Went in, bought a Sena and a ram mount. Prices comparable to RevZilla/Amazon but with the added convenience of getting it today. Not only that but as I was installing the Sena in the parking lot, an employee presumably on a smoke break invited me back into the store so he could help install it. Absolutely not necessary on his part. Really appreciate going the extra step though!

Great store and helpful staff as well. I was in search of a headset for my helmet. Nathan was awesome with educating and helping me pick out a headset for my needs. Not only that, he expertly installed it for me and was patient in showing me how it all worked. I also found a nice riding jacket on sale for a great price. I will definitely be giving Cycle Gear of Mesa future business for my motorcycle needs.

I purchased a helmet that I ultimately returned but it was just a fit issue. The staff however, was fantastic on my initial visit to purchase and return trip for he return of the helmet. I stayed and played the second time and about every employee checked in and asked to help or provided info. Excellent group of professionals! Will be back for more gear on the future!

Good prices. Lots of gear in stock on location. Wasn’t expecting the staff to install my new headset on my helmet but they did which was nice. Good knowledge of the different equipment as well, got me a better model Bluetooth than the one I had come in to look at.

So, I came in from San Tan Valley. Somewhat of an annoying drive, but cycle gear was the only place open on a Sunday. They were busy, lots of folks being helped etc. I dropped off a front tire dreading the back and forth going back home and coming back when it was done. Team Trev, Nathan, all the folks there decided to just knock my tire out real quick in 15 min and save me the long drive in both directions, all the while talking bikes with an incredible attitude. Customer service is alive and well at this shop, well worth the drive from anywhere 👍GLASSES AND TATS!

She tried on different sizes and models and makes and still did not find the right one. Cycle Gear staff was amazing. Waited long time for help w helmet, eventually just decided to buy without assistance, took home. Security tag not taken off, was a ONeil helmet bag not Shoei bag for my Shoei RF1400. So had to drive half hour back next day, took awhile for it to take security tag off. Only to have me notice a paint chip on top of my helmet as Im going to pick up my new bike. The people was nice but not a good experience when I paid $570 for a new helmet. This has been my only review online on anything, had to write because of the disappointment

Came in today for the cycle gear even with the 480 lot boys. Was a great time hanging around trying to stay cool in the 115° heat but they did good keeping water in the coolers and hosting a nice event. Come in and check out the shop if you need some quick gear or parts.

Ive been shopping at Cycle Gear for years and every time the staff has been knowledgeable and helpful.Im not a huge maintenance person and so Ive had a lot of questions. Questions on oil, helmets, riding gear, chain maintenance, tools, tires, headsets, mounts, and just about anything else you may want for motorcycle, they always have helpful advice and arent condescending.I appreciate their ship to store and item reservations, and just recently signed up for their RPM program.

We live in Butte, MT. We bought a helmet for our son and didnt use it until 3 months later. Thats when we found out it was too small (kid has a big head) I called to see if there was any way to exchange the helmet for the same one. David Cruz and staff made it happen. Nikki was extremely helpful! We were purchasing 3 kid helmets and we were unsure of which to choose. She explained the difference between several different types of helmets and asked us what we planned to use them for. She gave us pros and cons of each helmet based on our needs. Nikki was also very sweet to my 3 young girls (5, 6, and 7 years old). She took time “fitting” the helmets and asking about what colors they preferred. She helped us pick out appropriate goggles too. She asked my girls their names and later remembered them at checkout. Overall, Nikki made this shopping experience wonderful! I wish there were more people in the world like her and I hope her boss sees this....Nikki was amazing!

Cant imagine a better experience for gear research and shopping.Just a single recent example from last Saturday: Swung by, making it clear that I was only there to do some recon for an upcoming gear upgrade, not intending to purchase. Nevertheless, Steve spent a ton of time with me, carefully walking through the full lineup of products and patiently answering all of my questions. Even talked me out of some of the more extreme items I was initially thinking about, pointing out that they were way over-the-top for the type of riding I do. Inspired major confidence that these folks dont just have expert product-knowledge but truly care about outfitting riders in the way thats best suited for their individual needs.Always have such encounters on visits. Even staff not directly engaged with you pop around to share pro tips. Big shoutout to Quenten as well for selling me a perfect beginners setup on my first trip to the store when I just started riding - hooked me on the place!

Good customer service but they were a bit distracted talking to me providing good customer service to give me 100% of the order. I bought a helmet and it supposedly came with a cleaner that I never got it was rung up as a free item so not complaining much but if you say its free give it to the customer dont just put it on the receipt

Being new to kids with ATVs I had no idea how to buy a helmet. The people at Cycle Gear were above and beyond helpful in getting my kids fitted for helmets and goggles. I would never had been able to get my kids fitted properly without the help I received.
