome to deal with, absolutely the best buying experience Ive had buying a vehicle. There was no pressure from Evan or any of the team members, I told them what I needed to make the purchase happen and they delivered with no back and forth negotiating. No personal experience with this location. Just frustrated with their insane amount of postings under OfferUp/Craigslist where they post hundreds of duplicate postings that bloat all the abilities to search for a bike or anything you actually want. Usually posting under owner and not dealer listings. The sheer annoyance would keep me from ever buying from them. I get marketing, but theres a way to do it without spamming people to the point of hoping the business goes under and driving away possible customers.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Able to answer any questions I had. Beau is who I talked with and he was awesome.

I bought a used 2012 Ranger 800, asked for service records but it appears they did not do any kind of inspections. the transmission/rear diff had 3 drops of fluid in it when it was supposed to be 34 ounces. ALL the brake discs are grooved badly so all the pads are also probably trash, I did get some money off for the poor condition tires. the sales guy Evan was ok no complaints aside from the time was told 15 minutes and 15 went by then told another 30 (family was hungry for lunch) so we left and came back. Air filter was semi clean but replaced it anyway. gaskets are missing from airbox. all said and done dumped another $500+ hours of my time to replace all the bad parts. I would avoid them unless you know what you are getting into and now you do. (also they pay for the positive reviews)
