I have a rug with complicated fibers. The rug will be ruined if not cleaned and dried properly (I know from previous experience, I’m on rug #2 because my original was ruined by another rug cleaning company’s ignorance) Rug Works knew exactly how to clean and dry my rug! It left my house a mess (I have 3 dogs) and it came back looking like new! I couldn’t be happier.!!! Also their customer service is outstanding.. A+++

Over the Christmas season I had set up a large electric train in our living room. After the holidays when I put the train away, I found I had a large stain on the carpet where the track had oxidized and left a black residue. Panicked, I covered it with a large bed sheet and called Scott to see if he could come by and try to remove the stain before my wife returned home. Within hours Scott arrived and was able to totally remove the stain. Major relief and still married. Next year the train goes outside. Several months ago on Nextdoor a neighbor recommended a rug cleaning company for Oriental and Persian rugs. The company he recommended was Rug Worx owned by Scott and Miranda Gwilliam. We had an experience several years ago with another company that did a terrible job but our rug needed cleaning so we contacted Rug Worx. Scott immediately responded. When he came out to look at our rug, we were surprised at how knowledgable he was about how and where the carpet was made and how the cleaning process would take place. His wife Miranda worked around our schedule for the return delivery of the rug and the new pad that we purchased from them. When we got our rug back it was like a new rug. We had forgotten how rich the colors were. We are so delighted with the quality of service that we received from Rug Worx that I had to share this.

Since I live in a small apartment and have a small dog, now and again the dog has accidents. His favorite rug is the one he seems to want to wizz on. After a while it was time to get this rug cleaned. I did not want to throw it away since my dog loves it. I called Rugworx and spoke with Miranda and she asked me to bring the rug down anytime. I did so and left it with them. They called a few days later and said the rug was ready and I went to pick it up. To my surprise the rug was in perfect condition and was like new. This was not a high quality rug but Rugworx took care of it as if it were. The urine smell was gone and all other stains were completely removed. The price was very reasonable and the service was impeccable. This is one company that I will always use and trust.

I dont want to TMI here, but lets just say the baby had an incident on our light beige rug. Rug Worx not only completely removed all evidence of the incident but removed years of dog hairs and dirt that I didnt even notice had built up. It looked better than new when we got it back. The last rug cleaner I’d used several years ago is no longer in business and highly recommended Rug Worx.I spoke with Scott and sent him the specs and photos of three rugs and got an immediate response with pricing. Scott explained that rugs with pet stains require an extra level of cleaning, so there were two estimates for each rug. He also said that certain rugs are at risk of damage due to the type of manufacture.We decided to start with one, which was picked up, cleaned, and returned very quickly. They came today and picked up a second rug.The entire process is seamless and efficient and the service is great! Scott and Miranda are a pleasure to work with. Their services are highly recommended!
