Stopped by and bought some items for our backyard. Very friendly and helpful people. Would recommend! Helped load our car and gave us tips for how to help keep them colorful and from falling over.

I had a fantastic experience working with Cheyenne at Southwest Garden Arts. She was responsive, helpful and had exactly what I needed. Delivery and install of my beautiful fountain was quick and Dominic was great!

This place is incredible! They have so many unique pieces that you wont find at big chain stores. What I love most about this store is that they are locally owned by an amazing family who all work together to run the business. Their items are top notch, high quality, and very unique...worth every penny. Every time I go there they have new items out to look at.This family-run store will always get my business. If I cant find what Im looking for, Cheyenne at the front, is always willing to help and has always been able to answer (or track down an answer) to my questions. They spent so much time helping me make a decision and never made me feel rushed. I also like that they have samples of everything on display. We had them install pavers and they have large areas of pavers laid out at their store so we can see, touch, and walk on them. It really helped make my decision easier.I cant say enough great things about this place and the family who owns it!

Been wanting to stop in for a fountain and finally did. Walked around for a bit looking at different types of fountains and no one even came out of the building to ask if we needed help. Prices are high for the area and for the product. Took business elsewhere.

This location has a good collection of fountains. The staff is knowledgeable & friendly. Price is also reasonable compared to other competitors selling fountains. They sell the fountain parts too which is very helpful for buying any replacements.

Yes its covid, but how about you update your hours on your google listing? When on the road on your phone, you google something and trust the listing that YOU manage. Got there at 3:15pm only to see a hand written sign that you close at 3 while the listing shows 5. very frustrating as youre not exactly a central location

Good thing i read the one about poor customer service. They should have stood behind the integrity of the business even though they are new owners. I will steer clear of that hot mess. They even pride themselves on Customer Service! Yikes!

We purchased a tall I fountain with a ball from Southwest Garden Arts on 11/3/2016 and spent over $1500.00. The base of the fountain started rusting through in February of 2019. I called SW Garden Arts and spoke with Melissa, who is the owner. I explained the situation and she told me there was nothing she would do because she had purchased the company prior to us purchasing the fountain. These fountain bases are faulty in that they are reinforced inside with metal. Melissa told me they no longer sell these fountains because of these problems. But.... she would not stand behind the problem that Southwest Garden Arts sold to a customer. Even though they are newer owners, they should stand behind their business and help the customers that were wronged from the products sold at that establishment. She offered nothing in the way of help to an existing customer of SW Garden Arts. I contacted a precast company that makes these types of bases only to be told that the entire base will eventually rust away. I will never shop at Southwest Garden Arts again, nor would I ever recommend anyone purchase from this business that has such poor customer service. They clearly do not care about their customers.

We stopped by last Sunday, but were too early (signage indicated they open at 11AM). So we made a special trip today (also Sunday). Only to find theyre closed! Conflicting signs: one indicates open @ 11AM (the bright yellow one inside the gates), another outside the shop states CLOSED. Unlike most people in that general area, I work Monday-Friday. So unless i make another special trip on a Saturday, I dont see us rushing back here.

The bargain corner had a sweet deal we clumsy not pass up.

As a contractor, I have done business with Southwest Garden Arts for many years. They have a great inventory of quality fountains, and can order others if they dont have them. They are knowledgeable, experienced, and carry parts/pumps. Fountain quality makes a difference, as the finish doesnt last on many of cheaper quality .

Our fountain was installed today and it looks great! We also purchased a bench, table and chairs for our courtyard. Nice folks!

Just bought 2 beautiful planters from here as well as a gorgeous rusty garden armillary sphere. The gal upfront was very helpful as well as the young man who helped me load those heavy pots into my truck. Made sure they were secure and wrapped as not to damage eachother. They really have a great selection of garden art items. If thats your passion.. I recomend you take a look atleast. Ill be back for the rustic pillar and metal butterfly soon :)

4.501 stars. They got fountains, sasquatches, tikis, and frogs with giant eyes. I love it. Good service. 16% chance the grounds are haunted. I would go back.

Ted was very helpful in getting us just what we needed to complete our fountain setup.

I bought a fountain last week at this business. It was demonstrated and functioned normally. There was an additional $40 for a pump. I paid it. When I arrived at home and reassembled the fountain, the upper part did Not work. I replaced the pump, discovering that it was old and full of crud, despite the fact that it was sold as new. The real new pump cost $25 at Lowes. The fountain now is operational. When I phoned, John the customer disservice representative informed me that I could return the crud covered pump and he would hand me a new pump. All I had to do was drive for 1.5 hours round trip. This was because he believed I was taking advantage of him. He could have credited me the $40 overpriced crud covered broken pump fee. This is strictly a cashh and carry place. Expect no service from whatever you buy. Caveat Emptor!

I purchased a fountain from this place. They installed it and did not doit correctly. They told me they would comeback to fix it but never returned. Poor service.
