Steer clear of this guy and his girlfriend Betsy

Roger is a great guy, after dealing with him for more than 10 years, here is a honest review of his work. He has painted 3 trucks, 3 motorcycles for me in that time and barring a few mistakes provided a acceptable job. Mind you I said acceptable. Orange peals in not to obvious spots, improper prep work,over spray, taping around chrome parts rather than removing. All of these I accepted because he would give me a real discount. Biggest problem is he lies about when he will do stuff. not by days, but sometimes weeks. He also did the same to every person I sent to him. I have it friday, so you go the following tuesday, he says Im gonna paint it tomorrow, you know the routine. Final straw was a tour pack I needed for a Christmas present. I dropped it off in the very beginning of Nov. Told him I needed it as a Christmas present, stopped in at the end of nov, to remind him. It was still where I put it when I dropped it off. 2 weeks later I again stopped, yup.. Im gonna paint it tomorrow. Wed or thurs before Christmas, I stopped over, still not touched. He did paint it and I picked it up on friday, but it wasnt completed, I paid him any way. I got home and found it was missing the clear coat so I called trying to see if he would spray the rest on sat. Never responded. Monday I called and told him I canceled the check, but I would make good and pay him once he completed the job. After he told me he would no longer do work for me or my son. So far 2 others I sent there have also found the same and no longer use Roger. S o you decide
